发明内容

如上文所指出的那样,本发明的方面提供了对机器的工作、性能和效率的改善。如贯穿本申请中所用,所涉及的机器将包括:燃气轮机、蒸汽轮机或压缩机。在一个实施例中,文中所述的本发明包括紧固到机器的叶轮和轮叶上的盖板,以及位于盖板与叶轮和轮叶之间的密封件。机器上的盖板和密封件的一个特征在于,其减小了来自于系统的加压空气的损失。此外,盖板和密封件可防止热气体流入叶轮空间中,且有助于机器的二次空气流动。此外,本文所述的盖板和密封件可便于保持在机器上。此外,由于盖板和密封件可在旋转轴位于半个壳体上时进行安装和移除,故盖板和密封件可便于机器的组装和拆卸。盖板和密封件还可通过用作隔热屏来改善机器的性能,且通过增加阻尼而减小振动。盖板和密封件可安装在叶轮的前侧或后侧上。作为备选,盖板和密封件可安装在叶轮的前侧和后侧上。
转到附图,图1示出了包括密封组件101的机器100的相关部分的截面视图。机器100包括轮叶102、叶轮104和旋转轴106。如所理解到的那样,至少一个叶轮104联接到机器100的旋转轴106上。各叶轮104均可包括多个轮叶102,气体作用在轮叶102上使旋转轴106转动。
图2示出了图1的相关部分的放大视图。密封组件101包括密封件108、盖板110和天使翼112。在一个实施例中,盖板110使用钩状物206紧固到机器100的叶轮104上。用于将盖板110紧固到叶轮104上的备选实施例例如可包括:螺栓、销、立管(stack)或连接销扣环。在另一实施例中,盖板110可包括接合机器100轮叶102中的槽口210的外缘208。
图3示出了显示气体和空气流动的机器100的截面视图。图3示出了机器100的喷嘴302。如图所示,喷嘴302位于轮叶102的两侧。然而,应当理解的是,喷嘴302可只存在于轮叶102的前侧,在此,该轮叶为末级轮叶。热气流308移动经过轮叶102。喷嘴支承环304在机器100前(左)侧或上游侧直接位于喷嘴302下方。隔板306在机器100后(右)侧或下游侧直接位于喷嘴302下方。喷嘴302包括位于前侧和后侧两者上的部分305,其从喷嘴302朝向叶轮104延伸。叶轮空间314存在于轮叶102的前侧和后侧。在前侧,叶轮空间314位于喷嘴支承环304与叶轮104之间。在后侧,叶轮空间314位于隔板306与叶轮104之间。
叶轮空间吹洗空气312移动经过叶轮空间314。此外,轮叶供送冷却空气(未示出)从叶轮104朝向轮叶102移动。叶轮空间吹洗空气312运动的示图示为其移动经过叶轮空间314,且经过叶轮104。盖板110有助于减少能够在前侧的叶轮104和喷嘴支承环304与在后侧的叶轮104和隔板306之间移动的叶轮空间吹洗空气312的总量。此外,盖板110有助于使轮叶供送冷却空气到达轮叶102而不进入叶轮空间314中。如上文所述,在一个实施例中,盖板110和密封件108可安装在叶轮104的前侧或后侧上(图1)。在另一实施例中,盖板110和密封件108可安装在叶轮104的前侧和后侧上。此外,盖板110上可存在一个或多个天使翼112。天使翼112可有助于防止热的流动通路气体进入叶轮空间314中。
当不存在盖板110和密封件108时,叶轮空间吹洗空气312能够进入叶轮104内的穿孔316中。当存在盖板110和密封件108时,可减少或消除经由叶轮104进入或移动到叶轮空间314中的叶轮空间吹洗空气312的总量。如果未安装盖板110和密封件108,则叶轮空间吹洗空气312将能够在叶轮104与叶轮空间314之间移动。盖板110和密封件108有助于防止叶轮空间吹洗空气312的损失。此外,当不存在盖板110和密封件108时,轮叶供送冷却空气可进入叶轮空间314中。
