Abstract
一种固定结构,其用于将电池盖固定在套筒上。固定结构包括卡持件、开设在电池盖上并收容卡持件的容置槽及开设在套筒内壁上并与卡持件相卡合的卡合槽。容置槽具有底壁。固定结构还包括设置在容置槽内的弹性件及限位件,限位件可拆卸地固定在容置槽内。弹性件两端分别抵持该容置槽的底壁及该卡持件,使卡持件穿过该限位件并卡入该卡合槽内。卡持件上设置有限位凸缘,限位凸缘可抵持该限位件以防止该卡持件从容置槽内脱出。本发明的固定结构在容置槽内可拆卸地设置有限位件,将弹性件及卡持件限位于该容置槽内,若卡持件或弹性件损坏,只需将限位件拆下即可将其更换,更换比较方便。
Description
技术领域
本发明涉及一种固定结构,尤其涉及一种方便更换内部零件的固定结构。
背景技术
一些常用的电子装置,如无线键盘等,需要电池为其供电。电池一般放置在套筒内,电池盖固定在套筒一端以将电池固定在套筒内。
一种固定结构,其用于将电池盖固定在套筒上。该固定结构包括卡持件、开设在电池盖侧壁上的容置槽及开设在套筒内壁上的卡合槽。该卡持件位于该容置槽内,该卡持件的一端具有弹性并凸出于该电池盖外。卡持件的凸出在本体外的一端可发生弹性形变以使卡持件进入套筒内并与卡合槽相卡合,从而将电池盖固定在套筒一端,以防止电池从套筒内脱出。
上述固定结构的卡持件长久使用后容易磨损而出现松动,为了避免卡持件脱离电池盖,卡持件常需要通过胶粘接的方式固定于容置槽内并与电池盖形成一体结构,当卡持件出现损坏时,卡持件难以从电池盖上拆除,而必须更换整个电池盖,增加了使用成本,造成不必要的浪费。
发明内容
鉴于上述状况,有必要提供一种内部零件更换较容易的固定结构。
一种固定结构,其用于将电池盖固定在套筒上。固定结构包括卡持件、开设在电池盖上并收容卡持件的容置槽及开设在套筒内壁上并与卡持件相卡合的卡合槽。容置槽具有底壁。固定结构还包括设置在容置槽内的弹性件及限位件,限位件可拆卸地固定在容置槽内。弹性件两端分别抵持该容置槽的底壁及卡持件,使卡持件穿过该限位件并卡入该卡合槽内。卡持件上设置有限位凸缘,限位凸缘可抵持限位件以防止该卡持件从容置槽内脱出。
本发明的固定结构在容置槽内可拆卸地设置有限位件,将弹性件及卡持件限位于该容置槽内,若卡持件或弹性件损坏,只需将限位件拆下即可将其损坏的零件拆下,更换比较方便。

具体实施方式
下面结合附图及实施方式对本发明的固定结构作进一步详细说明。
请参阅图1及图2,本发明较佳实施方式的固定结构200应用于无线键盘(图未示)上,固定结构200可以将电池盖23固定在套筒21一端。
请同时参阅图3,电池盖23大致呈圆柱形。固定结构200包括两个容置槽2311、两个弹性件233、两个卡持件235、两个限位件237及开设在套筒21内壁上的两个卡合槽213。本实施方式中,弹性件233为弹簧。两个容置槽2311开设在电池盖23的侧壁上且相对设置,容置槽2311用于容纳弹性件233、卡持件235及限位件237。每个容置槽2311具有一个底壁2313及沿底壁2313边缘垂直延伸的侧壁2315。侧壁2315上形成有内螺纹(未标示),该内螺纹靠近容置槽2311远离底壁2313的一端。
卡持件235包括圆柱形的杆部2351及形成于杆部2351一端的圆形的限位凸缘2353。杆部2351远离限位凸缘2353的一端形成有弧形的卡持部2355。杆部2351的直径稍小于容置槽2311的直径,而限位凸缘2351直径与容置槽2311直径大致相当。
限位件237为一个圆筒,其内径与卡持件235的杆部2351直径大致相当,其外径与容置槽2311的直径大致相当,且限位件237的长度稍小于卡持件235杆部2351的长度。限位件237外壁上形成有外螺纹2371。
每个弹性件233装入一个对应的容置槽2311内,再将一个卡持件235压持弹性件233也装入容置槽2311内,使弹性件233一端抵持容置槽2311的底壁2313,另一端抵持卡持件235的限位凸缘2353。限位件237螺合固定在容置槽2311内,卡持件235的杆部2351穿过限位件237并使卡持部2355凸出在本体231外。卡持件235的限位凸缘2353抵持限位件237靠近弹性件233一端的端部,以防止卡持件235从容置槽2311内脱出。这样,卡持件235可以压缩弹性件233并沿杆部2351的轴向滑动,以使卡持件235的卡持部2355能够从容置槽2311内凸出或者缩回。
