Abstract

本发明目的是提供便于携带、易于安全操作且不受灰尘及风的影响、对太阳光线角度影响较小的一种太阳能烹炒器,可在较短的时间内利用太阳光集热产生高温对食物进行烹炒,其技术方案是上盖与下盖均由太阳能真空玻璃集热器构成,且上盖与下盖反扣在一起呈对称碟状,将烹炒器置于太阳光下,来回翻转上下盖的位置,来达到两个内凹面均受热,由于上盖与下盖由太阳能真空玻璃集热器构成,黑体吸热层受热不断积累热量,在真空夹层的保温作用下,使黑体吸热层温度不断升高,热量不断传给不绣钢制成的内凹面,内凹面不断把热量传给处于食物空间的食物,使食物被烹炒至熟。

技术领域:
本发明涉及一种食物加热设备领域,尤其是太阳能加热式的烹炒锅。
技术背景:
目前市面上太阳能烹炒锅方式主要是聚光太阳能烹炒锅,聚光太阳能烹炒锅大多都很庞大笨重,不易携带,较为典型的是抛物面聚光型烹炒锅,聚光焦点位于锅体外底部,操作上不安全,使用上也不方便,抛物面易受灰尘及风的影响,更加更重要的是抛物面聚光型烹炒锅对太阳光线角度影响较大,稍有偏差,聚光焦点位置偏离锅体,需用价格昂贵的太阳能跟踪系统配套使用,所以聚光太阳能烹炒锅不具实用性,到现在为此还不能普及。
发明内容:
为解决以上缺陷,本发明目的是提供一种便于携带、易于安全操作且不受灰尘及风的影响、对太阳光线角度影响较小的太阳能烹炒器,可在较短的时间内利用太阳光集热产生高温对食物进行烹炒,其技术方案是上盖与下盖均由太阳能真空玻璃集热器构成,且上盖与下盖反扣在一起呈对称碟状,上盖与下盖边缘通过高温硅橡胶垫紧密结合,边缘的高温硅橡胶只起到密封与缓冲作用,上盖与下盖均是中间厚边缘薄的形状结构,两个内凹面扣合后所形成的空间用于盛装食物,上盖与下盖的外凸面均由透明玻璃构成,内凹面均由不绣钢构成,外凸面与内凹面所构成的中间夹层为真空,上盖与下盖的内凹面的真空面镀有黑体吸热层,上盖与下盖可分别固定有手柄,即是上盖手柄与下盖手柄,且上盖手柄与下盖手柄通过轴连接,上盖手柄可嵌入下盖手柄内,控制上盖手柄与下盖手柄的开启角度,即可控制上盖与下盖的开合,当打开上盖,把需要烹炒的食物放入食物空间,关合上盖,将烹炒器置于太阳光下,由于上盖受太阳光线直射,上盖的内凹面先受热,因此,需要不断来回翻转上下盖的位置,来达到两个内凹面均受热,由于上盖与下盖由太阳能真空玻璃集热器构成,黑体吸热层受热不断积累热量,在真空夹层的保温作用下,使黑体吸热层温度不断升高,热量不断传给不绣钢制成的内凹面,内凹面不断把热量传给处于食物空间的食物,使食物被烹炒至熟,上盖与下盖均可做成圆形,也可做成矩形,对于翻转上下盖的位置可采用电机驱动形式,将上盖与下盖反扣形成一体后,手柄端可用皮带轮或齿轮代替,在手柄的旋转中心线两端均有轴承,将其两端嵌入支 架上,在电动机的作用下通过皮带带动上盖与下盖不断上下交换位置,即上下翻转,在烹炒过程中起到“颠勺”作用,电动机的能量来源于太阳能电池板,电动机主轴直接与手柄处连接直接驱动上下盖进行翻转,电动机换为偏心电机直接驱动上下盖左右或上下振动,也可起到“颠勺”作用。

实施例一:
如图1、图2,上盖4与下盖5均由太阳能真空玻璃集热器构成,且上盖4与下盖5反扣在一起呈对称碟状,上盖4与下盖5边缘通过高温硅橡胶垫紧密结合,边缘的高温硅橡胶只起到密封与缓冲作用,上盖4与下盖5均是中间厚边缘薄的形状结构,两个内凹面8扣合后所形成的空间用于盛装食物,即食物空间9,上盖4与下盖5的外凸面6均由透明玻璃构成,内凹面8均由不绣钢构成,外凸面6与内凹面8所构成的中间夹层为真空7,上盖4与下盖5的内凹面8的真空面镀有黑体吸热层,上盖4与下盖5可分别固定有手柄,即是上盖手柄2与下盖手柄1,且上盖手柄2与下盖手柄1通过轴3连接,上盖手柄2可嵌入下盖手柄1内,控制上盖手柄2与下盖手柄1的开启角度,即可控制上盖4与下盖5的开合;当打开上盖4,把需要烹炒的食物放入食物空间9,关合上盖4,将烹炒器置于太阳光下,由于上盖4受太阳光线直射,上盖4的内凹面先受热,因此,需要不断来回翻转上下盖的位置,来达到两个内凹面8均受热,由于上盖4与下盖5由太阳能真空玻璃集热器构成,黑体吸热层受热不断积累热量,在真空7夹层的保温作用下,使黑体吸热层温度不断升高,热量不断传给不绣钢制成的内凹面8,内凹面8不断把热量传给处于食物空间9的食物,使食物被烹炒至熟,上盖4与下盖5均可做成圆形如图3,也可做成矩形如图4。
实施例二:
以实施例一为基础,将上盖4与下盖5反扣形成一体后,手柄端用皮带轮 15代替,在手柄的旋转中心线AA1两端均有轴承14,将其两端嵌入支架10上,在电动机12的作用下通过皮带13带动上盖4与下盖5不断上下交换位置,即绕AA1旋转,在烹炒过程中起到“颠勺”作用,电动机12的能量来源于太阳能电池板11,也可将电动机12主轴直接与手柄处连接直接驱动上下盖进行翻转,也可电动机12换为偏心电机直接驱动上下盖左右或上下振动,也可起到“颠勺”作用。

Claims (1)

1.一种太阳能烹炒器,其特征是上盖与下盖均由太阳能真空玻璃集热器构成,且上盖与下盖反扣在一起呈对称碟状,上盖与下盖边缘通过高温硅橡胶垫紧密结合,所述上盖与下盖均是中间厚边缘薄的形状结构,两个内凹面扣合后所形成的空间用于盛装食物,上盖与下盖可分别固定有手柄,即是上盖手柄与下盖手柄,且上盖手柄与下盖手柄通过轴连接,上盖手柄可嵌入下盖手柄内,控制上盖手柄与下盖手柄的开启角度,即可控制上盖与下盖的开合。
2.根据权利要求1所述的一种太阳能烹炒器,其特征是上盖与下盖的外凸面均由透明玻璃构成,内凹面均由不绣钢构成,外凸面与内凹面所构成的中间夹层为真空。
3.根据权利要求2所述的一种太阳能烹炒器,其特征是上盖与下盖的内凹面的真空面镀有黑体吸热层。
4.根据权利要求1所述的一种太阳能烹炒器,其特征是上盖与下盖反扣形成一体后,手柄端可用皮带轮或齿轮代替,在手柄的旋转中心线两端均有轴承,将其两端嵌入支架上,在电动机的作用下通过皮带带动上盖与下盖不断上下交换位置,即上下翻转。
