Abstract

Description
技术领域
本发明涉及缝线连接结构,其包括具有第一阻挡层的第一材料织物和具有第二阻挡层的第二材料织物,且在缝线区域内有至少一个缝线连接第一和第二材料织物。本发明还涉及一种具有该缝线连接结构的衣物以及形成如此一缝线连接结构的方法。
背景技术
若衣物通过在外材料的内侧上布置一防水层,防水层通常也称之为阻挡层,则具有水可渗透的外材料的衣物可做成防水的衣物。为了使如此的衣物既防水又透水蒸汽,因此使衣物透气,通常采用一种透水蒸汽也透水的外材料,并将防水、透水蒸汽的功能层(阻挡层)布置在外材料的内侧。纺织品内衬层通常布置在该功能层的面向衣物穿着者身体的那侧上。
使用多层的层叠物,例如,带有功能层和内衬层的两层层叠物,或带有外材料层、功能层和纺织品层的三层层叠物,人们公知有各种防水、透水蒸汽的衣物。
有各种由若干衣片缝合在一起的衣物,以求达到特定的配合、强度、耐用性,和/或视觉上的美观。当采用上述类型的多层层叠物时,层叠物具有外材料层和功能层,从层叠织物中切割出衣物的个别衣片,然后,连接到衣物上,通常采用缝纫方式进行连接。一般地说,通过在缝线区域内缝合缝线,由此,将衣物的两层叠织物彼此连接在一起。然而,通过如此的缝纫,层叠物的功能层也被穿孔,使得功能层的水密性在该缝线部位处受到不利的影响,在该缝线部位处就会出现不理想的泄漏。为了使缝线部位也能防水,即,为了保持衣物的整体水密性,一般地,普通的做法是,用防水缝线密封来覆盖该缝线,通过单独地施加缝线带来形成缝线的密封,所述缝线带也是防水的。
尤其是,可从US 2005/0081281A1中了解到该类型的结构,根据该文献,用一附加地施加的缝线带来密封两层叠物之间的缝线连接。施加附加的缝线带通常具有缝线连接部位处层叠物厚度增加的缺点,这会限制衣物穿着的舒适性。为此,上述文献中提出,在要密封的区域内,除去至少一部分的纺织品层叠物,例如,进行层叠物的削减,以便在缝线带施加到缝线部位之前减小缝线区域内层叠物的厚度。然而,如此结构仍存在缺点,由于施加了附加的缝线带,衣物在缝线部位处变得相对较硬,这又损害了穿着的舒适性。
用缝线带对缝线进行密封的被密封的连接缝线通常相当硬,在外材料部分(所谓的外衣)上导致可见的缝线带边缘的压痕,尤其是在经常洗涤之后。缝线带本身经常还在色泽或状态方面中断内材料部分(所谓的背衬)的连续性。附加的缝线带还造成缝线加厚,尤其是,如上所述,在相交之处和T形部位处尤甚。
US 5,885,679A中描述了另一种类型用于防水纺织品材料的接头结构,根据该文献,在缝线区域中两种材料织物彼此连接,在此情形中,其中一个材料织物在缝线区域内翻转,于是,产生突出的缝线。在翻转该材料织物形成的槽内,以及在该材料织物和另一材料织物之间的连接部位上,提供热熔的粘结剂,以使层叠物的交叠层在缝线区域内彼此胶合。然而,以此方式形成的缝线连接具有如下的缺点:其中一个缝线在缝线连接的两侧上容易从外面进入,于是在缝线部位处仍存在着泄漏的危险,例如,如果胶水随着时间推移变得多孔,或由于频繁地洗涤或具有缺陷的部位,则就存在上述的危险。
发明内容
本发明立足于提供上述类型缝线连接结构的任务,该结构有助于形成具有高度穿着舒适度的防水功能的衣物。
本发明涉及一种具有如权利要求1所述特征的缝线连接结构。本发明还涉及一种如权利要求25所述具有如此的缝线连接结构的衣物。本发明还涉及一种如权利要求27所述生产缝线连接结构的方法。
