1. a non-wash type bactericidal cleanser composition is characterized in that, contains:
(A) be selected from chlorination benzalkonium, zephiran chloride ammonium or TMBEA cationic sterilant 0.01~1 quality %,
(B-1) be selected from HLB9~16 of T 46155 sclerosis Semen Ricini oil, Stearinsaeure T 46155 glycerine ester and Stearinsaeure macrogol ester nonionic surfactant 0.01~1.0 quality %,
(C) amino acid, its salt or dl-pyrrolidone sodium carboxylate 0.01~5 quality % and
(D) alcohol 16~40 quality % of carbonatoms 1~3,
