Description
技术领域
本发明涉及一种具有较高强度、弹性,又能抗氧化和耐腐蚀,还具有高绝热、吸音效果、经济耐用的吸音隔热膜。
背景技术
随着目前全球气候变暖,在低碳经济的大环境中,国家大力鼓励、推广节能减排,而输送管道吸音是非常重要一环。目前市场普遍使用的吸音材料主要为泡沫玻璃、岩棉等。泡沫玻璃本身导热系数较低,但其不足的是价格昂贵,不易施工,而且和管道内壁贴合不紧密,没有反射层,导致吸音效果受到影响;岩棉等材料既不具备反射功能,且不防潮容易氧化,吸音效果很差;为此,我们研发了一种具有较高强度、弹性,又能抗氧化和耐腐蚀,还具有高绝热、吸音效果、经济耐用的吸音隔热膜。
发明内容
本发明目的是为了克服现有技术的不足而提供一种具有较高强度、弹性,又能抗氧化和耐腐蚀,还具有高绝热、吸音效果、经济耐用的吸音隔热膜。
为达到上述目的,本发明采用的技术方案是:一种吸音隔热膜,包含阻燃改性抗老化PVC层,所述阻燃改性抗老化PVC层的上表面上附结着改性聚乙烯气囊层;所述改性聚乙烯气囊层由一组改性聚乙烯气囊排列而成;所述改性聚乙烯气囊层上表面上附结着铝箔绝热反射层;所述阻燃改性抗老化PVC层的下表面上附结吸音纳米气凝胶泡棉。
优选的,所述阻燃改性抗老化PVC层由EVA改性材料和改性抗老化PVC-ABS合金粒料制成,EVA改性材料与改性抗老化PVC-ABS合金粒料的质量比为1:10;所述阻燃改性抗老化PVC层的厚度为5-10毫米。
优选的,所述改性聚乙烯气囊的空腔内充有空气,所述改性聚乙烯气囊层的高度为2-8毫米。
优选的,所述吸音纳米气凝胶泡棉的表面呈凹凸状,凹部内植有纳米气凝胶胶体。
优选的,所述吸音纳米气凝胶泡棉的厚度为3-50毫米,所述纳米气凝胶胶体填充饱和率为40-49.3%,所述纳米气凝胶胶体的颗粒直径为60-79nm。

2.根据权利要求1所述的吸音隔热膜,其特征在于:所述阻燃改性抗老化PVC层由EVA改性材料和改性抗老化PVC-ABS合金粒料制成,EVA改性材料与改性抗老化PVC-ABS合金粒料的质量比为1:10;所述阻燃改性抗老化PVC层的厚度为5-10毫米。
