本发明公开了一种具有通风、消声及阻热的多功能门窗型材，包括型材主体，在所述型材主体上设置有与室外连通的进风口和与室内连通的出风口，所述进风口、出风口以及型材主体的内部腔体形成一连通室内外的通风通道，在所述通风通道内设置有风门，在所述通风通道内设置有吸声模块，在所述型材主体内还设置有由隔热模块形成的隔热桥。本发明在型材主体上设置连通室内外的进风口和出风口，使门窗型材本身具有了通风换气的功能，同时在型材主体内部设置可旋转风门，通过风门开度的调节控制进气量的大小，同时在型材主体内部还设置有吸声、隔热模块，在满足通风量的同时，也满足的人们对室内降噪、隔热的要求。本发明结构简单、成本低廉、外观美观。

Description

一种具有通风、消声及阻热的多功能门窗型材
技术领域
本发明涉及一种门窗型材，特别是涉及一种可调节进风量，具有阻隔热量传入，具有高效降噪功能的门窗框型材。
背景技术
现有门窗型材仅能充当窗框，无法完成室内空气的交换。为了解决上述问题，出现了一些解决该问题的方法，例如已公开的中国实用新型专利《一种可换气的门窗型材》（专利号ZL200620014033.2），在该技术方案中，其将进气口直接布置在型材的上部，当下雨时，雨水就会流进型材，并通过室内通气口，流进室内，同时，由于进、出气口的位置布置不合理，室外空气要进入室内，要经过四个90度的折弯，才能实现，因此，存在很高的流道阻力，在自然通风的状态下，几乎不能实现空气进入；同时在设置了通气口后，没有考虑隔热、降噪等相关要求，在当今提倡“节能减排”的大环境下，肯定是无法实施的。
在当今，较为常用的解决隔声窗的通风换气问题的办法是在窗框与玻璃间插入通风器，例如发明名称为《A ventilator》（申请号：89200248.6）的欧洲专利以及发明名称为《Ventilatie-Inrichting》（申请号：1010057A6）的比利时专利，其均公开了一种通风器，在通风器上设置有进、出风口，在通风器内设置有可旋转的开关，通过开关控制通风器的开闭，这样，虽然通过将该类通风器设置于玻璃与窗框之间，较好解决了室内通风换气的问题，但是同时，在增加通风器了后又带来许多其他新的问题，如门窗的密封、防水问题很难解决好，因为在安装通风器后，通风器与窗框和玻璃之间会存在工艺缝隙，同时，在窗框上安装通风器后，会减少采光面积，而且为了安装不同的通风器，必须分别设计，结构复杂，在外观上无法实现窗框与通风器之间的统一，使整体上不美观。
而且在实际使用中，安装通风器的地方通常是噪音较大的地方，因为安装通风器就是为了解决当玻璃全封闭安装用于降噪后带来的通气问题，然而现有的通风器均只考虑了通风换气的问题，其在实现了通风换气的同时，由于通风通道的打开，使室外的噪音再次由通道传入室内，从而又失去了降噪的目的，而且通风器关闭后室内外隔热的问题也未得到相应解决。
发明内容
本发明的目的在于克服上述现有技术的缺点而提供一种能满足室内换气量要求，同时可调节进风量，且具有阻隔热量，降噪功能的新型型材，从而将门窗框设计成既能保证足量通风（一人50立方/小时）又具备调节进气量，又能隔热，隔声的窗框。
本发明的目的是这样实现的：
一种具有通风、消声及阻热的多功能门窗型材，包括型材主体，在所述型材主体上设置有与室外连通的进风口和与室内连通的出风口，所述型材主体内部为腔体，所述腔体与进风口、出风口形成一连通室内外的通风通道，在所述通风通道内设置有用于调节进风量大小的风门，其特征在于：在所述通风通道内设置有吸声模块，在所述型材主体内设置有隔热单元。
本发明所述的具有通风、消声及阻热的多功能门窗型材，其所述型材主体包括上盖、下盖和连接体，所述上盖、下盖和连接体为分体式结构，所述上盖通过连接体可拆卸式的与下盖连接。
本发明所述的具有通风、消声及阻热的多功能门窗型材，其所述型材主体包括上盖、下盖和连接体，所述上盖、下盖和连接体成型为一体。
本发明所述的具有通风、消声及阻热的多功能门窗型材，其在所述通风通道内、型材主体上设置有摆动风门支座，所述摆动风门支座与设置于通风通道内的风门一端铰接。
本发明所述的具有通风、消声及阻热的多功能门窗型材，其在所述风门的端部设置有密封件。
本发明所述的具有通风、消声及阻热的多功能门窗型材，其在所述通风通道内、摆动风门支座相对一侧的型材主体上设置有风门密封垫支座，在所述风门密封垫支座内设置有与风门配合的密封块。
本发明所述的具有通风、消声及阻热的多功能门窗型材，其在所述型材主体上设置有若干空腔，所述风门为中空结构，在所述空腔和风门的中空结构中设置有隔热模块，其在型材主体内部形成隔热桥。
本发明所述的具有通风、消声及阻热的多功能门窗型材，其在所述型材主体内、靠近进风口和出风口处分别设置有上吸声模块和下吸声模块，所述靠近进风口处的上吸声模块与气流接触的面为曲面。
本发明所述的具有通风、消声及阻热的多功能门窗型材，其在所述型材主体上设置有吸声模块卡座，所述上吸声模块通过吸声模块卡座卡接在型材主体上。
本发明所述的具有通风、消声及阻热的多功能门窗型材，其在所述型材主体上设置有挡雨边框，所述进风口设置于挡雨边框内侧下方，在所述进风口处、型材主体上设置有阻水罩，所述上吸声模块卡接在挡雨边框内侧。
本发明所述的具有通风、消声及阻热的多功能门窗型材，其在所述出风口处设置有过滤网。
本发明在型材主体上设置连通室内外的进风口和出风口，使门窗型材本身具有了通风换气的功能，同时在型材主体内部设置可旋转风门，通过风门开度的调节控制进气量的大小，同时在型材主体内部还设置有吸声、隔热模块，在满足通风量的同时，也满足的人们对室内降噪、隔热的要求。本发明结构简单、成本低廉、外观美观。
本发明相比于现有技术有如下优点：
1、本发明在现有门窗型材上增加了通风功能，将通风与型材结合为一体，同时在，在通风通道内设置可旋转的风门，通过风门的开度可随时调节进风量，在保证各项性能较好的前提下，使成本降低，性价比较高，减少了传统通风器安装在玻璃上时增加一道工艺缝隙而带来的密封、防水问题；同时解决中空玻璃厚度与传统通风器相应部位厚度不一致造成的密封、防水问题。
2、在型材主体内设置了安放吸声模块的支座，通过安装高效的吸声材料，有效地吸收掉室外传入的中、低频噪声。
3、型材主体内通过吸声模块的流线型设计，使吸声模块成为气流通畅流动的通道，使进入型材内的气流在最小阻力的情况下，顺畅的进入室内；同时，这种吸声块的曲线设计，增加了噪声与吸声体之间的接触面积，因此，增加了吸声量。
4、在型材主体内采用整体隔热桥设计，在型材中间形成一条高效的隔热层，可以有效的阻隔热量在室内、外传递，从来起到节能的目的。
5、风门也采用节能构造，在关闭状态时实现2～3道密封，对密封、保温性能有很大的提高，对整个型材主体内部进行了节能性能的合理匹配，不形成节能薄弱环节。
6、在型材主体上还设计有挡雨边框、下部进风以及内部阻水设计，从而使型材具有良好的防水性能。
7、该门窗在制作时一次性将通风装置与门窗型材合为一体，装配工艺便捷，并可批量生产。
8、现有门窗框，一般只能适应一种厚度的玻璃，而本发明的门窗框可适应各种厚度的玻璃，可根据实际隔声、节能要求选用不同厚度的玻璃。

