Abstract

本发明涉及一种用于处理工业的现场设备,特别是流量测量设备。在这种情况下为达到即使在具有小型接线盒的结构小的装置的情况下也使安装简化的目的,根据本发明建议,接线盒盖板(1)内的接线端子或者接线板(10)和接线盒(2)内在接触上与之对应的接触片(20)这样设置,使得当盖板(1)盖在接线盒(2)上时,使接线端子或接线板(10)与接触片(20)实现接触。

技术领域
本发明涉及一种用于处理工业的现场设备,特别是如权利要求1的前序部分所述的流量测量设备。 
背景技术
处理设备始终具有外部的连接接口,在连接接口上一方面供给电能,另一方面连接信号线。这种接线盒为此目的为敷设电缆必须可实际操作电缆。 
随着制造紧凑式现场设备的趋势日益增长,接线盒在结构上越来越小,但由此也增加了人工连接开销。 
发明内容
本发明的目的因此在于,使在具有小型接线盒的结构小的装置或现场设备情况下的安装也得以简化。 
本发明的核心在于,接线盒盖板内的接线端子或者接线板和接线盒内在接触上与之对应的接触片这样设置,当盖板盖在接线盒上时,使接线端子或接线板与接触片触点接通。 
由于现场设备越来越紧凑,以克服开头所述难以接触接线端子的问题。电缆或信号电缆在取下盖板的情况下可以很容易地连接在根据本发明定位在那里的很容易接触的接线端子或者接线板上。连接线路的连接时小型接线盒内的复杂操作因此得到完全克服。安装由此得到明显简化。 
在具有优点的进一步构成中,接线盒的盖板内设置了对于所引入的信号线减轻张力的部件和/或者电缆屏蔽柱。 
在具有优点的进一步构成中,在使用金属盖板的情况下旋入用于接线端子或者接线板的固定件。 
在具有优点的进一步构成中,在使用塑料盖板的情况下同时在塑料内注塑用于接线端子或者接线板的固定件。 
在具有优点的进一步构成中,与减轻张力的部件附加地同时与盖板整体构成电缆引线部件。 
在具有优点的进一步构成中,在接线盒内装入传感装置和/或者测量变换器和/或用于提供电子信号的印制电路板,其与接触片相应直接电连接。 
在具有优点的进一步构成中,传感装置和/或测量变换器和/或用于提供电子信号的印制电路板在一种注塑材料内注塑。 
在具有优点的进一步构成中,利用盖板封闭的接线盒在封闭状态下密封封闭。 
在具有优点的进一步构成中,密封封闭防水密封或者防喷水密封。 
在具有优点的进一步构成中,密封封闭是耐压的。 
在具有优点的进一步构成中,密封封闭为Ex-d保护。 
在具有优点的进一步构成中,现场设备为电感或电容式的流量测量设备。

具体实施方式
附图示出这里未进一步示出的任意现场设备,即根据本发明的接线盒。按照这种方式连接的现场设备可以是流量测量设备、分析设备或者阀门的位置调节器等。在任何情况下,必须连接信号和/或供电线路。因为这种现场设备可以是任意类型的,所以在这里仅示出根据本发明的接线盒。该接线盒在外部固定在现场设备上。 
接线盒20可通过可打开和关闭的盖板1封闭。其中,连接线路不再引入和连接在接线盒2内,而是处于盖板1内。这样做的优点是,盖板1明显更容易接触,而且连接线路的单个电缆连接的手动安装可以简单得多。此外,通过便于接触还可以明显缩短安装时间。 
这样接线端子10在盖板1内定位,连接线路3的单个电缆连接在接线端子上。盖板的内部还设置减轻张力的部件4。 
而接线盒2内相反设置接触片20,其在关闭盖板1时与接线端子10这样共同作用,使机械上按照这种方式接线端子10与接触片20按照插头连接的原理形成电接触。在接线盒2内部,与接触片20连接其它电气和/或电子元件, 如传感装置、电子装置、测量变换器等。通过关闭盖板时产生接触,连接线路最终与之相接触。 
其中,盖板1与接线盒2之间的机械连接这样构成,使其按照Ex-D原理产生耐压封装。许多现场设备中均要求这种耐压封装。 
总而言之,在盖板1内敷设电缆比在接线盒2内更加简单。

Claims (11)

1.一种现场设备,特别是流量测量设备,具有测量装置和可用盖板封闭的接线盒,在接线盒内设置接线端子,其特征在于,接线盒盖板(1)内的接线端子或者接线板(10)和接线盒(2)内在接触上与之对应的接触片(20)这样设置,使得当盖板(1)盖在接线盒(2)上时,使接线端子或接线板(10)与接触片(20)实现接触。
2.按权利要求1所述的现场设备,其特征在于,在接线盒(2)的盖板(1)内设置有对于所引入的信号线(3)特定的减轻张力的部件(4)和/或者电缆屏蔽柱。
3.按权利要求1或2所述的现场设备,其特征在于,在使用金属盖板的情况下旋入用于接线端子或者接线板的固定件。
4.按权利要求1或2所述的现场设备,其特征在于,在使用塑料盖板的情况下同时在塑料内注塑用于接线端子或者接线板的固定件。
5.按前述权利要求之一所述的现场设备,其特征在于,除了减轻张力的部件之外,同时在盖板(1)内集成电缆引线部件。
6.按前述权利要求之一所述的现场设备,其特征在于,在接线盒(2)内装入传感装置(21)和/或测量变换器和/或用于提供电子信号的印制电路板,其与接触片(20)相应直接电连接。
7.按权利要求6所述的现场设备,其特征在于,传感装置(21)和/或测量变换器和/或用于提供电子信号的印制电路板在一种注塑材料内注塑。
8.按前述权利要求之一所述的现场设备,其特征在于,利用盖板(1)封闭的接线盒(2)在封闭状态下密封封闭。
9.按权利要求8所述的现场设备,其特征在于,密封封闭防水密封或者防喷水密封。
10.按权利要求8所述的现场设备,其特和在于,密封封闭为按照Ex-d保护的耐压封装。
11.按前述权利要求之一所述的现场设备,其特征在于,现场设备为电感或者电容式的流量测量设备。
