拱型反光式彩色橡胶护舷，包括拱型橡胶舷体、所述拱型橡胶舷体由截面为A型内胶层和截面为A型外胶层组成，其特点在于所述的截面为A型外胶层为夜间可反光的彩色莹光胶层，截面为A型外胶层与截面为A型内胶层硫化为一体结构。所述的截面为A型外胶层，可为一种颜色，也可为多种颜色的组合体。本发明与现有技术相比，在夜间能反光发亮，给船舶停靠带来方便，使得夜间作业安全可靠，准确性高，可有效避免事故的发生，减少损失。

拱型反光式彩色橡胶护舷
(一)技术领域
本发明涉及一种码头、船舶用的防撞装置，尤指一种拱型反光式彩色橡胶护舷。
(二)背景技术
为了防止船舶或码头建筑物遭到破坏，需要在船舶与码头之间、船舶与船舶之间设置护舷防护设备，传统的护舷一般采用木桩、木板、旧充气轮胎等，随着现代船舶和码头的发展，传统的简易护舷已由橡胶材质的护舷所取代，已成为码头船舶的优良防撞装置，现有的橡胶护舷具有吸能作用，能有效减少船舶对码头的撞击力，其不足之处是在夜间作业中，由于灯光死角或照明不足、能见度低，极易发生撞击事故，或船舶需反复多次停靠才能靠稳，既缺乏安全性，又缺乏准确性。
(三)发明内容
本发明的目的在于提供一种视觉美观、不易老化、夜间可反光的拱型反光式彩色橡胶护舷。
采用的技术方案是：
拱型反光式彩色橡胶护舷，包括拱型橡胶舷体、所述拱型橡胶舷体由截面为A型内胶层和截面为A型外胶层组成，其特点在于所述的截面为A型外胶层为可反光的彩胶层，彩胶层与截面为A型内胶层硫化为一体结构。
上述的截面为A型外胶层内含有反光粉，反光粉为已知市售产品，截面为A型外胶层为一种颜色，也可为多种颜色的组合体。
上述反光式彩色橡胶护舷外型可为A型也可为拱型。
本发明与现有技术相比，在夜间当船舶靠岸时，船舶上灯光照射到该橡胶护舷时能反光发亮，给船舶停靠带来方便，使得夜间作业安全可靠，准确性高，可有效避免事故的发生，减少损失。

(五)具体实施方式
请参见图1，本发明的拱型反光式彩色橡胶护舷，包括拱型橡胶舷体，拱型橡胶舷体由截面为A型内胶层1和截面为A型外胶层2组成，截面为A型外胶层2含有反光粉，当光线照射其上时能反光发亮，该截面为A型外胶层由4块不同颜色的彩色反光胶片3拼合成，且4块彩色反光胶片3通过硫化与截面为A型内胶层1固定为一整体结构。上述橡胶舷体外型为A型也可为拱型。

1.拱型反光式彩色橡胶护舷，包括拱型橡胶舷体，所述拱型橡胶舷体由截面为A型内胶层(1)和截面为A型外胶层(2)组成，其特征在于所述的截面为A型外胶层(2)为彩色反光胶层，截面为A型外胶层(2)与截面为A型内胶层(1)硫化为一体结构。
2.根据权利要求1所述的拱型反光式彩色橡胶护舷，其特征在于所述的截面为A型外胶层(2)为一种颜色或多种颜色的组合体。
3.根据权利要求1所述的拱型反光式彩色橡胶护舷，其特征在于所述的橡胶舷体外型为A型或拱型。
