本发明涉及一种水泥粉煤灰发泡复合保温材料,包括水泥粉煤灰发泡保温外层、夹心复合层、水泥粉煤灰发泡保温内层,所述的夹心复合层位于水泥粉煤灰发泡保温外层和水泥粉煤灰发泡保温内层之间,水泥粉煤灰发泡保温内层与建筑物砼体连接,夹心复合层由聚苯板(ERS板)、挤塑型甲苯板(XPS板)、硬泡聚氨酯和聚苯颗粒浆料制成。本发明有益效果:解决了电厂粉煤灰污染环境的问题;利用工业废料制成建筑节能保温材料,既为国家解决消耗废料问题又节约了能源,变废为宝;该保温隔热材料是一种多用途节能保温材料,可用于建筑外围结构的保温;解决施工难度,保证了施工质量。

技术领域
本发明涉及一种保温材料,尤其涉及一种水泥粉煤灰发泡复合保温材料。
背景技术
目前市场上建筑节能材料为单一轻质保温隔热材料,建筑物屋面保温需要进行多次重复施工,如保温层、找平层、找坡层等,工序繁杂,保温隔热效果差,施工难度大,容易出现开裂、脱落、渗水等问题,不能适应国家建筑节能环保的要求。
发明内容
本发明的目的是提供一种水泥粉煤灰发泡复合保温材料,克服现有建筑节能保温隔热材料容易开裂、脱落、渗水并且施工复杂的缺点。
本发明的目的是通过以下技术方案来实现:
一种水泥粉煤灰发泡复合保温材料,包括水泥粉煤灰发泡保温外层、夹心复合层、水泥粉煤灰发泡保温内层,所述的夹心复合层位于水泥粉煤灰发泡保温外层和水泥粉煤灰发泡保温内层之间,水泥粉煤灰发泡保温内层与建筑物砼体连接,夹心复合层由聚苯板(ERS板)、挤塑型甲苯板(XPS板)、硬泡聚氨酯和聚苯颗粒浆料制成,所述的水泥粉煤灰发泡保温外层和水泥粉煤灰发泡保温内层采用水泥、粉煤灰和发泡材料制成。
本发明所述的水泥粉煤灰发泡复合保温材料的有益效果为:解决了电厂粉煤灰污染环境的问题;利用工业废料制成建筑节能保温材料为国家既消耗废料解决问题又节约了能源,变废为宝;该保温隔热材料是一种多用途节能保温材料,可用于建筑外围结构的保温;解决施工难度,保证了施工质量。

如图1所示,本发明所述的水泥粉煤灰发泡复合保温材料,包括水泥粉煤灰发泡保温外层1、夹心复合层2、水泥粉煤灰发泡保温内层3,所述的夹心复合层2位于水泥粉煤灰发泡保温外层1和水泥粉煤灰发泡保温内层3之间,水泥粉煤灰发泡保温内层3与建筑物砼体4连接,夹心复合层2由聚苯板(ERS板)、挤塑型甲苯板(XPS板)、硬泡聚氨酯和聚苯颗粒浆料制成,所述的水泥粉煤灰发泡保温外层1和水泥粉煤灰发泡保温内层3采用水泥、粉煤灰和发泡材料制成。
夹心复合层2所采用的复合夹心保温材料是以特种水泥、粉煤灰加入特种外加剂经物理发泡产生,无机发泡保温材料经与其他轻质材料夹心复合而成为一体的多用途保温隔热材料,它可作为成品预制块施工也可现场发泡浇注施工。

1.一种水泥粉煤灰发泡复合保温材料,其特征在于:包括水泥粉煤灰发泡保温外层、夹心复合层、水泥粉煤灰发泡保温内层,所述的夹心复合层位于水泥粉煤灰发泡保温外层和水泥粉煤灰发泡保温内层之间,水泥粉煤灰发泡保温内层与建筑物砼体连接;所述的夹心复合层由聚苯板、挤塑型甲苯板、硬泡聚氨酯和聚苯颗粒浆料制成;所述的水泥粉煤灰发泡保温外层和水泥粉煤灰发泡保温内层采用水泥、粉煤灰和发泡材料制成。
