[0002] 随着循环流化床锅炉燃烧发电技术的发展,循环流化床焚烧生活垃圾发电的技术 得到充分体现,在全国得到迅速地应用推广。目前,循环流化床是燃烧生活垃圾的最佳选 择,在流化床垃圾焚烧炉中,床料具有很高的热容量,给生活垃圾提供充分的预热及干燥热 源,即使对水份达50〜60%左右的燃料,不但可以稳定地着火燃烧,还可以达到很高的燃 尽率;这不但表现在对于不同品质的垃圾在循环流化床中都能实现顺利点火和燃烧,更为 重要的是在燃料条件变化剧烈、特别是水分变化和粒度变化的情况下,可以始终维持非常 高的燃烧效率,这对于基于我国现有生活垃圾收集条件下的焚烧处理具有重要意义。
[0003] 在燃烧生活垃圾发电的循环流化床锅炉中,由于燃料的热值很低,如一般生活垃 圾的热值在800〜1200kCal/kg,为了达到更优化的燃烧效率、炉内脱硫效率较高或更低的 燃烧污染物排放数值,炉膛出口温度一般控制在850〜950°C范围内。因此,现有的循环流 化床生活垃圾焚烧发电锅炉已经不能满足生活垃圾焚烧的要求;同时生活垃圾中成分比较 复杂,在燃烧生活垃圾发电的循环流化床锅炉中主要存在三类腐蚀:高温腐蚀、CL腐蚀和 低温腐蚀;高温腐蚀主要存在于炉膛、烟气通道以及对流管束和过热器等部位,同时容易在 受热面表面形成高温粘结灰,堵塞烟道并引起积灰腐蚀,从而影响锅炉的效率和使用可靠 性;CL腐蚀主要存在于金属管壁温度超过350°C时的受热面,生活垃圾燃烧产生的气体HCl 和氯气等会对金属管壁产生Cl腐蚀,当金属管壁温度超过400°C时腐蚀迅速加剧;低温腐 蚀主要存在于尾部受热面上,其发生的条件是管壁温度低于酸露点温度。
[0004] 高温粘结灰是由于生活垃圾中低熔点的碱氧化物在高温环境中升华,然后遇到较 冷的受热面管壁冷凝在管壁上,然后再与烟气中的三氧化硫等化合,形成各种硫酸盐,由于 这些硫酸盐有很强的粘性,大量捕捉飞灰而形成高温粘结灰;由于这种粘结灰质地坚硬,不 易去除,而且具有无限增长的特点,严重时甚至可以堵塞烟道,所以对锅炉工作影响很大。 另外,这种粘结灰形成以后,与烟气中硫化物和氯化物发生复杂化学反应,形成积灰腐蚀, 影响受热面安全。
[0005] 引起生活垃圾焚烧锅炉受热面CL腐蚀的主要原因是:C1有穿透保护性氧化膜的 能力,能与金属合金反应,形成金属氯化物,反应生成的金属氯化物的熔点一般都很低,例 如FeC13的熔点仅为303°C ;当金属管壁温度较高时,金属氯化物不断地蒸发,向外扩散至 氧化物表面,与烟气中的残余氧气反应氧化成固体状的金属氧化物并沉积下来,逐步形成 一层疏松的氧化层,这种氧化层易脱落;当受热面金属管壁温度超过350°C时,生活垃圾燃 烧产生的气体HCl和C12等会对金属管壁产生腐蚀,当金属管壁温度超过400°C时腐蚀迅速 加剧;另一方面,生活垃圾中的碱金属在高温下易形成低共熔点化合物加重腐蚀。
[0006] 低温腐蚀主要是生活垃圾燃烧后产生的S02、HCl等酸性气体与过剩氧及水蒸气 反应生成硫酸、盐酸等,当受热面管壁温度低于各自酸露点温度时,导致在尾部烟道低温受热面表面结露凝结而发生腐蚀。
[0007] 生活垃圾在流化床内燃烧过程中,含有的碱金属化合物在流化床内焚烧过程中容 易形成低熔点的盐类,同时垃圾中还含有大量的玻璃,这些碱金属盐类和玻璃在高温下处 于熔融状态,容易粘附在流化床的床料颗粒表面,形成粘附层;当粘附到一定的厚度后,就 会产生足够大的粘力,正是这些粘附层的存在使得相互碰撞的床料颗粒粘连在一起,多个 床料颗粒相互粘结在一起就形成了大块的结团,严重地影响了正常的流化状态,最后导致 床层发生大面积结焦,从而影响循环流化床锅炉的安全运行。
发明内容
[0008] 本发明为了解决现有循环流化床生活垃圾焚烧发电锅炉存在燃烧效率较低且腐 蚀现象严重以及易发生大面积结焦现象的问题,提供了一种循环流化床生活垃圾焚烧发电 锅炉。
[0009] 本发明是采用如下技术方案实现的:循环流化床生活垃圾焚烧发电锅炉,包括依 次连通的炉膛、旋风分离器和尾部竖井烟道,尾部竖井烟道内设有对流蒸发受热面、省煤 器、低温过热器及空气预热器,炉膛侧壁下部设有生活垃圾进料口,省煤器包括上级省煤器 和下级省煤器,旋风分离器和炉膛下部之间设有与两者连通的流态化返料器且流态化返料 器内设有高温过热器,生活垃圾进料口周围的炉膛侧壁设有若干二次风喷口,对流蒸发受 热面、上级省煤器、低温过热器、下级省煤器和空气预热器在尾部竖井烟道内自上而下依次 布置。