在一个实施例中,盖板110可为分段式的。在另一实施例中,密封件108可为分段式的。在又一实施例中,盖板110和密封件108两者均可为分段式的。在图8中所示的备选实施例中,其中,存在分段式盖板806和分段式密封件700,或存在分段式盖板806或分段式密封件700中任何一者,密封件108定位成叠置在分段式盖板806上的界面804上,以消除在相邻的沿周向定位的盖板区段802之间的间隙。
盖板110和密封件108还可用于协助机器100的二次流动设计。具体而言,盖板110和密封件108可安装和定位成协助空气和气体流向指定位置的运动。此外,盖板110和密封件108可安装和定位成用以防止加压空气(例如,叶轮空间吹洗空气和轮叶供送冷却空气)的泄漏和热气体的摄入。此外,盖板110和密封件108可通过减少接触或接近叶轮104的热气流308总量或通过提供在轮叶102与叶轮104之间的附加屏障来用作叶轮104的隔热屏。在又一实施例中,盖板110和密封件108可用于缓冲叶轮104和轮叶102上的振动,以及机器100的总体振动。例如,盖板110和密封件108可提供在叶轮104与轮叶102之间的附加机械连接。在轮叶102与叶轮104之间的附加机械连接可在机器100工作的同时提供增大的刚性和减小振动。
转到图4,示出了具有单个裂口的360度单卷密封件(″单卷密封件″)402。单卷密封件402容许在工厂处以及当机器100在客户的场所处时在机器100上进行安装和维护,包括组装和拆卸。在一个实施例中,单卷密封件402容许密封件展开而容许对机器100进行维护和修理。在又一实施例中,通过使单卷密封件402在其圆周上具有缺口,提供了柔性,以便其可操纵机器100的启动和关闭。在另一实施例中,具有其单个裂口的单卷密封件402保持了刚度和耐用性,其中,该密封件402可如上文所详述的那样工作,以及进行安装和从机器100上移除。
转到图5,且继续参看图4,单卷密封件502的末端可例如由舌键和凹槽、搭接、燕尾榫、对接、焊接或铜焊来机械地相联。此外,盖板504可在其机械地联接时安置在单卷密封件502的接头上。在一个实施例中,与盖板504机械地相联的单卷密封件将使单卷密封件402定位在盖板504上,以消除沿周向定位的相邻盖板区段504之间的间隙506。
图6示出了720度的多卷密封件(″多卷密封件″)602。在一个实施例中,多卷密封件的末端并未机械地彼此联接。这除了容许多卷密封件602在机器100上进行安装和移除之外,还容许密封件在机器100的安装和维护期间具有柔性。如果期望的话,其它实施例可包括具有大于720度的多卷密封件。
转到图7,示出了分段式密封件700的一部分。分段式密封件700包括区段704在此进行连接的接头702。在一个实施例中,盖板110可安装在分段式密封件700上。图8示出了分段式密封件700,其中,在分段式密封件700上具有分段式盖板806。查看图8,且继续参看图7,在一个实施例中,盖板接头804可与分段式密封件700的接头702错开,其中,分段式密封件700定位在盖板区段804上,以便消除沿周向定位的相邻盖板区段之间的间隙。
转到图9,该图示出了备选实施例,其中,密封件904沿轮叶102和叶轮104的侧部延伸,从而覆盖在二者之间的界面。密封件904可通过轮叶102上的钩状物902附接到轮叶102上,并且密封件904可通过叶轮104上的钩状物906附接到叶轮104上。密封件904可位于叶轮104的前侧或后侧上。在另外的实施例中,密封件904可位于叶轮104的前侧和后侧上。密封件904可采用上述密封件中的任一形式。

Claims (15)

1.一种机器(100),包括:
旋转轴(106);
联接到所述旋转轴(106)上的叶轮(104);
联接到所述叶轮(104)上的轮叶(102);以及
密封件(108,904),其沿所述轮叶(102)和所述叶轮(104)的侧部延伸,覆盖在其间的界面(804)。
2.根据权利要求1所述的机器,其特征在于,所述轮叶(102)包括用于将所述密封件(108,904)紧固到所述机器(100)的轮叶(102)上的钩状物(206,902,906)。