根据本发明的缝线连接结构包括第一材料织物、第二材料织物以及至少一个缝线,所述第一材料织物具有第一阻挡层和所述第一材料织物外边界上的第一边缘;所述第二材料织物具有第二阻挡层和所述第二材料织物外边界上的第二边缘;至少一个缝线在缝线区域内连接第一和第二材料织物,以在缝线和第一材料织物的第一边缘之间形成第一缝线贴边,并在缝线和第二材料织物的第二边缘之间形成第二缝线贴边。第一和第二材料织物在缝线区域内彼此叠置。第二缝线贴边围绕第一材料织物的第一边缘翻折,并覆盖至少一个缝线以形成缝线覆盖部。所述缝线覆盖部在缝线区域内连接到第一材料织物。
根据本发明的如此缝线连接结构则具有如下的优点:不再需要单独的缝线带来形成第一和第二材料织物之间的防水缝线。首先,这在衣物生产过程中导致材料的节省,其次,这导致制造过程中的成本降低。还可避免以下的缺点:在如此的缝线带和衣物反面材料之间形成色差或材料的差异。作为附加的优点,还可获得比仅有的胶合缝线高的撕裂强度、较软的缝线连接部位以及相当薄的缝线,这还具有如下的优点:在衣物的外部材料上不形成或仅形成微小的边缘压痕。另一优点在于,与具有为将材料织物附连到边缘侧上必须做得相当宽的单独缝线带的密封相比,缝线的图像较窄。
为了生产根据本发明的缝线连接结构,首先为第一材料织物准备第一阻挡层和第一材料织物外边界上的第一边缘。还为第二材料织物提供第二阻挡层和第二材料织物外边界上的第二边缘。将第一材料织物的第一侧定位在第二材料织物的第一侧上,于是,第二材料织物的第二边缘突出超过第一材料织物的第一边缘。为了连接两个材料织物,至少一个缝线形成在缝线区域内,从而形成缝线和第一材料织物的第一边缘之间的第一缝线贴边以及缝线和第一材料织物的第二边缘之间的第二缝线贴边。围绕第一材料织物的边缘翻折第二缝线贴边,以使第二缝线贴边覆盖至少一个缝线以形成缝线覆盖部,所述缝线覆盖部在缝线区域内连接到第一材料织物。
尤其是,在形成如第一缝线那样的至少一个缝线步骤之后,可执行如下的步骤:
在形成用来在缝线区域内连接两个材料织物的第一缝线之后,将邻近于所述缝线区域的第二材料织物的一部分围绕背离第一材料织物的一侧翻折。然后形成第二缝线,该第二缝线布置成平行于第一缝线并介于第一缝线和第一材料织物的第一边缘之间,该第二缝线连接所述第一材料织物、所述第二材料织物以及所述第二材料织物的翻折部分。然后,围绕第一材料织物的第一边缘翻折第二缝线贴边,于是,第二缝线贴边覆盖第一和第二缝线以形成缝线覆盖部,该缝线覆盖部在缝线区域内附连到第一材料织物。
根据本发明的一个实施例,缝线覆盖部在缝线区域内直接附连到第一材料织物,这样,形成第一和第二缝线的有效防水的覆盖。尤其是,缝线覆盖部在缝线区域内直接附连到第一材料织物的第一缝线贴边。
本发明特别适合于以下情形,其中,第一和第二缝线中的至少一个缝线包括缝合的缝线或形成如此的缝合缝线,通过该缝合缝线可获得缝线连接结构的相当高的撕裂强度。另一方面,通过缝线覆盖部而不必为此使用单独的缝线带,就可实现缝线连接部位的有效密封。
在本发明的另一个实施例中,缝线覆盖部在缝线区域内液密地附连到第一材料织物。尤其是,缝线覆盖部借助于一种胶水在缝线区域内连续地连接到第一材料织物,所述胶水在连接部位处形成液密密封。如此的胶水可以是选自硅树脂组群中的一种胶水。由于该步骤,进一步提高了缝线部位的密封,由此,通过使用相应柔性的胶水可形成相对较软的缝线。
