本发明涉及一种预制孔位真空玻璃的制造方法,步骤包括:⑴在上片玻璃及基板玻璃之间的基板玻璃上设定预制孔位部位,在该预制孔位部位布放密封材料;⑵将上片玻璃与基板玻璃合片;⑶放入加热炉加热、抽真空,即得到预制孔位真空玻璃成品。本方法首先在需要打孔的位置预制孔位,可根据实际需要的尺寸边施工边打孔,现场穿孔安装,解决了国内外至今都未能解决的问题,特别适于幕墙及机场等大型玻璃上金属连接件的安装。

一种预制孔位真空玻璃的制造方法
技术领域
本发明属于真空玻璃领域,尤其是一种预制孔位真空玻璃的制造方法。
背景技术
由于真空玻璃内为真空状态,因此在真空玻璃上打孔必须是在真空状态外的真空玻璃边缘或者局部设定打孔区域,在该区域打孔以避免真空玻璃的真空泄漏,即:将两片玻璃先预制好同心,设定边差后在两片玻璃之间涂敷玻璃粉经烧结后封接。但是,在实际现场安装时,穿钉同孔的位置都有误差,一旦出现较大误差,预制的孔即告报废,随之该片玻璃报废。
发明内容
本发明的目的在于克服现有技术的不足,提供一种适于现场打孔安装的预制孔位真空玻璃的制造方法。
本发明解决其技术问题是通过以下技术方案实现的:
一种预制孔位真空玻璃的制造方法,步骤包括:
⑴在上片玻璃及基板玻璃之间的基板玻璃上设定预制孔位部位,在该预制孔位部位布放密封材料;
⑵将上片玻璃与基板玻璃合片;
⑶放入加热炉加热、抽真空,即得到预制孔位真空玻璃成品。
而且,所述密封材料为圆环或者圆片。
而且,所述密封材料采用低熔点玻璃粉或者密封胶制作,为预先制出,或者在基板玻璃的预制孔位部位直接制出。
而且,所述在上片玻璃与基板玻璃之间的密封材料外缘布放阻挡物。
而且,所述阻挡物为耐高温的阻挡板、条或块,或者耐高温的软质线及片材。
本发明的优点和有益效果为:
1、本方法首先在需要打孔的位置预制孔位,可根据实际需要的尺寸边施工边打孔,现场穿孔安装,解决了国内外至今都未能解决的问题,特别适于幕墙及机场等大型玻璃上金属连接件的安装。
2、本方法预制孔位的形状可根据打孔需要制成多种几何形状,该几何图案密封材料设置在两片玻璃之间的预制孔位上,在该密封材料的外侧周边封边,玻璃粉在熔化、抽真空后即可得到预制孔位,由此可以在现场根据需要直接打孔安装,避免了先打孔而造成的安装误差。
3、本发明的几何图案密封材料可以采用事先预制好的密封材料,如低熔点玻璃粉圆片或圆环等,以提高生产效率,简化工艺,适于自动化生产。

为了更为清楚地显示本发明的创新点,附图中没有显示出封边、支撑体、真空抽气孔等图示。
实施例1,参见图1、图2、图3。
一种预制孔位真空玻璃的制造方法,步骤是:
⑴在上片玻璃1及基板玻璃2之间的基板玻璃上设定预制孔位部位,在设定的预制孔位部位上布放密封材料,该密封材料的形状可以是圆环3,或者是圆片5或其它形状,该密封材料采用低熔点玻璃粉或者树脂胶类制作,可以预先制出,或者也可以在基板玻璃的预制孔位部位直接制出;
⑵在放置好密封材料后,在圆环或者圆片外周边放置阻挡物4以用来给密封材料定型,该阻挡物为耐高温的阻挡板、条或块,或者耐高温的软质线及片材。
⑶放入加热炉加热,抽真空,即得到预制孔位真空玻璃成品。
本实施例中,密封材料的几何图案为圆环或者圆片,也可以是其他几何形状。
本发明未提及的真空玻璃制造方法是现有技术,因此没有给出具体说明。
实施例2,参见图4、图5。
本实施例也可在圆环或者圆片外周边不放置任何阻挡物,其他同于实施例1。

1.一种预制孔位真空玻璃的制造方法,其特征在于:步骤包括:
⑴在上片玻璃及基板玻璃之间的基板玻璃上设定预制孔位部位,在该预制孔位部位布放密封材料;
⑵将上片玻璃与基板玻璃合片;
⑶放入加热炉加热、抽真空,即得到预制孔位真空玻璃成品。
2.根据权利要求1所述的一种预制孔位真空玻璃的制造方法,其特征在于:所述密封材料为圆环或者圆片。
3.根据权利要求1或2所述的一种预制孔位真空玻璃的制造方法,其特征在于:所述密封材料采用低熔点玻璃粉或者密封胶制作,为预先制出,或者在基板玻璃的预制孔位部位直接制出。
4.根据权利要求1所述的一种预制孔位真空玻璃的制造方法,其特征在于:所述在上片玻璃与基板玻璃之间的密封材料外缘布放阻挡物。
5.根据权利要求4所述的一种预制孔位真空玻璃的制造方法,其特征在于:所述阻挡物为耐高温的阻挡板、条或块,或者耐高温的软质线及片材。
