Abstract

Description

用于外科设备的插头系统
本发明涉及一种用于外科设备的插头系统。 
在外科中,使用了电外科学仪器可以连接到的电外科学设备。通常,将不同的仪器连接到相同的电外科学设备,或相反,将相同的仪器连接到不同的电外科学设备。电外科学仪器一般可以通过电缆同时或依次连接到电外科学设备。电外科学设备通过电外科学仪器来产生用于生理组织的单极、双极或多极切割和/或凝固的电压或电流。 
通常,对于在电外科学设备和仪器之间排列的连接电缆,使用了不同的外科设备插头系统。过去,在市场上出现了大量这样的用于外科设备的插头系统。 
为了将市场上提供的大量电外科学仪器连接到相同的电外科学设备,依赖于电外科学设备的设计而提供了各种连接插槽。例如,为了将带有单极电缆的仪器连接到电外科学设备,使用了单极连接插槽。但是,如果带有双极连接电缆的仪器被连接到电外科学设备,在电外科学设备上必须提供双极连接插槽。这使得电外科学设备上有多个连接插槽,于是,特别是在手术室的忙乱环境下,电外科学仪器经常被插入错误的插槽。这反过来意味着在注意到错误的插入且仪器被插入到正确的连接插槽之前已经经过了相当长的时间。甚至可能由于错误的插入,电外科学仪器被破坏,并且这会给手术中的病人带来严重的后果。

特别地,该目标通过一种用于外科设备的插座系统来实现,该插座系统包括:外科仪器的连接插头可以插入的多个插槽;包括多个开关的开关阵列,用于将至少一个插槽连接到电外科学设备的至少两个不同的输出或输入;以及具有预选设备的控制系统,用于控制开关阵列从而开关阵列依赖于输入到预选设备的数据来将预定的插槽连接到预定的输入或输出。 
本发明的关键点在于,一种用于外科设备的插头系统被用于多个不同的电外科学仪器和电外科学设备,其中,在输入代码之后,标志要连接的电外科学 仪器的开关阵列被配置,从而预定的插槽被连接到电外科学设备的预定输入或输出。这减少了需要的插槽数量,并提高了可靠性。 
在本发明的第一实施例中,预选设备包括可释放的连接设备,通过该设备可以连接到电外科学仪器以输入数据。该类型的连接设备简化了数据传输。 
优选地,连接设备包括外科设备的编码插头可以插入的解码插槽,该插头与连接插头分离。编码插头与连接插头分离的配置使得传统的连接插头可以继续使用。 
优选地,电外科学设备是高频(HF)外科设备。特别在HF电外科学领域中,不同仪器的数量很大,因此用于外科设备的插头系统特别有用。 
控制系统优选地包括存储元件,用于存储插槽到电外科学设备的输入或输出的连接的基本配置。提供基本配置使得特别频繁使用的仪器能被正确地连接到电外科学设备,即使没有输入到预选设备的数据出现。 
可替换地,在基本配置中,开关阵列的所有开关都可以被打开。这由此确保了在电外科学仪器的连接插头插入期间不出现错误的连接。 
另外可替换地,存储元件存储了每种情形下最后确定的连接配置。如果特定的电外科学仪器特别频繁地和相同的电外科学设备一起使用,这特别有好处,从而如果编码插头有缺陷,适合于该特定仪器的连接配置可以通过存储元件来提供。 
优选地,数据可以手动输入到用于外科设备的插头系统的预选设备。如果在特定的电外科学仪器上没有提供编码插头或者如果该编码插头失败,这特别有好处。在该情形下,例如可以在连接插头上印刷的数据可以被读取并手动输入到预选设备,从而电外科学仪器可以被使用。