以类似的方式,根据一个改型方案,第二材料织物的翻折部分附连到第二材料织物的未翻折部分,以在缝线区域内形成液密。尤其是,第二材料织物的翻折部分在缝线区域内借助于胶水连续地连接到第二材料织物的未翻折部分,所述胶水在连接部位处形成液密的密封。该胶水也可以是选自硅树脂组群中的一种胶水。
以此方式形成的缝线连接结构可以是衣物的一部分,其中,第一材料织物通过缝线连接结构连接到第二材料织物。衣物可以是外面的衣物,诸如夹克衫、裤子、衬衫、宽松上衣、大衣、罩衫等,或衣物可以是帽子、手套或鞋子的一部分。
由于有了根据本发明的缝线连接结构,可生产出可反穿的衣物(可反穿夹克衫),原则上,由于缝线连接结构可在两面上做成防水的,于是,衣物的外材料部分可用作为内材料部分,反之亦然。缝线连接结构可构造成在缝线部位和外材料部分或内材料部分之间不出现色差或材料差异。相对细小的缝线图像对于该部位还具有有效的作用。

具体实施方式
下面将参照图1至4来进一步解释根据本发明原理的缝线连接结构的形成。为此目的,图1至4中的材料织物仅是非常示意地示出,以便更好地显示缝线连接结构。可使用各种材料作为相连接的材料织物,例如,多层的层叠物,诸如带有功能层的两层的层叠物,也可以是带有纺织品层的三层的层叠物,例如,一个外材料层、一个功能层和一个纺织品层。然而,原则上,任何类型的材料织物都适合形成基本上防水的缝线连接,其可用来对渗透水提供阻挡层。
例如,如图5所示的三层层叠物可用作为材料层10、30,这将参照图1至4作进一步解释,三层层叠物适合于形成防水、却可渗透水蒸汽、因此可透气的衣物。如图5所示,如此的三层层叠物具有类似外层材料的纺织品材料层41,其既渗透水蒸汽又渗透水。防水、透水蒸汽的阻挡层42(功能层)布置在外材料41的内侧上。防水、透水蒸汽的阻挡层42具有防水、透水蒸汽的薄膜,其又可设计成单层的或多层的。例如,薄膜可以是可膨胀的PTFE(ePTFE)的多孔薄膜。ePTFE层设置有透水蒸汽的连续的(无孔)聚亚安酯薄膜。功能层也可含有适于形成阻挡层的任何材料。
纺织品内衬层43布置在功能层42的面向穿衣者身体的那侧上。纺织品层41、43可含有纺织织物、经编织物、编织织物的材料,和/或无纺材料。
如上所述,防水却渗透水蒸汽的通常类型的衣物可用如图5所示的多层层叠物形成,由此,通过水蒸汽的渗透性相应地提高了穿着的舒适性。作为一种替代方案或添加方案,可使用一种阻挡层,其是气密的(挡风)和/或防水和透水蒸汽的。
阻挡层可以是透水蒸汽和气密的(挡风),该阻挡层也可以是透水蒸汽的和液密的(防水),阻挡层还可以是透水蒸汽、气密和液密的。
参照图1至4,首先准备两种材料织物10和30,它们将通过缝线彼此连接起来。材料织物10具有第一侧12和相对的第二侧11(诸如背衬)。第一侧12是外材料部分,例如,在穿着衣物时,该侧就是面向外的一侧。第二侧11相应地形成衣物的内材料部分,它面向该衣物的穿着者。当采用如图5所示的多层层叠物时,纺织品层41形成外材料部分12,而纺织品层43形成内材料部分11。为清楚起见,阻挡层42在图1至4中仅显示为介于层11和12或31和32之间的黑线16,阻挡层42布置在这些纺织品层之间。
就如材料织物10那样的材料织物30也具有呈外材料部分的第一侧32和呈内材料部分的背衬31。