卡合槽213呈L形,其开设于套筒21靠近电池盖23一端的内壁上。该两个卡合槽213与两个容置槽2311一一对应。每个卡合槽213包括一个沿套筒21轴向的导向部2131及沿套筒21周向的延伸的卡合部2133。导向部2131一端延伸至套筒21端部,另一端与卡合部2133一端相连通。每个卡持件235的卡持部2355对应进入一个卡合槽213的导向部2131内,并沿导向部2131滑动至卡合部2133内,弹性件233抵持卡持件235,使卡持部2355与卡合部2133相卡合,从而将电池盖23固定在套筒21一端,以防止电池从套筒21内脱出。
为方便装配操作,电池盖23的本体231上还开设有一字形的操作槽2313,可用螺丝刀(图未示)卡持该操作槽2313将电池盖23装配在套筒21一端。而且,还可以在限位件237的远离弹性件233一端的外表面上开设有环形槽,使容置槽2311侧壁与限位件237一端存在一定空隙,用户可以用把手夹持该环形槽的侧壁将限位件237螺出。
另外,可以使卡合槽213的卡合部2133比导向部2131稍深,以使卡持件235的卡持部2355不易从卡合槽213的卡合部2131滑出。
本发明的固定结构200的电池盖23通过卡持件235与卡合槽213的配合而固定在套筒21一端,且通过螺合在容置槽2311一端的限位件237将卡持件235及弹性件233限位于容置槽2311内,若卡持件235及弹性件233损坏,则可以将限位件237螺出,从而将卡持件235及弹性件233拆下,更换比较方便,而且无需更换整个电池盖23,同时也降低了使用成本。
可以理解,本发明的限位件237不限于以螺合的方式固定在容置槽2311内,其也可以其他可拆卸的方式(如卡合)固定在容置槽2311内,只要能够使限位件237能够方便地从电池盖23上拆下即可。
可以理解,本发明的容置槽2311及相应弹性件233、卡持件235及限位件237的数量不限于两个,其也可以为一个或者多个。
可以理解,本发明的卡合槽2311不限于L形,其也可以为其他形状。
可以理解,本领域技术人员还可在本发明精神内做其它变化,当然,这些依据本发明精神所做的变化,都应包含在本发明所要求保护的范围内。
Claims (8)
1.一种固定结构,其用于将电池盖固定在套筒上,该固定结构包括卡持件、开设在电池盖上并收容该卡持件的容置槽及开设在套筒内壁上并与该卡持件相卡合的卡合槽,该容置槽具有底壁,其特征在于:该固定结构还包括设置在该容置槽内的弹性件及限位件,该限位件可拆卸地固定在容置槽内,该弹性件两端分别抵持该容置槽的底壁及该卡持件,使卡持件穿过该限位件并卡入该卡合槽内,该卡持件上设置有限位凸缘,该限位凸缘可抵持该限位件以防止该卡持件从容置槽内脱出。
2.如权利要求1所述的固定结构,其特征在于:该限位件呈圆筒状,其以螺合的方式固定在该容置槽内,该卡持件还包括杆部及卡持部,该限位凸缘及该卡持部分别位于该杆部两端,该杆部的长度大于该限位件的长度,使该杆部穿过该限位件后,卡持部凸出在该电池盖的本体外并与该卡合孔相卡合。
3.如权利要求2所述的固定结构,其特征在于:该电池盖呈圆柱状,该容置槽的数量为两个,该两个容置槽相对设置在该电池盖的侧壁上,该弹性件、卡持件及限位件的数量均为两个,每个弹性件、卡持件及限位件设置在一个相应的容置槽内。
4.如权利要求2所述的固定结构,其特征在于:该容置槽还具有从底壁边缘垂直延伸的侧壁,该容置槽在其远离底壁一端的侧壁上形成有内螺纹,该限位件外表面形成有与该内螺纹相螺合的外螺纹。
5.如权利要求4所述的固定结构,其特征在于:该限位件远离限位凸缘一端的外壁上设置有环形槽,以方便该限位件的拆卸。
6.如权利要求2所述的固定结构,其特征在于:该卡合槽包括导向部及与该导向部相连通的卡合部,该卡持部可由该导向部滑入该卡合部内并与该卡合部相卡合。
7.如权利要求6所述的固定结构,其特征在于:该卡合槽呈L形,该导向部沿套筒轴向延伸,该卡合部沿套筒周向延伸,该导向部一端延伸至该套筒端部,另一端与该卡合部一端连通。
8.如权利要求7所述的固定结构,其特征在于:该卡合部较该导向部深。