工作时,一次风从炉膛底部送入,在保证床料良好流化的同时提供燃烧初期所需要的 氧量;生活垃圾进料口中投入生活垃圾且通过二次风喷口向炉膛内喷入二次风,用以提供 燃烧所需要的氧量;通过调整高温过热器的吸热量,使得炉膛出口烟气温度控制在850〜 950°C范围内,从而确保生活垃圾更优化的燃烧效率、炉内更高的脱硫效率及更低的燃烧污 染物排放数值;通过调整对流蒸发受热面和上级省煤器的吸热量,使得低温过热器入口的 烟气温度小于500°C且出口蒸汽温度不高于330°C,即根据实践经验,当入口烟气温度低于 500°C,低温过热器的管壁表面几乎不会发生高温腐蚀;与此同时,低温过热器出口蒸汽温 度不高于330°C,可以大大降低生活垃圾燃烧产生的气体HCl和氯气等对金属管壁产生的 Cl腐蚀;通过增设下级省煤器确保空气预热器的入口温度低于250°C,满足空气预热器入 口温度的要求;而且,当入口烟气温度低于500°C时,低温过热器的管壁表面不会产生高温 粘结灰,管壁表面的积灰为松散状,安装吹灰器后很易去除,根本不会堵塞烟道。
[0010] 对流蒸发受热面采用顺排管束,且管束的横向节距为140-160mm,不易在管束表面 产生高温粘结灰,即使由于运行人员操作不当造成对流蒸发受热面的管束表面产生高温粘 结灰,由于管束的横向节距较大,不会产生积灰搭桥而造成烟道的大面积堵塞;管束的横向 节距是经过多次试验测得的,如其横向节距过小时,容易产生积灰搭桥现象,过大时,将超 出合理的技术经济性的范围。
[0011] 上级省煤器采用顺排管束,管束的横向节距为155-175mm,不会产生积灰搭桥而造 成烟道大面积堵塞的问题,且管束的横向节距也是通过多次试验测得的。
[0012] 空气预热器卧式布置,且其管束外表面固定有搪瓷层、内表面为螺纹表面,空气预 热器采用卧式布置,烟气在管外横向冲刷管束,空气在管内纵向冲刷管束,空气预热器卧式 布置比采用立式布置的管壁温度要提高10〜20°C,因此可以降低管束表面因结露凝结而发生腐蚀的程度;空气预热器管束内表面设有螺纹可以有效的增加空气气流的扰动,提高 传热系数,降低换热面积且外表面固定有搪瓷层,耐酸、耐腐蚀的性能非常好,有效地避免 了当受热面管壁温度低于酸露点温度时,烟气中的S02、HCl等酸性气体在管壁表面结露而 发生腐蚀。
[0013] 空气预热器上设有与其连通的暖风器,采用暖风器对一、二次风的冷空气进行预 热,进一步降低烟气对空气预热器进口冷段的低温腐蚀,在一、二次风进入空气预热器之 前,需通过暖风器进行预热,一般预热到60〜100°C。
[0014] 高温过热器的管束外壁涂有耐磨、耐腐蚀层,高温过热器的管束浸没在处于流化 状态的旋风分离器分离下来的循环灰中,灰粒不断地对管壁金属进行冲刷,由于耐磨、耐腐 蚀层的作用避免了高温过热器管束产生严重冲刷磨损的问题,同时有效地降低Cl腐蚀对 管壁金属的腐蚀,大大延长高温过热器的使用寿命。
[0015] 炉膛下面设有与其连通的渣筛分和渣循环系统,渣筛分和渣循环系统为本领域技 术人员容易实现的,流化床炉膛底部排渣经过渣筛分和渣循环系统后,大颗粒的渣排出炉 外,细颗粒渣送回炉膛内,炉膛内床料的强烈、充分的混合和循环可有效地抑制局部区域的 集中燃烧和热量集中释放,从而避免形成炉膛内的局部高温,可以有效地抑制碱金属和玻 璃产生的结焦,而且即使有部分床料颗粒由于相互碰撞而粘连在一起,形成相对较大的渣 块,由于采用渣筛分和渣循环系统,较大的渣块在形成更大的渣块之前就会被排出焚烧炉, 取而代之的是循环回来的小颗粒的床料,因此大的焦块在这种条件下难以形成,也就避免 了大焦块影响正常流化而造成的炉膛内的大面积结焦。
[0016] 炉膛为膜式水冷壁炉膛,由于膜式水冷壁的应用,使炉膛增加了传热面积,提高了 炉膛黑度,从而极大地提高了传热效率。
[0017] 本发明通过合理的设计克服了现有循环流化床生活垃圾焚烧发电锅炉存在燃烧 效率较低且腐蚀现象严重以及易发生大面积结焦现象的问题,具体为有效地避免了生活垃 圾焚烧后烟气中的HCl对受热面金属的严重腐蚀的问题;避免尾部烟道内空气预热器冷段 管子表面结露凝结而发生低温腐蚀的问题;避免尾部烟道内处于高烟温区域的受热面管子 表面产生高温腐蚀和高温粘结灰的问题;避免了炉膛内的局部高温并有效地抑制碱金属和 玻璃产生的大块结焦的问题;根据某电厂实际改造的结果,在采用外表面固定有搪瓷层、内 表面为螺纹表面的空气预热器使用1年后检查,管束表面无可见的腐蚀,而在改造前,使用 三个月就因为腐蚀烂穿而停炉检修;采用卧式布置的空气预热器并用暖风器将冷空气温度 从25°C预热到80°C时,低温腐蚀降低从而造成空气预热器的使用期限从1年延长到6年; 高温过热器喷涂前,其管束3个月左右就会因为磨损爆管而停炉,而喷涂后运行1年半进行 检查,并没有发现可见的严重冲刷磨损的痕迹,同时具有结构简单、操作方便的优点,大大 延长了锅炉的运行周期。