图1中示出的用于外科设备的插头系统1包括具有插头触点11-13的插槽 10,其通过开关阵列20连接到电外科学设备30的输入或输出31-35;以及控制系统40,其分析通过解码插槽50输入到预选设备41的编码插头60(参见图2)的数据,然后控制开关阵列20从而开关阵列20的开关21a-21o被关闭,从而在插槽10的插头触点11-13和电外科学设备30的输入或输出31-35之间建立电连接。 
在根据图1和图2的实施例中,用于外科设备的插头系统1具有带三个插头触点11-13的插槽10,其可以连接到电外科学设备30的五个不同的输入或输出31-35。通常,很自然可以理解,每个具有任意数量插头触点11-13的任意数量的插槽10被连接到输入或输出31-35。 
图2示出了一侧的插槽10和解码插槽50以及另一侧的连接插头70和编码插头60的可能排列。编码插头60这里安装在连接插头70上面,从而在连接插头70的触针71-73插入插槽的插头触点11-13时,安装在插槽10里面的解码插槽50的触针51、52也被插入编码插头60的插头触点61、62。 
在可替换的实施例中,还可以理解,编码插头60被安装在电外科学仪器上与连接插头20空间分离的地方。同时,如图1中虚线区域所示,插槽10和解码插槽50可以被分开提供。在该类型的实施例中,在第一步中,解码插槽50的触针51、52被引入到编码插头60的插槽触点61、62,在该基础上,控制系统40相应地设置开关阵列20的开关21a-21o,在该基础上在第二步中,连接插头70的触针71、73被引入到插槽10。在该类型的实施例中,可以使用传统的连接插头70。 
控制系统40包括存储元件43,用于存储开关阵列20的至少一个配置。 
在图1和图2的示例性实施例中,数据通过有线连接的连接设备42从电外科学仪器传输到控制系统40。 
从电外科学仪器想控制系统40传输数据也可以以无线方式来实现。在这样的无线数据传输中,在功能上对应于编码插头60的编码设备(图中未示出)可以被安装在电外科学仪器的任意位置,并且在功能上对应于解码插槽50的解码设备可以被安装在控制系统40或电外科学设备30的任意位置。 
如上很明显,本发明不只是涉及到用于外科设备的插头系统1,也涉及到用于设置外科设备的插头系统1的方法。 
特别的优势在于,用于外科设备的插头系统在HF外科中使用,因为这里使用了特别大量的不同电外科学仪器。 
这里需要注意,上面描述的所有部分被要求为在单独或任意组合中对于本发明来说都是关键的,特别是图中示出的细节。对于本领域技术人员来说,对其进行修改是一种惯例。

Claims (8)

1.一种用于电外科学设备(30)的插头系统(1),电外科学仪器连接到所述电外科学设备(30),包括:至少一个具有多个插头触点(11-13)的插槽(10),所述电外科学仪器的连接插头(70)的触针(71-73)能够插入到该插槽;包括多个开关(21a-21o)的开关阵列(20),用于将至少一个插槽(10)连接到所述电外科学设备(30)的至少两个不同的输入或输出(31-35);以及具有预选设备(41)的控制系统(40),用于控制所述开关阵列(20)从而所述开关阵列(20)依赖于输入到所述预选设备(41)的数据来将预定的插槽(10)连接到预定的输入或输出(31-35);
其中,所述控制系统(40)包括存储元件(43),用于存储插槽(10)和所述电外科学设备(30)的输入或输出(31-35)之间的连接的基本配置。
2.根据权利要求1所述的用于电外科学设备(30)的插头系统(1),其特征在于,所述预选设备(41)包括可释放的连接设备(42),能够通过该连接设备(42)连接到所述电外科学仪器以输入数据。
3.根据权利要求2所述的用于电外科学设备(30)的插头系统(1),其特征在于,所述连接设备(42)包括至少一个解码插槽(50)。
4.根据权利要求3所述的用于电外科学设备(30)的插头系统(1),其特征在于,所述电外科学仪器的编码插头(60)能够被插入到所述解码插槽(50),所述编码插头(60)从所述电外科学仪器的连接插头(70)分离。
5.根据权利要求1或2所述的用于电外科学设备(30)的插头系统(1),其特征在于,所述电外科学设备(30)是HF外科设备。
6.根据权利要求5所述的用于电外科学设备(30)的插头系统(1),其特征在于,在所述基本配置中,所有开关(21a-21o)是打开的。
7.根据权利要求5所述的用于电外科学设备(30)的插头系统(1),其特征在于,所述存储元件(43)存储最后确定的连接配置。
8.根据权利要求1或2所述的用于电外科学设备(30)的插头系统(1),其特征在于,所述数据能够被手动输入到所述预选设备(41)。
