Abstract
本发明提供了一种硫酸盐垢清洗剂,尤其是用于各种工业设备中各种硫酸盐积垢的清洗,对碳钢、搪瓷等材料安全无腐蚀,清洗速度快、效率高;清洗工艺方便简单。将有机羧酸酸盐、有机磷酸盐、还原剂、表面活性剂按一定配比复合成的中性清洗剂,其质量百分比组成为:有机羧酸盐20.0~40.0%;有机膦酸盐1.4~8.0%;还原剂0.5~2.0;表面活性剂0.1~3.0%,水47.0~78.0%。

技术领域:
本发明涉及一种清洗剂,特别涉及一种常温下能够去除硫酸盐垢的中性清洗剂。
背景技术:
在实际生产中,通常会遇到设备结垢的问题,如循环水系统、锅炉、石油开采用油水井等,常见的水垢的成分是碱土金属的碳酸盐、硫酸盐、磷酸盐、硅酸盐,如碳酸钙、硫酸钙、硅酸钙、硫酸镁等。结垢影响正常生产,通常采用化学方法清洗除垢,碳酸盐垢最为常见,但易被酸化去除,而硫酸盐垢用一般的酸洗方法很难清除,通常利用工具、专用设备和水力冲洗的等机械除垢法,往往不彻底,并且对设备有较大的损伤,也有人利用EDTA等螯合剂进行除垢,但存在溶垢效率低,清洗时间长,除垢不彻底等缺点。
发明内容:
本发明提供了一种硫酸盐垢清洗剂,克服了传统机械清洗和螯合剂化学清洗的缺陷,能够有效的去除硫酸盐垢和碳酸盐垢。
本发明提供了一种清洗剂,尤其是用于各种工业设备中各种硫酸盐积垢的清洗,对碳钢、搪瓷等材料安全无腐蚀,清洗速度快、效率高;清洗工艺方便简单。由有机羧酸盐、有机膦酸盐、还原剂、表面活性剂组成,其重量百分比组成为:有机羧酸盐20.0~40.0%;有机膦酸盐1.4~8.0%;还原剂0.5~2.0;表面活性剂0.1~3.0%,水47.0~78.0%。
其中有机羧酸盐可以是次氨基三乙酸钠、腐植酸钠、乙醇酸钠、乙酸钾。有机膦酸盐可以是氨基三甲叉膦酸四钠、羟基乙叉二膦酸钠、氨基三甲叉膦酸钾、羟基乙叉二膦酸钾。还原剂可以是溴化亚锡、抗坏血酸。表面活性剂是聚乙二醇200。在实际应用中,既适宜喷淋清洗又可浸泡清洗,采用喷淋器或喷雾器将该清洗剂均匀喷洒在积垢表面4-5遍,待结垢松软后,再适量喷洒清水,结垢即可彻底变软,再用清水冲洗即可;或用清洗剂浸泡积垢3~5小时,待积垢彻底变软后,再用清水冲洗即可。
具体实施方式:
本发明的制备方法是通过以下步骤实现:反应釜中加入水47.0%~78.0%(质量百分比,下同),然后依次加入有机羧酸盐20.0~40.0%;有机膦酸盐1.4~8.0%;还原剂0.5~2.0;表面活性剂0.1~3.0。最后搅拌15~30分钟,即为成品。
实施例1:
本发明组成(质量百分比):水:70.0%;次氨基三乙酸钠22.5%;氨基三甲叉膦酸四钠6.0%;抗坏血酸1.0%;三聚磷酸钠0.5%。
实施例2:
本发明组成(质量百分比):水:60.0%;乙醇酸钠32.5%;氨基三甲叉膦酸四钠6.0%;溴化亚锡0.5%;聚乙二醇(200)1.0%。
实施例3:
本发明组成(质量百分比):水:60.0%;乙酸钾36.0%;氨基三甲叉膦酸四钠3.4%;溴化亚锡0.5%;聚乙二醇(200)0.1%。
实施例4:
本发明组成(质量百分比):水:70.0%;腐植酸钠22.5%;羟基乙叉二膦酸钠6.0%;溴化亚锡1.0%;聚乙二醇(200)0.5%。
实施例5:
本发明组成(质量百分比):水:70.0%;乙酸钾22.5%;羟基乙叉二膦酸钠6.0%;溴化亚锡1.0%;聚乙二醇(200)0.5%。
实施例6:
本发明组成(质量百分比):水:60.0%;乙酸钾33.5%;羟基乙叉二膦酸钠4.0%;溴化亚锡0.5%;聚乙二醇(200)2.0%
实施例7:
本发明组成(质量百分比):水:58.0%;乙酸钾36.0%;氨基三甲叉膦酸钾3.4%;溴化亚锡0.5%;聚乙二醇(200)2.1%。
实施例8:
本发明组成(质量百分比):水:60.0%;次氨基三乙酸钠36.0%;氨基三甲叉膦酸四钠3.4%;氯化亚锡0.5%;聚乙二醇(200)0.1%。
Claims (5)
1.一种硫酸盐垢清洗剂,其特征在于由有机羧酸盐、有机膦酸盐、还原剂、表面活性剂组成,其质量百分比组成为:有机羧酸盐20.0~40.0%;有机膦酸盐1.4~8.0%;还原剂0.5~2.0;表面活性剂0.1~3.0,水47.0~78.0%。
2.根据权利要求1所述的有机羧酸盐,可以是次氨基三乙酸钠、腐植酸钠、乙醇酸钠、乙酸钾。
3.根据权利要求1所述的有机膦酸盐,可以是氨基三甲叉膦酸四钠、羟基乙叉二膦酸钠、氨基三甲叉膦酸钾、羟基乙叉二膦酸钾。
4.根据权利要求1所述的还原剂可以是溴化亚锡、抗坏血酸。
5.根据权利要求1所述的表面活性剂是聚乙二醇200。
