Abstract

本发明公开了一种腹腔镜疝修补用的双臂搭接式补片,它是在单层平片中央设有与精索直径相同的内环孔,自内环孔向平片一侧开有狭缝形成两翅片,一翅片向另一翅片延伸或两翅片均向对方延伸,使两翅片相互搭接在一起。本发明的双臂搭接式补片即克服了单层补片使用时容易复发和操作不便的缺陷,又解决了双层补片使用时成本价高、操作复杂的技术问题。

腹腔镜疝修补用的双臂搭接式补片
技术领域
本发明涉及医疗用品,尤其涉及腹腔镜腹股沟疝修补时用的补片。
背景技术
目前腹腔镜腹股沟疝修补术是对腹股沟疝患者最先进的的治疗手术方法,它是在患者腹膜外置入补片完全覆盖肌耻骨孔区域。目前市售的补片仅是单层的平片,单层补片使用时将补片展开截取一块垫在腹股沟的盆壁上。存在的不足一是需要螺旋钉多点钉合固定或缝合固定;钉合固定时在腹内遗留金属钉异物,并且容易发生螺旋钉脱落,脱落后造成补片移位,导致有1%-3%的复发率;二是缝合固定空间狭小不易操作。
为了克服上述单层补片使用时带来的缺陷,目前有用双层补片交叠免固定方法,即将双层补片各剪出一条缝和与精索直径相同的内环孔,交叠放于输精管、精索血管和后骨盆壁之间,底层补片的缝口用上层补片覆盖,可以免固定。缺点是需要置入双层补片,操作复杂,提高了材料成本,上层补片仍有移位暴露底层补片缝口导致复发的可能,有1%左右的复发率。由于上述补片容易移位复发,只能重新手术,为患者带来多次痛苦和经济负担。
发明内容
本发明为克服现有单层补片和双层补片使用时带来的上述不足,提供一种双臂搭接式补片。
一种腹腔镜疝修补用的双臂搭接式补片,其特征在于,它是在单层平片中央设有与精索直径相同的内环孔,自内环孔向平片一侧设有两翅片,两翅片相互搭接在一起。
上述搭接方式包括以下两种:
方式一:自内环孔向平片一侧开有狭缝形成两翅片,一翅片向另一翅片延伸相互搭接在一起。为了防止两翅片滑动错位、旋转,翅片延伸段再向平片另一侧延伸一段。
方式二:自内环孔向平片一侧开有狭缝形成两翅片,两翅片均向对方延伸,从而两翅片相互搭接在一起。为了防止两翅片滑动错位、旋转,两翅片延伸段或者是其中一翅片延伸段再向平片另一侧延伸一段。
使用时,与双层交叠补片的操作方法相似。将补片展开,两翅片交叠放于输精管、精索血管和后骨盆壁之间,精索通过补片内环孔即可。
本发明优点是:
1、由于两个翅片搭接在一起,完全将缝覆盖住,不再发生滑动错位、旋转,形成补片以内环为中心的确切固定,不会因补片移位再造成疝的复发。
2、这种补片,免去了缝合固定或镙钉固定,避免了患者体内遗留异物。
3、操作相对方便,更加安全可靠,有望实现腹腔镜腹股沟疝修补术最低复发率。
总之,本发明的双臂搭接式补片即克服了单层补片使用时容易复发和操作不便的缺陷,又解决了双层补片使用时成本价高、操作复杂的技术问题,具有显著的进步。

具体实施方式
实施例一:如1图所示,它是在单层平片1中央设有与精索直径相同的内环孔2,自内环孔2向单层平片1一侧开有狭缝3形成前翅片4和后翅片5,前翅片4向后翅片5延伸形成延伸段6,延伸段6搭接在后翅片5上。
实施例二:如2和图5图所示,它是在单层平片1中央设有与精索直径相同的内环孔2,自内环孔2向单层平片1一侧开有狭缝3形成前翅片4和后翅片5,前翅片4向后翅片5延伸形成延伸段6,延伸段6再向单层平片1另一侧延伸形成延伸段7,延伸段6和延伸段7搭接在后翅片5上。
实施例三:如图3所示,它是在单层平片1中央设有与精索直径相同的内环孔2,自内环孔2向单层平片1一侧开有狭缝3形成前翅片4和后翅片5,前翅片4向后翅片5延伸形成延伸段6,后翅片5向前翅片4延伸形成延伸段8,延伸段6和延伸段8相互搭接在一起。
实施例四:如图4和图6所示,它是在单层平片1中央设有与精索直径相同的内环孔2,自内环孔2向单层平片1一侧开有狭缝3形成前翅片4和后翅片5,前翅片4向后翅片5延伸形成延伸段6,后翅片5向前翅片4延伸形成延伸段8,其中延伸段6再向单层平片1另一侧延伸形成延伸段7,延伸段8再向单层平片1另一侧延伸形成延伸段9,从而使前后翅片相互搭接在一起。
使用时,将补片展开,前翅片4和后翅片5交叠放于输精管11、精索血管12和后骨盆壁之间,精索10通过补片内环孔2即可。
本发明的补片实施例不局限于上述四个实施例。
本发明补片加工时,两翅片既可以与单层平片加工成一体式,也可以在单层平片上另加工上两个翅片。

1.一种腹腔镜疝修补用的双臂搭接式补片,其特征在于,它是在单层平片中央设有与精索直径相同的内环孔,自内环孔向平片一侧开有狭缝形成两翅片,一翅片向另一翅片延伸相互搭接在一起。
2.如权利要求1所述的腹腔镜疝修补用的双臂搭接式补片,其特征在于,翅片延伸段再向平片另一侧延伸一段。
3.一种腹腔镜疝修补用的双臂搭接式补片,其特征在于,它是在单层平片中央设有与精索直径相同的内环孔,自内环孔向平片一侧开有狭缝形成两翅片,两翅片均向对方延伸相互搭接在一起。
4.如权利要求3所述的腹腔镜疝修补用的双臂搭接式补片,其特征在于,两翅片延伸段或者是其中一翅片延伸段再向平片另一侧延伸一段。
