背景技术
太阳能炉是一种利用太阳能进行加热的器具,它不仅节省能源,而且卫生环保,在农业生产中得到了广泛的应用。但现有的太阳灶结构复杂、成本较高,不便于推广;还有的太阳灶结构过于简单,其反射板的俯仰调节不能均匀调节,在调节过程中易造成加热中的食物烫伤操作者。
发明内容
针对上述问题,本实用新型的目的在于提供一种结构简单新颖,环保卫生,使用方便的利用太阳能聚焦的烧烤炉。
为实现上述目的,本实用新型所采用的技术方案是:一种利用太阳能聚焦的烧烤炉,包括三角底座,聚焦板,集热器,支架,其特征在于所述的集热器设置在聚焦板的焦点处,所述聚焦板下部设有支架,支架的底部设有三角底座。
所述的集热器是由高硼硅真空集热管、不锈钢贮热内胆组成,集热管口与内胆进行密闭式封闭。
所述的聚焦板是用油性玻璃镀膜板制作而成。
所述的支架是由铝管、铁管、或不锈钢管制作而成。
本实用新型的优点是,结构简单新颖,可连续调节俯仰角度,以适应太阳在不同时间的入射角度,将肉串等需要烧烤的食品放入焦点处,太阳光热能最大限度地聚集到肉串上,环保卫生,提高热效率。

如图所示,一种利用太阳能聚焦的烧烤炉,包括三角底座1,聚焦板4,集热器3,支架2,集热器3设置在聚焦板4的焦点处,聚焦板4下部设有支架2,支架2的底部设有三角底座1,集热器3是由高硼硅真空集热管6、不锈钢内胆5构成。本实用新型结构简单新颖,可连续调节俯仰角度,以适应太阳在不同时间的入射角度,将肉串等需要烧烤的食品放入焦点处,太阳光热能最大限度地聚集到肉串上,环保卫生,提高热效率。
