Abstract

一种LED面光源装置,包括框架、多个点光源、透明的第一棱镜片及透明的第二棱镜片。框架包括底板,多个点光源排布在底板上。第一棱镜片设置于点光源的上方,第二棱镜片设置于第一棱镜片的上方,并分别具有入光面及与入光面相对的出光面,第一棱镜片的出光面上形成有多个长条状弧形凸起,第二棱镜片的出光面上形成有沿至少两个不同方向延伸的长条状V形脊结构,该不同方向延伸的多个长条状V形脊结构相互交错。第一棱镜片与点光源之间间隔第一预定距离,第二棱镜片与第一棱镜片之间间隔第二预定距离。

LED面光源装置
技术领域
本发明涉及一种面光源装置,特别是涉及一种具有双层棱镜片的LED面光源装置。
背景技术
LED为点状光源,其发光角度较小且具有强烈的方向性,为了获得足够大的发光面积,LED照明装置通常以阵列的形式排布多颗LED。然而,当多个点光源同时照射一个物体时,被照射的物体通常会产生多重影子的现象。另外,LED单体发光强度大,在LED灯具的发光面上形成强烈的直接眩光(亮点),从外部观察它是点状分布的点光源。为避免光源重影的产生,现有搭配扩散片而获得具有良好照明功能的面光源装置,从而获得均匀的出射光。然而,光线在扩散片中传输时,部分光线会被扩散板吸收而造成部分光线损失,从而使出射光亮度降低。
发明内容
有鉴于此,有必要提供一种可提高出射光亮度、均匀性,并可消除重影的LED面光源装置。
一种LED面光源装置,包括框架、多个点光源、透明的第一棱镜片及透明的第二棱镜片。框架包括底板,多个点光源排布在底板上。第一棱镜片设置于点光源的上方,第二棱镜片设置于第一棱镜片的上方,并分别具有入光面及与入光面相对的出光面,第一棱镜片的出光面上形成有多个长条状弧形凸起,第二棱镜片的出光面上形成有沿至少两个不同方向延伸的长条状V形脊结构,该不同方向延伸的多个长条状V形脊结构相互交错。第一棱镜片与点光源之间间隔第一预定距离,第二棱镜片与第一棱镜片之间间隔第二预定距离。
本发明的LED面光源装置中,点光源发出的光线透过第一棱镜片和第二棱镜片后,发生特定的折射、散射、反射与衍射等,达到于特定视角范围内均匀出射的效果,避免了光源重影的产生。

