Abstract
本发明提供一种税控器开具财务系统发票的方法，属于税控应用技术领域，采用对开票数据通过Excel格式的通用电子文件进行导出、导入的方式，从而达到对税控器进行财务系统发票的简便开具。该发明和现有技术相比，简单而且易行，不需要更改税控器的硬件设计，只需在税控器专用发票软件中增加导入格式样式的发票数据方法和财务系统发票打印方法，实现税控器快速开具财务系统发票，克服财务人员手工二次输入发票数据的弊端，就能达到简便开具财务系统发票的目的。

本发明涉及税控应用技术领域，具体地说是一种税控器开具财务系统发票的方法。
背景技术
现在很多企业都拥有自己的一套企业信息管理系统(如：财务软件、ERP/MRPII、进销存、销售管理软件等系统)来管理日常的发票销售数据，根据国家税务局的要求2011年1月之前各单位必须使用税控机开具服务类发票，此举对政府部门完善税收监控有着举足轻重的作用，然而对于那些拥有自己的企业信息管理系统企业来说，想要把企业信息管理系统的发票信息通过税控器进行发票，就必须将在企业信息管理系统里面录入了的发票信息，在税控器发票软件系统里再录入一次，对于一些发票量大的企业来说，逐条信息的再次输入，大大降低了财务部门的工作效率，增大了工作量。
发明内容
本发明是针对上述现有技术的不足，提供一种税控器开具财务系统发票的方法。
本发明的一种税控器开具财务系统发票的方法是按以下方式实现的，采用对开票数据通过Excel格式的通用电子文件进行导出、导入的方式，从而达到对税控器进行财务系统发票的简便开具，其步骤如下：
(1)企业信息管理软件与税控器专用开票软件系统制定一个开票数据导出格式样式；
(2)企业信息管理软件根据导出格式样式导出开票数据到通用电子文件中；
(3)税控器专用开票软件系统中增加“导入发票信息”功能，将企业信息管理软件导出的通用电子文件导入到开票软件系统中形成一个未开发票列表；
(4)在税控器专用开票软件系统中增加“财务系统发票打印”功能，该功能中通过选择框和全选框选择多个或全部的发票信息进行财务系统发票的开具。
本发明和现有技术相比，具有以下突出的有益效果：
简单而且易行，不需要更改税控器的硬件设计，只需在税控器专用发票软件中增加导入格式样式的发票数据方法和财务系统发票打印方法，实现税控器快速开具财务系统发票，克服财务人员手工二次输入发票数据的弊端，就能达到简便开具财务系统发票的目的。

具体实施方式
参照说明书附图对本发明的一种税控器开具财务系统发票的方法作以下详细地说明。
本发明的一种税控器开具财务系统发票的方法采用对开票数据通过Excel格式的通用电子文件进行导出、导入的方式，从而达到对税控器进行财务系统发票的简便开具，具体操作步骤如下所述：
(1)制定Excel导出格式：企业信息管理软件与税控器专用发票软件系统制定一个Excel格式的导出发票数据；
(2)导出发票数据：企业信息管理软件导出发票数据到Excel格式电子文件中；
(3)导入发票数据：税控器专用发票软件系统中通过导入发票数据功能，将企业信息管理软件导出的Excel格式文件电子文件导入到发票软件系统中形成一个未开发票列表；
(4)财务系统发票打印：在税控器专用发票软件系统中应用财务系统发票打印，可以通过选择框和全选框选择多个或全部的发票数据进行，从而方便用户有效地进行财务系统发票的开具。
在将导出的发票数据通过导入发票数据功能导入到发票软件系统中，可以清楚的看出发票的各栏项目，如：付款单位名称，经营项目1名称，经营项目1单价，经营项目1数量等，再由财务系统发票打印功能，并通过选择框选择多个发票数据，打印即可，方便进行财务专用发票的开具。

1.一种税控器开具财务系统发票的方法，其特征在于，采用对开票数据通过Excel格式的通用电子文件进行导出、导入的方式，从而达到对税控器进行财务系统发票的简便开具，其步骤如下：
(1)企业信息管理软件与税控器专用开票软件系统制定一个开票数据导出格式样式；
(2)企业信息管理软件根据导出格式样式导出开票数据到通用电子文件中；
(3)税控器专用开票软件系统中增加“导入发票信息”功能，将企业信息管理软件导出的通用电子文件导入到开票软件系统中形成一个未开发票列表；
(4)在税控器专用开票软件系统中增加“财务系统发票打印”功能，该功能中通过选择框和全选框选择多个或全部的发票信息进行财务系统发票的开具。
