本发明为炉排侧梁的安装结构。其安装简单、且安装尺寸精确。其技术方案是这样的:其包括立柱、立柱支撑板、炉排侧梁,所述炉排侧梁支承于所述立柱支撑板上端面,所述立柱支撑板支承于所述立柱上端面,其特征在于:其还包括支撑板,所述支撑板包括立板、两侧板,所述立板的上部开有安装槽,所述安装槽对应的两侧板位置分别装有调节螺栓,所述支撑板下部紧固连接于所述立柱的一侧,所述立柱支撑板的一侧嵌于所述安装槽内,并通过调节螺栓压紧所述立柱支撑板的。

炉排侧梁的安装结构
技术领域
   本发明涉及锅炉设备技术领域,具体为炉排侧梁的安装结构。
背景技术
炉排侧梁是垃圾焚烧炉排炉的重要部件,其安装要求非常高,在现有的安装结构中,炉排侧梁和立柱支撑板间采用的铰孔方式进行定位。为便于铰孔,炉排侧梁的上部需先割开,铰好孔后再进行补焊打磨,其安装复杂,而且补焊易造成炉排侧梁变形,导致安装尺寸不精确。
发明内容
针对上述问题,本发明提供了炉排侧梁的安装结构,其安装简单、且安装尺寸精确。
炉排侧梁的安装结构,其技术方案是这样的:其包括立柱、立柱支撑板、炉排侧梁,所述炉排侧梁支承于所述立柱支撑板上端面,所述立柱支撑板支承于所述立柱上端面,其特征在于:其还包括支撑板,所述支撑板包括立板、两侧板,所述立板的上部开有安装槽,所述安装槽对应的两侧板位置分别装有调节螺栓,所述支撑板下部紧固连接于所述立柱的一侧,所述立柱支撑板的一侧嵌于所述安装槽内,并通过调节螺栓压紧所述立柱支撑板的。
其进一步特征在于:所述立板的下部一侧开有方孔,所述开有方孔的另一侧的侧板安装有紧固螺栓,斜楔板塞装于所述方孔,所述斜楔板的内侧紧压所述立柱支撑板,所述紧固螺栓压装于所述立柱支撑板。
采用本发明的结构后,支撑板下部紧固连接于所述立柱的一侧,立柱支撑板的一侧嵌于所述支撑板的立板上部的安装槽内,可通过安装槽对应的两侧板位置的调节螺栓调节立柱支撑板的相对位置,精确调节尺寸,直至到位后,将立柱和支撑板进行焊接,其安装简单、且安装尺寸精确。

具体实施方式
见图1、图2,其包括立柱1、立柱支撑板2、炉排侧梁3、支撑板4,炉排侧梁3支承于立柱支撑板2上端面,立柱支撑板2支承于立柱1上端面,支撑板4包括立板5、两侧板6、7,立板5的上部开有安装槽8,安装槽8对应的两侧板6、7位置分别装有调节螺栓9,支撑板4下部紧固连接于立柱1的一侧,立柱支撑板2的一侧嵌于安装槽8内,并通过调节螺栓9压紧立柱支撑板2。
立板1的下部一侧开有方孔(属于现有成熟技术,图中未画出),开有方孔的另一侧的侧板7安装有紧固螺栓10,斜楔板11塞装于方孔,斜楔板11的内侧紧压立柱支撑板2,紧固螺栓10压装于立柱支撑板2。
图1中,螺栓(图中未画出,属于现有成熟技术)穿过立柱支撑板2的定位孔12、炉排侧梁3的定位孔13完成紧固连接。

1.炉排侧梁的安装结构,其包括立柱、立柱支撑板、炉排侧梁,所述炉排侧梁支承于所述立柱支撑板上端面,所述立柱支撑板支承于所述立柱上端面,其特征在于:其还包括支撑板,所述支撑板包括立板、两侧板,所述立板的上部开有安装槽,所述安装槽对应的两侧板位置分别装有调节螺栓,所述支撑板下部紧固连接于所述立柱的一侧,所述立柱支撑板的一侧嵌于所述安装槽内,并通过调节螺栓压紧所述立柱支撑板的。
2.根据权利要求1所述的炉排侧梁的安装结构,其特征在于:所述立板的下部一侧开有方孔,所述开有方孔的另一侧的侧板安装有紧固螺栓,斜楔板塞装于所述方孔,所述斜楔板的内侧紧压所述立柱支撑板,所述紧固螺栓压装于所述立柱支撑板。