实施例一:如图1和2所示，一种具有通风、消声及阻热的多功能门窗型材，包括型材主体1，在所述型材主体1上设置有与室外连通的进风口2和与室内连通的出风口3，所述进风口2、出风口3以及型材主体1的内部腔体形成一连通室内外的通风通道4，所述通风通道为流畅的无弯折通道，有利于气体在通道中的流动；在所述通风通道4内、型材主体1的上盖1a上设置有摆动风门支座5，所述摆动风门支座5与设置于通风通道4内的风门6上端铰接，通过转动风门控制其开度，从而达到调节进风量的功能。
在所述通风通道4内设置有上吸声模块10a和下吸声模块10b，利用高效地吸声材料，在保证通风的情况下，有效地吸收掉室外传入的中、低频噪声，所述上吸声模块10a通过型材主体1上的吸声模块卡座17设置于靠近进风口2处，所述上吸声模块10a与气流接触的面为曲面，该曲面流线型设计，使吸声模块成为气流通畅流动的通道，使进入型材内的气流在最小阻力的情况下，顺畅的进入室内，同时，这种吸声块的曲线设计，增加了噪声与吸声体之间的接触面积，因此，增加了吸声量；在所述型材主体1上设置有若干空腔11，所述风门6为中空结构，在所述空腔11和风门6的中空结构中设置有隔热模块12，其在型材主体1内部形成隔热桥16，有效的阻隔热量在室内、外传递，从来起到节能的目的。
所述型材主体1包括上盖1a、下盖1b和连接体1c，所述上盖1a、下盖1b和连接体1c成型为一体；在所述风门6的下端部设置有密封件7，在所述通风通道4内、型材主体1的下盖1b上设置有风门密封垫支座8，在所述风门密封垫支座8内设置有与风门6配合的密封块9，其中，所述风门6下端的密封件7和风门密封垫支座8内设置的密封块9在风门关闭状态时实现了至少两道密封，对型材主体内部的密封及室内的保温性能有很大的提高。
在所述型材主体1上设置有挡雨边框13，所述进风口2设置于挡雨边框13内侧下方，在所述进风口2处、型材主体1上设置有阻水罩14，从而使型材具有良好的防水性；在所述出风口3处还设置有过滤网15，用于防止蚊虫从通风通道进入室内。
实施例二：如图3所示，所述型材主体1包括上盖1a、下盖1b和连接体1c，所述上盖1a通过连接体1c可拆卸式的与下盖1b连接，其他结构与实施例一基本相同。
上述实施例为内嵌自然通风结构，当作为自然通风器窗框用时，在内外压力差作用下，新鲜空气从进风口进入，风量大小可通过风门的开度来调节，由于窗框型材内嵌入高效的吸声材料，在通风状态下，可有效吸收外部噪声，当风门关闭时，由于风门采用两道密封结构，同时窗框型材内采用了隔热桥设计，可以很好的隔断热量和噪声的传递，具有良好的隔热、隔声效果。
另外，在型材主体内部也可以嵌入动力通风器，在动力通风器的作用下，可将室外新鲜空气源源不断的送入室内。