材料织物10、30的第一侧12、32(右侧)彼此叠置,于是,位于织物外部边界上的第二材料织物30的第二边缘34,突出超过第一材料织物10的外部边界上的第一边缘14。换句话说,两种材料织物10、30不是用其右侧一致地彼此叠置,而是定位成形成材料织物30的狭窄突出带,如图1所示。然后,材料织物10、30彼此缝合而形成缝线21,以使两种材料织物10、30彼此连接,以防止在缝线21处撕开。这样,第一缝线贴边13形成在缝线21和第一材料织物10的第一边缘14之间,而第二缝线贴边23形成在缝线21和第二材料织物30的第二边缘34之间。例如,第二缝线贴边23的宽度至少是第一缝线贴边13宽度的两倍。材料织物10、30因此彼此连接在如此方式形成的缝线区域3内,形成不同的缝线贴边13、33。
对于呈材料织物10、30形式的两纺织品层叠物的其后的连接,如果外材料部分和内材料部分的纺织品层在对应材料织物的外边界上被削减掉,则就较为有利。这可实现这样的情形:胶水可更容易地前进到阻挡层并渗透阻挡层的结构而将其密封。例如,下材料织物30的外材料部分32削减超过约13mm宽度,而上材料织物10的背衬11被削减到约7mm的宽度。尤其是,在材料织物被削减和叠合之后,材料织物10的边缘14变得位于材料织物30被削减表面的内端上,于是,材料织物30被削减的表面同时形成狭窄的突出带,如图1所示。缝线21然后形成在材料织物10的被削减表面内,例如,离被削减表面的内端为2mm间距。
参照图2,邻近于缝线区域3的第二材料织物30的一部分35翻折到背离第一材料织物10的一侧上。由此,材料织物30的外材料部分32面向外,而背衬或内材料部分32则朝向内,符合于材料织物10的内材料部分11。翻折的部分35在缝线区域3内缝合而形成对于第一材料织物10和第二材料织物30的未翻折部分的第二缝线22,于是,第二缝线22将材料织物10连接到第二材料织物30的翻折部分和未翻折部分。这里的缝线22布置成平行于第一缝线21,并介于该第一缝线21和材料织物10的边缘14之间。
为了形成缝线22,例如,呈缝合接缝形式,可将该型式反过来。缝线贴边然后翻折到未削减侧上,于是,被削减区域仍保持可见。缝合线现放置在缝线贴边被翻折的区域内,例如,离接触边缘14为1mm。
然后,将胶水轨迹施加到材料织物30的缝线贴边33上。原则上,除了使用硅树脂胶水之外,还可使用该制造步骤中可被处理的一切胶水系统。例如,可使用取自以下的一切胶水:硅树脂、聚亚安酯或PVC等。精确的参数则可根据多层层叠物和所用胶水系统来确定。
第二缝线贴边33现围绕第一材料织物10的第一边缘14布置,使得材料织物30的缝线贴边33覆盖缝线21和缝线22而形成缝线覆盖部2。例如,借助于热压或将缝线区域3内的缝线贴边33与材料织物10压合的其它合适装置,就可发生附连操作,在此情形中,胶水则被固化。这里不一定需要通过加温来发生固化,而依赖于所用的胶水系统。固化也可用化学方法或通过其它激励方法(例如,超声波、UV、IR等)发生。
为了使缝线21和22液密或防水,现可在缝线区域3内的材料织物30的翻折部分35和材料织物30的未翻折部分之间的剩余敞开边缘内,形成狭窄的胶水线。这显示在图4中,其中,胶水24施加在狭窄的胶水线内的地方,例如,用滴管进行施加。前述处理步骤中施加的胶水23也显示在图4中,其可用来将缝线覆盖部2或缝线贴边23附连到材料织物10。胶水线24再用热压或其它合适装置加压并进行固化。
一般来说,缝线覆盖部2可附连成液密和/或气密的,由此,缝线覆盖部被密封,尤其是用所述的诸如胶水23、24之类的液密材料进行密封。
