本发明涉及一种建筑的轻质隔热隔音填充材料,尤其是一种隔热隔音的氮气空心玻璃球。
背景技术
目前建筑的空心墙、吊顶等的隔热隔音性能不理想,能提高隔热隔音性能的填充材料品种很少。
发明内容
为提高建筑的空心墙、吊顶等的隔热隔音性能,本发明提供了一种填充材料:一种隔热隔音的氮气空心玻璃球。
本发明采用的技术方案是:用玻璃制作如同小乒乓球的空心球,球内充氮气,利用氮气良好的隔热隔音性能;把氮气空心玻璃球用作建筑空心墙、吊顶等的隔热隔音填充材料,即可提高隔热隔音性能。
本发明的有益效果是,可提高建筑空心墙、吊顶等的隔热隔音性能。

具体实施方式
如图所示,用玻璃制成直径2厘米以下、壁厚2毫米以下的玻璃空心球(1),球内充氮气(2);在空心墙(3)、吊顶内用该球满敷填充即可提高隔热隔音性能。
