Description

本发明涉及的是轮胎监视系统,更具体说,本发明涉及的是提取对各轮胎进行的测量值,以便能发出一个或多个信号。
WO87/00127专利申请中描述了一种用于从车轮向车身传送轮胎温度和压力的编码装置。但它在对车辆轮胎进行温度测量时,很难测得轮胎中所充气体的精确温度,而为精确地监视轮胎就需要该温度。为此,可以根据温度来修正压力,也可以监视绝对压力除以绝对温度的比值,因为这个非常近似地与摩尔数成正比的比值应该保持恒定,除非充气轮胎的流体漏失。
轮缘上的轮胎的温度升高,温度传感器受到轮缘温度的干扰。几乎所有车辆的轮缘都包着制动装置,在强大的外力作用下,制动装置要消耗大量的热量,这就由上升温度与内部空气实际温度之间的温度超出部分造成了误差。除了制动操作外,通常轮缘温度要比轮胎内部的温度低,这样就因温度不足造成了误差。
其他因素也会影响轮胎内的空气量(摩尔数)。这样在转弯时,车辆的外胎在弯道处就受到压迫,从而使体积缩小,压力增加,而对于对应侧的轮胎则出现相反的情况。在此处,还可能因摩尔数的增加或减少产生误差。
因此,本发明的目的就是在不使用附加传感器的情况下考虑这些因素。所以,本发明的目的在于能迅速地确定一个轮胎或所有转动体 是否有反常现象。
根据本发明,就是把车辆轮胎监视系统中的信号提取出来的方法,所述的系统至少能把任一个轮胎的压力升高和温度升高的测量信号发送出来,该方法的特征在于,根据每个轮胎内同时显著上升的压力和温度值;
-计算每个轮胎摩尔数估计量的同时进行“绝对压力除以绝对温度”的运算;
-用和、差、比、积和它们的混合运算中选择的代数运算方法把车辆一个轮胎所算出的估计量与另一个轮胎所算出的至少同类估计量进行比较,当该比较结果与实验测定值有偏离时便发出警报。
下面对本发明的方法进行详细描述,该方法可用于旅游车,但并非是限定的。
在每个轮子上安装温度和压力传感器,以及为采集这些测量参数(不仅是测量极限值)所必须的元器件和将测定值传送到车辆边缘上的必需的元器件。为此可采用所有合适的设备,例如WO87/00127专利申请中的设备。
为获得每个轮胎的绝对压力P和绝对温度T,把与编码器相匹配的译码器插入车辆中,连续对每个轮子的P/T估计量进行运算,破裂指示器的字符N表示两个和的比值,对于四个轮胎的车辆,例如旅游车,最好采用下面的方法计算N:
N = ( P T )AVG + ( P T ) ARD ( P T )AVD + ( P T ) ARG
下标的含义为:
AVG表示 (P)/(T) 估计量为左前方轮胎的估计量;
AVD表示 (P)/(T) 估计量为右前方轮胎的估计量;
ARG表示 (P)/(T) 估计量为左后方轮胎的估计量;
ARD表示 (P)/(T) 估计量为右后方轮胎的估计量;
在四个估计量之间用类比法进行比较来对旅游车辆进行监视,就可以设计出称作“十字形”的破裂指示器。
同样也可以设计称作“平行”的破裂指示器,这样就可得到一个分数,分数的分子为一侧几个轮胎有关的比值之和,而分数的分母则为另一侧几个轮胎的有关的比值之和。还可有一些指示器,这些指示器或是只对一根轴上的两个轮胎进行比较,或只对车辆一侧的两个轮胎进行比较,同时算出估计量的比或差。
对于多于两根轴的车辆,可以计算各项之和,项数与轴的根数相同,当轴的同一侧有任何变化时,就让“平行”指示器运算,以算出每个和的值,而当轴的不同侧有任何变化时,就让“十字形”指示器运算,以算出每个和的值。
对于两根轴的车辆,要想获得较佳结果,可采用“十字形”指示器,该指示器除对刹车消耗的热量不灵敏外,还可以最大限度地把其他参数造成的干扰(例如负载转换、静止负载、对传感器的离心作用)排除掉。
在使用微型信息处理机时,对所有轮胎均可及时、准确地得到P/T估计量,然后再计算“十字形”指示器的指示值N。在时间t1约为2秒的周期中,指示器的滤波值可以把所有短暂波动除去, 该波动频率明显比与轮子周长相对应的数值低。这样,通过指示器就可以很快地知道某一轮胎出现反常现象,所谓很快,就是在反常现象出现片刻后,例如轮胎破裂以后很短的时间。当然,这时有缺陷的而又不能进行鉴别的轮胎并无优越性。但是,这种监视在保持轮胎测量精度的同时对速度并无影响。然而,对于高性能的车辆来说,轮胎快速监视系统的性能是主要性能。用这样的指示器,可以把警报极限降低到能使传感器、编码电路以及译码电路精度保持最佳的数值上。例如,如果在|N-1|≥2%时便发出警报。警报极限值应由实验测定,特别要考虑所安装的指示器的型号和车辆的型号。当分别对每个轮胎进行监视时,应使警报极限值提高10%以上,否则就会发出错误的警报。尤其是对前面的轮胎应是如此,这是因为刹车的显著影响,同时还因为在这种情况下必须考虑所用的车辆假定是最坏的来选择警报极限。
所述信号提取方法可以有效地完成,如有必要,即使在相隔很长一段时间以后,仍能够鉴别有关轮胎,并加快发出第二次警报。
例如,可以根据下面的关系计算上述的比值N(在时间间隔为t1期间的滤波值)和时间间隔为t2时的滤波值:

