技术领域
本发明专利名称为一种小巧的披水板型门窗微通风器，是涉及一种门窗用通风装置，具体为一种小巧的披水板型门窗微通风器。
背景技术
门窗在特殊的使用场所，如厨房、卫生间等，不仅需要有良好的密封性能来遮风挡雨，关闭状态时也需要具有微通风功能，以保证室内空气的干燥与清新。因此，在上述场所，经常会使用到门窗通风器。而现有的门窗通风器一般结构复杂、外观尺寸较大，占用门窗较大的空间，降低了门窗的美观性，且不具有披水的功能，雨天使用时易进水。
发明内容
本发明涉及一种小巧的披水板型门窗微通风器，针对现有的门窗通风器存在的一些弊端进行优化设计，外观尺寸小，且室外部分兼具披水板功能。具体包括室内通风器1、室外通风器2两部分，其特征是：
室内通风器1包括静壳体9与动壳体8，静壳体9与动壳体8皆为铝合金挤压型材，可根据需要裁切为适合的长度。静壳体9两端安装有固定座6，固定座6上预留有圆孔，自攻钉7可穿过圆孔，将固定座6及静壳体9固定在门窗边框3上。动壳体8两端分别安装端堵10及手柄5，端堵10及手柄5上有轴，可插入固定座6上的孔内，并使动壳体8能够绕轴旋转。
室外通风器2的室外壳体13为铝合金挤压型材，可根据需要裁切为适合的长度。室外壳体13两端安装有固定座12。固定座12上预留有圆孔，自攻钉7可穿过圆孔，将固定座12及室外壳体13固定在门窗边框3上。室外壳体13内置防虫网11，防止蚊虫飞入室内。
门窗使用本发明时，只需在门窗边框3上开一贯通室内外的长条孔，将本发明的室内通风器1、室外通风器2分别安装在长条孔外侧，并覆盖长条孔。通过在室内调节手柄5，使动壳体8绕静壳体9旋转，来控制室内通风器2的开关，进而控制室内外空气的流通。
室外通风器2的横截面外形尺寸为24mmX19mm，室内通风器1的横截面外形尺寸为14mmX18mm，二者外观尺寸小巧，占用门窗很小的空间，提高了门窗的美观性。
室外壳体13安装于门窗边框3上端，本身具有披水板的功能，雨天使用时，可阻止雨水进入门窗，提高了门窗的水密性能。

五、具体实施方式
a．在门窗边框3上开一贯通室内外的长条孔，用于微通风。
b．静壳体9两端安装固定座6，动壳体8两端分别安装端堵10及手柄5，将端堵10及手柄5上的轴插入固定座6上的孔内，并使动壳体8能够绕轴旋转。
c．用自攻钉7将固定座6固定在门窗边框3上。
d．盖上扣盖4，完成室内通风器的安装。
e．室外壳体13内置防虫网11，两端安装固定座12。
f．用自攻钉7将固定座12及室外壳体13固定在门窗边框3上。
g．塞入堵帽14，完成室外通风器的安装。

1.一种小巧的披水板型门窗微通风器，具体包括室内通风器(1)、室外通风器(2)两部分，其特征是：
室内通风器(1)包括静壳体(9)与动壳体(8)，静壳体(9)与动壳体(8)皆为铝合金挤压型材，静壳体(9)两端有固定座(6)，固定座(6)上有圆孔，动壳体(8)两端分别有端堵(10)及手柄(5)，端堵(10)及手柄(5)上有轴，插入固定座(6)上的孔内，动壳体(8)绕轴旋转；
室外通风器(2)的室外壳体(13)为铝合金挤压型材，室外壳体(13)两端有固定座(12)，固定座(12)上有圆孔，室外壳体(13)内置防虫网(11)；
室外壳体(13)安装于门窗边框(3)上端，本身具有披水板的功能，雨天使用时，可阻止雨水进入门窗，提高了门窗的水密性能。
2.根据权利要求1所述的小巧的披水板型门窗微通风器，室外通风器(2)的横截面外形尺寸为24mmX19mm，室内通风器(1)的横截面外形尺寸为14mmX18mm。
3.根据权利要求1所述的小巧的披水板型门窗微通风器，室外壳体(13)外侧下端设计有披水沿，安装于门窗边框(3)上端作为披水板。