这样,形成了一种缝线连接结构,其中,密封连接缝线21的单独的缝线带不再需要。因为这个缘故,可获得这样一优点:在缝线带和背衬材料之间不再出现色差或材料差异。缝线比具有单独缝线带的对比缝线更狭窄并设计成更柔软。还可获得另一附加优点,在外衣上不形成边缘压痕或大大地减少可见的边缘压痕。
对于加压和固化硅树脂胶水23、24,可采用2.5巴压力和150℃温度,并使暴露时间达20秒。缝线21、22可用商用缝纫机来形成,例如,形成直线的缝线。并可使用由Wacker/Burghausen(瓦克/伯格豪森)公司出品的硅树脂-胶水系统RT601作为涂敷的胶水。可使用削减机来按如上所述方法削减对应的边缘。
对于缝线21、22不采用缝合的缝线,原则上,也可指定用焊接接缝或胶水接缝。
可在缝线区域3内将缝线覆盖部2直接附连到第一材料织物10,例如,借助于胶水23,即,直接附连到材料织物10,由此可实现缝线覆盖部2上高的水密性。缝线覆盖部2也可直接或间接地附连到第一材料织物10的第一缝线贴边13,以使第一和第二材料织物之间的过渡部位很好地密封。借助于连续的、液密的胶水23、24,可在连接部位处,也可在缝线区域3内的材料织物30的翻折部分上,实现液密的密封。
如此方式形成的缝线连接结构可有利地用于衣物用品上。图6示出具有根据本发明的缝线连接1的衣物70的实例。衣物较佳地可反过来穿,于是,衣物的内材料部分或外材料部分可内外地交替穿着。根据图1至4,材料织物10、30因此做成可逆的,于是,对应的外材料部分12、32可用作为衣物的对应的内材料部分,反之,对应的内材料部分11、31可用作为衣物的对应的外材料部分。由于缝线设计成对两侧都是液密的,所以,具有如此缝线连接结构的衣物可反过来穿着。
用作防水、透水蒸汽功能层的合适材料(比较图5的功能层42)包括聚亚安酯、聚丙烯和聚酯,聚酯包括聚醚酯及其层叠物,如文献US-A 4,725,418和US-A 4,493,870中所述。然而,膨胀的微孔聚四氟乙烯(ePTFE)是特别首选的,如文献US-A-3,953,566和US-A-4,187,390中所述,以及设有亲水浸渍剂和/或憎水层的膨胀的聚四氟乙烯也是首选的,见文献US-A-4,194,041。微孔功能层可理解为指其平均孔尺寸在约0.2μm和约0.3μm之间的功能层。
孔尺寸可用Coulter PorometerTM仪测量,该测量仪由美国佛罗里达州海尔勒阿(Hialeah)市的库尔特电子(Coulter Electronics)公司出品。
如果功能层确保至少为1×104Pa的水进入压力,则功能层被认为是“防水的”,其可供选择地包括设置在功能层上的缝线。功能层材料最好能确保1×105Pa的水进入压力。根据试验方法来测量水进入压力,其中,温度为20±2℃的蒸馏水用提高的压力施加到100cm2的功能层试样上。水的递增压力为每分钟60±3cm水柱。然后,水进入压力对应于水首先出现在试样两侧上的压力。该程序的细节由1981年版的ISO标准0811具体规定。
如果功能层具有小于150m2×Pa×W-1的水蒸汽渗透率Ret,则功能层被认为是“透水蒸汽的”。水蒸汽渗透率根据Hohenstein表皮模型进行测试。该试验方法可见DIN EN31092(02/94)或ISO11092(1993)。
术语“气密(挡风)”意指阻挡层或结合阻挡层的材料织物10具有小于25l/m2/s的空气渗透率,在许多实施例中,该值小于5l/m2/s。
空气渗透率:
