Abstract
一种起拔器,其包括支撑件、手柄、可滑动地套设于该支撑件上的套筒及固定于该支撑件的一端的按压件,套筒包括起拔凸起,手柄与起拔凸起分别设于套筒的相对两端。上述起拔器利用套筒的起拔凸起直接推动被拆卸零件,拆卸时起拔凸起与被拆卸零件不相对滑动,从而有效防止被拆卸零件磨损。
Description
技术领域
本发明涉及一种起拔器,特别涉及一种用于拆卸通过过盈配合固定的零件的起拔器。
背景技术
机械构件中,通常采用过盈配合的方式将各部件连接起来,例如轴承的内套与轴之间、外套与轴承座之间多采用过盈配合方式连接。为了方便地拆卸通过过盈配合的零件,通常需借助起拔器。
一种起拔器,其包括横梁、固定爪、起拔爪和支撑杆。该固定爪铰接在横梁两端。支撑杆与横梁螺旋配合,该支撑杆包括设于其一端的手柄及设于其另一端的具有锥角的加压头。该起拔爪为两瓣分体对合结构,且对合后形成一个用于收容加压头的中空部。起拔爪内侧壁的中部形成有与加压头的锥角相配合的锥面。该起拔爪端部的外侧壁上形成有起拔斜面。使用该起拔器拆卸轴承时,首先,将起拔爪放置于被拆卸零件中部的孔中。然后,固定爪钩住机器部件的适当处以使起拔器得以良好的固定而不至于滑脱。接着,旋转手柄,使支撑杆推动加压头,从而使起拔爪张开,借助起拔爪的起拔斜面向上推动被拆卸零件,使拆卸零件与轴承分离。
然而,使用上述起拔器拆卸被拆卸零件时,起拔爪推动被拆卸零件,使被拆卸零件在起拔器斜面上滑动,容易磨损被拆卸零件。
发明内容
鉴于上述状况,有必要提供一种可避免磨损被拆卸零件的起拔器。
一种起拔器,其包括支撑件、手柄、可滑动地套设于该支撑件上的套筒及固定于该支撑件的一端的按压件,套筒包括起拔凸起,手柄与起拔凸起分别设于套筒的相对两端。
上述起拔器利用套筒的起拔凸起直接推动被拆卸零件,拆卸时起拔凸起与被拆卸零件不相对滑动,从而有效防止被拆卸零件磨损。

具体实施方式
下面结合附图及实施方式对本发明的起拔器作进一步详细说明。
请参阅图1,本发明实施方式一的起拔器100包括套筒10、支撑件20、按压件30、紧固件40及手柄50。套筒10可滑动地套设于支撑件20。按压件30固定于支撑件20的一端。紧固件40套设于支撑件20一端上,且抵持按压件30。手柄50固定于套筒10靠近按压件30的一端的外表面上。
请参阅图2,套筒10大致呈中空圆柱状,其具有一个圆形的通孔11。通孔11供支撑件20穿设。套筒10的一端设有三个起拔凸起14。该三个起拔凸起14等间距设置。具体在本实施方式中,起拔凸起14与套筒10一体成型。
支撑件20包括杆体21、形成杆体21一端的螺纹部23及设于杆体21另一端的抵持部25。杆体21大致呈圆柱状,其直径略小于套筒10的通孔11的直径。抵持部23大致呈圆饼状,杆体21对应于抵持部23的圆心固定连接。套筒10可活动地套设于支撑件20,且套筒10设有三个起拔凸起14的一端靠近支撑件20的抵持部23。
按压件30大致呈圆饼状,其中部开设有螺孔31。支撑件20的螺纹部23与螺孔31螺合固定。紧固件40固定于支撑件20的杆体21靠近该螺纹部23一端,且位于按压件30下方,用于加强固定按压件30。具体在实施方式中,紧固件40为与支撑件20的杆体21的螺纹部23相螺合的螺母。可以理解,紧固件40可省略。
请同时参阅图3及图4,被拆卸零件60与基座70可拆卸连接。具体在实施方式中,基座70为机器人的标准安装头,被拆卸零件60为机器人的安装头的原点校正治具。被拆卸零件60的中部形成有一个配合槽61。配合槽61的底部开设有圆形的拆卸孔63。拆卸孔63周缘形成有三个缺口65。该三个缺口65等间距设置,以使三个起拔凸起14分别对应穿过该三个缺口65。基座70的中部开设有容置槽71。安装被拆卸零件60时,只需将基座70部分放置于被拆卸零件60的配合槽61中,使被拆卸零件60与基座70过盈配合。
使用起拔器100拆卸被拆卸零件60时,首先,将套筒10的三个起拔凸起14分别对应穿过被拆卸零件60的三个缺口65,使套筒10放置于被拆卸零件60的拆卸孔63中,同时使支撑件20的抵持部25与容置槽71的底部相抵持。然后,转动手柄50,使套筒10的三个起拔凸起14抵持被拆卸零件60的配合槽61的底部。最后,抵压按压件30,同时拉动手柄50,使套筒10相对于支撑件20滑动,从而使套筒10的三个起拔凸起14推动被拆卸零件60,直至被拆卸零件60与基座70分离。
本发明的起拔器100利用套筒10的起拔凸起14直接推动被拆卸零件60,拆卸时套筒10的起拔凸起14与被拆卸零件60不相对滑动,从而有效防止被拆卸零件60磨损。
请参阅图5及图6,本发明实施方式二的起拔器200与实施方式一的起拔器100相似,其不同之处:套筒80的一个端部开设有收容起拔凸起84的收容槽81,起拔凸起84大致呈楔形,起拔凸起84的端部设有抵挡部85,抵挡部85使起拔凸起84在收容槽81内滑动而不脱落,收容槽81底部设有与起拔凸起84相抵持的弹性件86,弹性件86发生弹性变形时,起拔凸起84完全收容于收容槽81内,弹性件86恢复形变时,起拔凸起84部分伸出收容槽81外。采用起拔器200拆卸被拆卸零件90时,起拔器200的起拔凸起84与被拆卸零件90的拆卸孔93的周缘相抵持,而自动收缩于拆卸孔93内,拆卸孔93的直径与起拔器200的套筒80的直径基本相等。
可以理解,本领域技术人员还可在本发明精神内做其它变化,当然,这些依据本发明精神所做的变化,都应包含在本发明所要求保护的范围内。
Claims (7)
1.一种起拔器,其包括支撑件、手柄,其特征在于:该起拔器还包括可滑动地套设于该支撑件上的套筒及固定于该支撑件的一端的按压件,该套筒包括起拔凸起,该手柄与该起拔凸起分别设于该套筒的相对两端。
2.如权利要求1所述的起拔器,其特征在于:该套筒的侧壁上开设有收容该起拔凸起的收容槽,该起拔器还包括设于该收容槽内且与该起拔凸起相抵持的弹性件。
3.如权利要求2所述的起拔器,其特征在于:该起拔凸起上设有抵挡部,该抵挡部使该起拔凸起在该收容槽内滑动而不脱落。
4.如权利要求2所述的起拔器,其特征在于:该起拔凸起呈楔形。
5.如权利要求1所述的起拔器,其特征在于:该支撑件包括杆体及形成于该杆体一端的螺纹部,该按压件上开设有螺孔,该螺纹部与该螺孔相螺合。
6.如权利要求5所述的起拔器,其特征在于:该支撑件还包括固定于该杆体另一端的抵持部,该抵持部阻挡该套筒。
7.如权利要求5所述的起拔器,其特征在于:该起拔器还包括固定于该杆体上靠近该螺纹部一端的紧固件。