然后:
-如果|N-1|>X和/或如果|NV-1|>Y和/或如果|NG-1|>Z,就发出有关左前方轮胎的警报,Y和Z为试验测定的百分比;
-如果|N-1|>X和/或如果|NV-1|>Y和/或如果|ND-1|>Z,就发出有关右前方轮胎的警报;
-如果|N-1|>X和/或如果|NR-1|>Y和/或如果|NG-1|>Z,就发出有关左后方轮胎的警报;
-如果|N-1|>X和/或如果|NR-1|>Y和/或如果|ND-1|>Z,就发出有关右后方轮胎的警报。
用另一种方法,可以分别监视每个轮子的估计量P/T,当超过极限值时就发出警报。所述的极限值不再是固定的,而是按照所述原理,根据所装指示器相应数值一直进行计算的。也可以根据某一指示器的相应数值使其适应于另一个指示器的极限。作为说明应当指出,对于旅游车辆上的“平行轴”指示器的数值(每根轴的轮子的估计量的总和之比)能很好地将计算的刹车应力显示出来,当刹车应力很大时,可以只提高前面车轮的警报极限,或为此至少考虑某种方法。

Claims (10)

1、轮胎参数监视方法,其步骤包括:
基本上同时测定每一车轮所装轮胎内的压力和温度值;
用所测定的压力和测定温度值计算每一台轮胎的绝对压力与绝对温度之比值;
将一台轮胎的这一比值与至少另一台轮胎这一比值进行比较;以及
在所说比较结果N偏离预定值范围时发出信号。
2、轮胎参数监视方法,其步骤包括:
基本上同时测定每一车轮所装轮胎内的压力和温度值;
用测定的压力和测定温度值计算每一台轮胎的绝对压力与绝对温度之比值;
将所说汽车一根轴的轮上所装轮胎的所说比值和所说汽车的至少另一根轴的轮上所装至少一台轮胎的所说比值相加而得第一和值S1;
将所说轴的轮上所装另一轮胎的所说比值和所说汽车至少另一根轴上所装至少另一台轮胎的所说比值相加而得至少一个第二和值S2;以及
计算S1/S2比值N并在所说比较结果N偏离预定范围时发出信号。
3、权利要求2的方法,其特征在于所说输出步骤包括在|N-1|>预定值时输出信号。
4、轮胎参数监视方法,其步骤包括:
基本上同时测定每一车轮所装轮胎内的压力和温度值;
用测定的压力和测定温度值计算每一台轮胎的绝对压力与绝对温度之比值;
计算比较N值,其中:
其中:P为轮胎内绝对压力,
T为轮胎内绝对温度,
AVG指左前轮胎,
AVD指右前轮胎,
ARG指左后轮胎,
ARD指右后轮胎,
在所说比较结果N偏离预定值范围时发出信号。
5、权利要求4的方法,其特征在于所说输出步骤包括在|N-1|>预定值时输出信号。
6、权利要求4的方法,其特征在于包括重复计算所说计算值N且在每一段时间间隔t1内高频筛选N的计算值并仅仅在|N-1|的筛选值>预定值时才输出信号。
7、轮胎参数监视方法,其步骤包括:
基本上同时测定每一车轮所装轮胎内的压力和温度值;
用测定压力和测定温度计算每一台轮胎的绝对压力与绝对温度之比值;
计算NV,NR,NG和ND值,其中:
NV={ (P)/(T) }AVG{ (T)/(P) }AVD
NR={ (P)/(T) }ARG{ (T)/(P) }ARD
NG={ (P)/(T) }AVG{ (T)/(P) }ARG
ND={ (P)/(T) }AVD{ (T)/(P) }ARD;
在|N-1|>预定值x并且发现以下至少一种条件时输出信号,表明左前轮胎不正常;
|NV-1|>预定值y,
|NG-1|>预定值z,
在|N-1|>x并且发现以下至少一种条件时输出信号,表明右前轮胎不正常;
|NV-1|>y,
|ND-1|>z;
在|N-1|>x并且发现以下至少一种条件时输出信号,表明左后轮胎不正常;
