Abstract

本发明涉及生活日用品技术领域,具体地说是一种具有香味的电器用品板材及其制备方法和用途。其特征在于该板材按用量的质量分数比配比如下:塑料88-98.9%、助剂1-4%、加香母粒0.1-8%。本发明同现有的技术相比,电器用品板材能够散发香味,一个隐形的室内香氛装置,不占室内空间,而且香味散发时间持久,可根据个人喜好,选择不同香型的面板,当一段时间后面板的精油挥发完了时,更换电器外面板即可,加入抑菌防霉香母粒,电器板材可以长效抑菌防霉,开关触摸处不管经谁触摸,都能有效避免各种交叉感染。

一种具有香味的电器用品板材及其制备方法和用途
[技术领域]
本发明涉及生活日用品技术领域,具体地说是一种具有香味的电器用品板材及其制备方法和用途。
[背景技术]
目前,随着电视、电话、电脑以及电器用品的广泛普及,为了使各种电器不影响使用又不影响美观,人们发明了多种开关面板等电器面板,但是大多数产品功能十分单一,不能满足家居装饰以及设备的需要。
[发明内容]
本发明目的是为了丰富市场使电器用品板材能够散发香味,室内充满香氛,不占室内空间,当一段时间后面板的香味挥发完了,可更换电器用品板材即可,提供一种具有香味的电器用品板材及其制备方法和用途。
为了实现上述目的设计一种具有香味的电器用品板材,其特征在于该板材按用量的质量分数比配比如下:
塑料             88-98.9%
助剂             1-4%
加香母粒         0.1-8%;
所述的板材按用量的质量分数比配比如下:
HDPE                        88-97.9%
助剂                        2-4%
加香母粒的基体树脂为HDPE    0.1-8%;
所述的板材按用量的质量分数比配比如下:
PVC                         88-97.9%
助剂                        2-4%
加香母粒的基体树脂为PVC     0.1-8%;
所述的板材按用量的质量分数比配比如下:
EVA                         89-98.9%
助剂                        1-3%
加香母粒的基体树脂为EVA     0.1-8%;
所述的板材按用量的质量分数比配比如下:
PP                          88-97%
助剂                        2-4%
加香母粒的基体树脂为PP      0.1-8%;
所述的板材按用量的质量分数比配比如下:

所述的助剂为增塑剂、防老剂和色素;
所述的塑料采用PE或EVA或PP或PVC或SBS或HDPE或含有至少一种的塑料的混合物;
所述的板材用于开关外面板、电源插座外面板、电话机壳体、电脑键盘、电脑壳体、电视机壳体、洗衣机壳体、收音机装饰面板、空调壳体剂出风口格栅、灯具壳体领域。
一种具有香味的电器用品板材的制备方法,其特征在于将上述原料按上述比例混合,放入注塑机,利用模具进行注塑成型。
本发明同现有的技术相比,电器用品板材能够散发香味,一个隐形的室内香氛装置,不占室内空间,而且香味散发时间持久,可根据个人喜好,选择不同香型的面板,当一段时间后面板的精油挥发完了时,更换电器外面板即可,加入抑菌防霉香母粒,电器板材可以长效抑菌防霉,开关触摸处不管经谁触摸,都能有效避免各种交叉感染。
[具体实施例]
下面通过具体的实施例对本发明做进一步详细的描述。这种制造加工技术对本专业的人来说是清楚的。
加香是加在外面板上,不与内电路接触,所以在拆卸时不会产生触电等危险事件。所以,对于外面板的要求,也就不需很高,主要还是以美观,能散出香味为主。所以选择范围很广,可以使用PE,EVA,PVC,PP,SBS等都可以。选择其中一种粒料,和与它相同的基体树脂的加香母粒,按一定配比混合后,同时投入注塑机,加载好外面板的模具,注塑成型即可。

加香母粒(基体树脂为PVC) 2%

将上述原料按上述比例混合,放入注塑机,利用模具进行注塑成型。

塑料         88-98.9%
助剂         1-4%
加香母粒     0.1-8%。

HDPE                      88-97.9%
助剂                      2-4%
加香母粒的基体树脂为HDPE  0.1-8%。
3.如权利要求书1所述的一种具有香味的电器用品板材,其特征在于该板材按用量的质量分数比配比如下:
PVC                       88-97.9%
助剂                      2-4%
加香母粒的基体树脂为PVC   0.1-8%。
4.如权利要求书1所述的一种具有香味的电器用品板材,其特征在于该板材按用量的质量分数比配比如下:
EVA                     89-98.9%

7.如权利要求1至4所述的一种具有香味的电器用品板材,其特征在于所述的助剂为增塑剂、防老剂和色素。
8.如权利要求1所述的一种具有香味的电器用品板材,其特征在于所述的塑料采用PE或EVA或PP或PVC或SBS或HDPE或含有至少一种的塑料的混合物。
9.如权利要求1至4所述的一种具有香味的电器用品板材,其特征在于所述的板材用于开关外面板、电源插座外面板、电话机壳体、电脑键盘、电脑壳体、电视机壳体、洗衣机壳体、收音机装饰面板、空调壳体剂出风口格栅、灯具壳体领域。
10.一种具有香味的电器用品板材的制备方法,其特征在于将上述原料按上述比例混合,放入注塑机,利用模具进行注塑成型。
