本发明提供了一种水基中性的清洗剂,尤其是用于清洗GGH换热组件,克服了传统机械清洗和酸碱化学清洗的缺陷。对搪瓷元件及烟道材料安全无腐蚀,清洗速度快、效率高;清洗工艺方便简单。将有机羧酸酸盐、有机磷酸盐、还原剂、助洗剂按一定比例复配成的中性清洗剂,其质量百分比组成为:有机羧酸盐20.0~40.0%;有机磷酸盐1.4~8.0%;还原剂0.5~2.0;助洗剂0~1.0,水49.0~78.1%,混合溶液呈中性。

技术领域:
本发明涉及一种水基中性清洗剂,尤其涉及一种用于烟气-烟气换热器(GGH)换热组件的水基中性清洗剂及其应用。
背景技术:
GGH烟气换热器作为火电厂湿法脱硫的重要装置,其搪瓷传热元件表面发生结垢和堵塞造成运行差压增加,已成为脱硫装置能否长期连续运行的关键问题。GGH在运行中虽然可采用压缩空气吹灰和高、低压水冲洗,但长期运行后元件受热面仍然会积上严重的复合盐垢且难以清除,即影响了系统的尾气处理效果,又增加了增压风机电能的消耗,一般利用工具、专用设备和水力冲洗的机械除垢法,往往不彻底,并且对元件有较大的损伤;而传统化学清洗剂是利用碱性除垢剂浸泡后再用酸性清洗剂清洗,清洗时间长,并需要拆除组件,且除垢不彻底清洗时间长。
发明内容:
本发明提供了一种水基中性的清洗剂,克服了传统机械清洗和酸碱化学清洗的缺陷。
本发明提供了一种中性清洗剂,尤其是用于清洗GGH换热组件,对搪瓷元件及烟道材料安全无腐蚀,清洗速度快、效率高;清洗工艺方便简单。将有机羧酸盐、有机磷酸盐、还原剂、助洗剂按一定配比复合成的中性清洗剂,其质量百分比组成为:有机羧酸盐20.0~40.0%;有机磷酸盐1.4~8.0%;还原剂0.5~2.0%;助洗剂0~1.0%,水49.0~78.1%,混合溶液呈中性。
其中有机羧酸盐,可以是乙酸钠、腐植酸钠、乙醇酸钠、乙酸钾、乙醇酸 钾。有机膦酸盐,可以是氨基三甲叉膦酸四钠、羟基乙叉二膦酸钠、氨基三甲叉膦酸钾、羟基乙叉二膦酸钾。还原剂可以是氯化亚锡、亚硫酸钠、抗坏血酸。助洗剂可以是三聚磷酸钠、六偏磷酸钠。
该中性清洗剂,在应用时不需要拆除GGH元件,适宜喷淋清洗,采用喷淋器或喷雾器将该清洗剂均匀喷洒在GGH元件表面4-5遍,待结垢松软后,再适量喷洒清水,结垢即可彻底变软,再用清水冲洗即可。
具体实施方式:
本发明的制备方法是通过以下步骤实现:反应釜中加入水49.0~78.1%(质量百分比,下同),然后依次加入有机羧酸盐20~40%;有机磷酸盐1.4~8%;还原剂0.5~2%;助洗剂0~1.0%,最后搅拌15~30分钟,即为成品。

本发明组成(质量百分比):水:70.0%;乙酸钠22.5%;氨基三甲叉膦酸四钠6.0%;氯化亚锡1.0%;三聚磷酸钠0.5%。
实施例2:
本发明组成(质量百分比):水:60.0%;乙醇酸钠32.5%;氨基三甲叉膦酸四钠6.0%;氯化亚锡1.0%;三聚磷酸钠0.5%。
实施例3:
本发明组成(质量百分比):水:60.0%;乙醇酸钾36.0%;氨基三甲叉膦酸四钠3.4%;氯化亚锡0.5%;三聚磷酸钠0.1%。
实施例4:
本发明组成(质量百分比):水:70.0%;腐植酸钠22.5%;羟基乙叉二膦酸钠6.0%;氯化亚锡1.0%;三聚磷酸钠0.5%。

本发明组成(质量百分比):水:70.0%;乙醇酸钾22.5%;羟基乙叉二膦酸钠6.0%;氯化亚锡1.0%;三聚磷酸钠0.5%。

1.一种用于烟气-烟气换热器换热组件的水基中性清洗剂,其特征在于由有机羧酸盐、有机膦酸盐、还原剂、助洗剂组成,其质量百分比组成为:有机羧酸盐20.0~40.0%;有机膦酸盐1.4~8.0%;还原剂0.5~2.0;助洗剂0~1.0,水49.0~78.1%,
所述有机羧酸盐选自乙酸钠、腐植酸钠、乙醇酸钠、乙酸钾和乙醇酸钾;
所述有机膦酸盐选自氨基三甲叉膦酸四钠、羟基乙叉二膦酸钠、氨基三甲叉膦酸钾和羟基乙叉二膦酸钾;
所述还原剂选自氯化亚锡、亚硫酸钠和抗坏血酸;
所述助洗剂选自三聚磷酸钠和六偏磷酸钠。