具体实施方式
请参阅图1,LED面光源装置100包括框架10、多个点光源11、第一棱镜片12、第二棱镜片13及保护板14。框架10包括一个底板101及位于底板101的四周的侧壁102,该底板101和该侧壁102围成一收容腔103。框架10可由具有高反射率的金属或具有高反射率的塑料制成,或由涂布有高反射率涂层的金属或涂布有高反射率涂层的塑料制成。多个点光源11排布在底板101上。第一棱镜片12与第二棱镜片13具有和收容腔103相适应的尺寸,并且第一棱镜片12位于点光源11的上方,第二棱镜片13位于第一棱镜片12的上方、框架10的开口端附近。第一棱镜片12和第二棱镜片13均大致与底板101平行。该第一棱镜片12与点光源11之间间隔第一预定距离。该第二棱镜片13与第一棱镜片12之间间隔第二预定距离,该距离不为零。第一棱镜片12与点光源11之间的距离以及第二棱镜片13与第一棱镜片12之间的距离可以根据实际需求而分别预先设定,这两个距离可以相等或不相等。保护板14由透明玻璃、毛玻璃、透明塑胶板等材质中的一种制成,保护板14设置在第二棱镜片13的上方,用于保护第二棱镜片13上的微棱镜表层不受到污染或刮伤。
请参阅图2,第一棱镜片12由透明塑胶材质制成,其具有入光面121及与入光面121相对的出光面122,该入光面121为平面且面向点光源11,该出光面122上形成有多个长条状弧形凸起123。该长条状弧形凸起123沿垂直于其长度方向的截面可为圆弧形、椭圆形或波浪形中的一种。
请参阅图3,第二棱镜片13由透明塑胶材质制成,其具有入光面131及与入光面131相对的出光面132,该入光面131为平面且面向第一棱镜片12,该出光面132上形成有沿至少两个不同方向延伸的长条状V形脊结构133,且该不同方向延伸的多个长条状V形脊结构133相互交错。
本实施方式中,该V形脊结构133沿四个不同方向延伸,包括多个沿第一方向X1延伸的多个长条状V形脊结构1331、多个沿第二方向X2延伸的多个长条状V形脊结构1332、多个沿第三方向X3延伸的多个长条状V形脊结构1333及多个沿第四方向X4延伸的多个长条状V形脊结构1334。其中,沿第一方向X1延伸的多个长条状V形脊结构1331和沿第三方向X3延伸的多个长条状V形脊结构1333相互交错,沿第二方向X2延伸的多个长条状V形脊结构1332和沿第四方向X4延伸的多个长条状V形脊结构1334经过沿第一方向X1和第三方向X3延伸的多个长条状V形脊结构的相交处。在四个方向X1、X2、X3及X4中,相邻两方向之间形成夹角θ1、θ2、θ3及θ4,该夹角θ1、θ2、θ3及θ4均为45度。并且,沿四个不同方向延伸的长条状V形脊结构1331、1332、1333及1334相互交错构成多个紧密连接的三棱锥凹槽134。每四个相互连接的具有共同连接点的三棱锥凹槽134及其相互连接的侧壁形成四角星形135,多个四角星形135呈阵列排布。
请参阅图4,由于在第一棱镜片12的出光面122形成有多个长条状弧形凸起123,点光源11发出的光线透过该出光面122时会发生特定的折射作用,从而将点光源11发出的光线扩散成多个条状光源110。可以理解,当各个点光源11之间的间距足够小,相邻的条状光源相互重叠而产生混光。当第一棱镜片12距离点光源11较远时,点光源11在第一棱镜片12的出光面上形成的各条状光源110的长度越长,各条状光源之间发生更大程度的重叠,混光更充分。
接着,从第一棱镜片12出射的条状光源经过空气层后再进入第二棱镜片13,由于在第二棱镜片13的出光面具有多个长条状V形脊结构133,其可使从第二棱镜片13出射的光线发生特定的折射、散射、反射与衍射等作用,从而将来自第一棱镜片12的条状光源进一步扩散成多个虚拟光源并向特定视角范围内聚集,达到于特定视觉范围内均匀出射的效果,从而避免了光源残影的产生,并无需于点光源11的正上方设置扩散板。
本技术领域的普通技术人员应当认识到,以上的实施方式仅是用来说明本发明,而并非用作为对本发明的限定,只要在本发明的实质精神范围之内,对以上实施例所作的适当改变和变化都落在本发明要求保护的范围之内。

Claims (7)

1.一种LED面光源装置,包括框架、多个点光源、透明的第一棱镜片及透明的第二棱镜片,框架包括底板,多个点光源排布在底板上,第一棱镜片设置于点光源的上方,第二棱镜片设置于第一棱镜片的上方,并分别具有入光面及与入光面相对的出光面,其特征在于:第一棱镜片的出光面上形成有多个长条状弧形凸起,第二棱镜片的出光面上形成有沿至少两个不同方向延伸的长条状V形脊结构,该不同方向延伸的多个长条状V形脊结构相互交错;第一棱镜片与点光源之间间隔第一预定距离,第二棱镜片与第一棱镜片之间间隔第二预定距离。
2.如权利要求1所述的LED面光源装置,其特征在于,所述第一棱镜片及第二棱镜片分别由透明塑胶材质制成。
3.如权利要求1所述的LED面光源装置,其特征在于,形成于第一棱镜片的出光面上的长条状凸起沿垂直于其长度方向的截面为圆弧形、椭圆形、波浪形中的一种。
4.如权利要求1所述的LED面光源装置,其特征在于,形成于第二棱镜片的出光面上的多个V形脊结构沿四个不同方向延伸,沿第一方向延伸的多个长条状V形脊结构和沿第三方向延伸的多个长条状V形脊结构相互交错,沿第二方向延伸的多个长条状V形脊结构和沿第四方向延伸的多个长条状V形脊结构经过沿第一方向和第三方向延伸的多个长条状V形脊结构的相交处。
5.如权利要求1所述的LED面光源装置,其特征在于,所述LED面光源装置还包括一个设置在第二棱镜片的上方的保护板,所述保护板由透明玻璃、毛玻璃、透明塑胶板材质中的一种制成。
6.如权利要求1所述的LED面光源装置,其特征在于,所述框架由具有高反射率的金属或具有高反射率的塑料制成。
7.如权利要求1所述的LED面光源装置,其特征在于,所述框架由涂布有高反射率涂层的金属或涂布有高反射率涂层的塑料制成。