Claims (11)

1.一种具有通风、消声及阻热的多功能门窗型材，包括型材主体（1），在所述型材主体（1）上设置有与室外连通的进风口（2）和与室内连通的出风口（3），所述型材主体（1）内部为腔体，所述腔体与进风口（2）、出风口（3）形成一连通室内外的通风通道（4），在所述通风通道（4）内设置有用于调节进风量大小的风门（6），其特征在于：在所述通风通道（4）内设置有吸声模块，在所述型材主体（1）内设置有隔热单元。
2.根据权利要求1所述的具有通风、消声及阻热的多功能门窗型材，其特征在于：所述型材主体（1）包括上盖（1a）、下盖（1b）和连接体（1c），所述上盖（1a）、下盖（1b）和连接体（1c）为分体式结构，上盖（1a）通过连接体（1c）可拆卸式的与下盖（1b）连接。
3.根据权利要求1所述的具有通风、消声及阻热的多功能门窗型材，其特征在于：所述型材主体（1）包括上盖（1a）、下盖（1b）和连接体（1c），所述上盖（1a）、下盖（1b）和连接体（1c）成型为一体。
4.根据权利要求1、2或3所述的具有通风、消声及阻热的多功能门窗型材，其特征在于：在所述通风通道（4）内、型材主体（1）上设置有摆动风门支座（5），所述摆动风门支座（5）与设置于通风通道（4）内的风门（6）一端铰接。
5.根据权利要求4所述的具有通风、消声及阻热的多功能门窗型材，其特征在于：在所述风门（6）的端部设置有密封件（7）。
6.根据权利要求5所述的具有通风、消声及阻热的多功能门窗型材，其特征在于：在所述通风通道（4）内、摆动风门支座（5）相对一侧的型材主体（1）上设置有风门密封垫支座（8），在所述风门密封垫支座（8）内设置有与风门（6）配合的密封块（9）。
7.根据权利要求1、2或3所述的具有通风、消声及阻热的多功能门窗型材，其特征在于：在所述型材主体（1）上设置有若干空腔（11），所述风门（6）为中空结构，在所述空腔（11）和风门（6）的中空结构中设置有隔热模块（12），其在型材主体（1）内部形成隔热桥（16）。
8.根据权利要求1、2或3所述的具有通风、消声及阻热的多功能门窗型材，其特征在于：在所述型材主体（1）内、靠近进风口（2）和出风口（3）处分别设置有上吸声模块（10a）和下吸声模块（10b），所述靠近进风口（2）处的上吸声模块（10a）与气流接触的面为曲面。
9.根据权利要求8所述的具有通风、消声及阻热的多功能门窗型材，其特征在于：在所述型材主体（1）上设置有吸声模块卡座（17），所述上吸声模块（10a）通过吸声模块卡座（17）卡接在型材主体（1）上。
10.根据权利要求8所述的具有通风、消声及阻热的多功能门窗型材，其特征在于：在所述型材主体（1）上设置有挡雨边框（13），所述进风口（2）设置于挡雨边框（13）内侧下方，在所述进风口（2）处、型材主体（1）上设置有阻水罩（14），所述上吸声模块（10a）卡接在挡雨边框（13）内侧。
11.根据权利要求1、2或3所述的具有通风、消声及阻热的多功能门窗型材，其特征在于：在所述出风口（3）处设置有过滤网（15）。
