Abstract

本发明涉及双向限位的过桥轴承,属于机械制造技术领域。能够以多种连接方式将其他与其适配的部件双向限位连接。本双向限位过桥轴承,包括外套、内套和滚动件,外套、内套相适配;其外套接触内套的侧面上设置滚槽,其内套接触外套的侧面上设置凸台;所述凸台位于滚槽中部,凸台的两个侧面分别与相应的滚槽内侧面围成空腔,滚动件设置在空腔内。因为使用了滚珠作为滚动件,所以可以起到双向限位的作用。因为轴承内套和轴承外套的接触面既可以对齐,又可以不对齐,所以该轴承与其它部件可以有多种适配方式。

双向限位过桥轴承
技术领域:
本发明涉及一种轴承,具体的说是一种双向限位的过桥轴承,属于机械制造技术领域。
背景技术:
目前常见的轴承,按其所能承受的载荷方向可分为:①径向轴承,又称向心轴承,承受径向载荷。②止推轴承,又称推力轴承,承受轴向载荷。③径向止推轴承,又称向心推力轴承,同时承受径向载荷和轴向载荷。虽然径向止推轴承能够同时承受径向载荷和轴向载荷,但是其与其它部件的连接方式单一,且不能起到双向限位连接的作用。
发明内容:
针对现有技术存在的不足,本发明所要解决的技术问题是,提供一种双向限位过桥轴承,使之能够以多种连接方式将其它与其适配的部件双向限位连接。
为解决上述技术问题,本发明所采用的技术方案是,一种双向限位过桥轴承,其包括外套、内套和滚动件,外套、内套相适配;其外套接触内套的侧面上设置滚槽,其内套接触外套的侧面上设置凸台;所述凸台位于滚槽中部,凸台的两个侧面分别与相应的滚槽内侧面围成空腔,滚动件设置在空腔内。
优化的,所述外套由分体的外套Ⅰ和外套Ⅱ两部分构成,外套Ⅰ和外套Ⅱ相对面的内角部均设置弧形槽,外套Ⅰ和外套Ⅱ的弧形槽结合成滚槽。
所述滚动件优选滚珠、滚针或滚子,也可以是其它滚动承接部件。
所述外套与内套的接触面对齐或不对齐。
所述内套由分体的内套Ⅰ和内套Ⅱ两部分构成,内套Ⅰ和内套Ⅱ相对接触外套的侧面上整体组合设置凸台。
本发明的有益效果是:因为使用了滚珠作为滚动件,所以可以起到双向限位的作用。因为轴承内套和轴承外套的接触面既可以对齐,又可以不对齐,所以该轴承与其它部件可以有多种适配方式。

具体实施方式:
实施例1,参见图1,本双向限位过桥轴承,包括外套、内套和滚动件,该外套由分体的外套Ⅰ1和外套Ⅱ4两部分构成,外套Ⅰ和外套Ⅱ相对面的内角部均设置弧形槽6;外套、内套5相适配;外套Ⅰ和外套Ⅱ的弧形槽在外套接触内套的侧面上结合成滚槽7;内套接触外套的侧面上设置凸台3;所述凸台位于滚槽中部,凸台的两个侧面分别与相应的滚槽内侧面围成空腔,滚动件设置在空腔内。上述的滚动件2为滚珠,也可以是其它滚动承接部件。上述的外套与内套的接触面不对齐。
实施例2,参见图2,本双向限位过桥轴承,包括外套、内套和滚动件,该外套由分体的外套Ⅰ和外套Ⅱ两部分构成,外套Ⅰ和外套Ⅱ相对面的内角部均设置弧形槽;外套、内套相适配;外套Ⅰ和外套Ⅱ的弧形槽在外套接触内套的侧面上结合成滚槽;内套接触外套的侧面上设置凸台;所述凸台位于滚槽中部,凸台的两个侧面分别与相应的滚槽内侧面围成空腔,滚动件设置在空腔内。上述的滚动件优选滚珠、滚针或滚子,也可以是其它滚动承接部件。上述的外套与内套的接触面对齐。

实施例4,参见图5,本双向限位过桥轴承,包括外套、内套和滚动件,该外套由分体的外套Ⅰ和外套Ⅱ两部分构成,外套Ⅰ和外套Ⅱ相对面的内角部均设置弧形槽;外套、内套相适配;外套Ⅰ和外套Ⅱ的弧形槽在外套接触内套的侧面上结合成滚槽;内套接触外套的侧面上设置凸台;所述凸台位于滚槽中部,凸台的两个侧面分别与相应的滚槽内侧面围成空腔,滚动件设置在空腔内。参见图6,上述的滚动件为滚针,也可以是其它滚动承接部件。上述的外套与内套的接触面不对齐。
实施例5,参见图7,本双向限位过桥轴承,包括外套、内套和滚动件,该外套由分体的外套Ⅰ和外套Ⅱ两部分构成,外套Ⅰ和外套Ⅱ相对面的内角部均设置弧形槽;外套、内套相适配;外套Ⅰ和外套Ⅱ的弧形槽在外套接触内套的侧面上结合成滚槽;内套也由分体的内套Ⅰ和内套Ⅱ两部分构成,并在它们相对接触外套的侧面上整体组合设置凸台;所述凸台位于滚槽中部,凸台的两个侧面分别与相应的滚槽内侧面围成空腔,滚动件设置在空腔内。参见图8,上述的滚动件优选滚珠、滚针或滚子,也可以是其它滚动承接部件。上述的外套与内套的接触面不对齐。

Claims (5)

1.一种双向限位过桥轴承,包括外套、内套和滚动件,外套、内套相适配;其特征在于:其外套接触内套的侧面上设置滚槽,其内套接触外套的侧面上设置凸台;所述凸台位于滚槽中部,凸台的两个侧面分别与相应的滚槽内侧面围成空腔,滚动件设置在空腔内。
2.根据权利要求1所述的双向限位过桥轴承,其特征在于:所述外套由分体的外套Ⅰ和外套Ⅱ两部分构成,外套Ⅰ和外套Ⅱ相对面的内角部均设置弧形槽,外套Ⅰ和外套Ⅱ的弧形槽结合成滚槽。
3.根据权利要求2所述的双向限位过桥轴承,其特征在于:所述滚动件优选滚珠、滚针或滚子。
4.根据权利要求3所述的双向限位过桥轴承,其特征在于:所述外套与内套的接触面对齐或不对齐。
5.根据权利要求4所述的双向限位过桥轴承,其特征在于:所述内套由分体的内套Ⅰ和内套Ⅱ两部分构成,内套Ⅰ和内套Ⅱ相对接触外套的侧面上整体组合设置凸台。