为了测量材料织物(纺织品)的空气渗透率,可使用一种测试装置,其可测量流过材料织物的空气。测试的试样定位在两个环之间,这形成100cm2的测试面积。抽吸空气在100Pa的恒定压力下通过该测试试样。然后,测量通过该测试试样的空气量并折算为l/m2/s。该测试方法可见EN ISO 9237。
实例
提供一个三层的层叠物,以形成缝线连接结构。该三层的层叠物是市购的产品,该产品由德国菠茨勃伦(Putzbrunn)市的W.L.戈尔有限公司(W.L.Gore&Associates GmbH)出品,商标名为戈尔防液外衣织物(Gore Liquid Proof GownFabric)。该层叠物具有基础重量为65g/m2的聚酯的第一层纺织品,以及基础重量为50g/m2的聚酯的第二层纺织品。可膨胀的PTFE(ePTFE)的多孔薄膜布置在两个纺织品层之间。该层叠物具有170g/m2的基础重量和约为310-330μm的厚度。
该3层层叠物的两个织物彼此连接而形成根据本发明的缝线连接结构。根据本发明,第一缝线和第二缝线用商用缝纫机进行缝合。缝线覆盖部2的宽度约为10-15mm。相比之下,普通的缝线带具有在22-23mm之间的缝线宽度。为了缝线覆盖部2对第一材料织物10的液密密封,还为了对第二材料织物30的翻折部分35的液密密封,可采用由瓦克化学公司(Wacker Chemie AG)出品的硅树脂胶水TRV601。
根据ISO 811(1981)可确定,在0.2巴压力下持续2分钟的时间,该缝线是防水的。
Claims (28)
1.一种缝线连接结构(1),包括:
-第一材料织物(10),所述第一材料织物具有第一阻挡层(42)和所述第一材料织物(10)外边界上的第一边缘(14);
-第二材料织物(30),所述第二材料织物具有第二阻挡层(42)和所述第二材料织物(30)外边界上的第二边缘(34),所述第二边缘(34)位于与所述第一边缘(14)的同一侧;
-至少一个缝线(21),该至少一个缝线(21)是第一缝线,其在缝线区域(3)内连接第一材料织物和第二材料织物(10、30),以在所述第一缝线(21)和所述第一材料织物的第一边缘(14)之间形成第一缝线贴边(13),并在所述第一缝线(21)和所述第二材料织物(30)的所述第二边缘(34)之间形成第二缝线贴边(33),
-其中,所述第一材料织物和第二材料织物(10、30)在所述缝线区域(3)内彼此叠置,以使位于织物外边界上的第二材料织物(30)的第二边缘(34)突出超过第一材料织物(10)的外边界上的第一边缘(14);
-所述第二材料织物(30)的翻折部分(35),该翻折部分(35)被翻折到背离所述第一材料织物(10)一侧上;以及
-第二缝线(22),其中,所述第二缝线(22)连接所述第一材料织物(10)、所述第二材料织物(30)以及所述翻折部分(35),所述第二缝线(22)平行于所述第一缝线(21)布置,并位于所述第一缝线(21)和所述第一材料织物(10)的所述第一边缘(14)之间,
-所述第二缝线贴边(33)围绕所述第一材料织物(10)的所述第一边缘(14)翻折,从而覆盖所述第一缝线和第二缝线(21、22)以形成缝线覆盖部(2),
-其中,所述缝线覆盖部(2)在所述缝线区域(3)内连接到所述第一材料织物(10)。
2.如权利要求1所述的缝线连接结构,其特征在于,所述缝线覆盖部(2)在所述缝线区域(3)内直接附连到所述第一材料织物(10)。
3.如权利要求1所述的缝线连接结构,其特征在于,所述缝线覆盖部(2)在所述缝线区域(3)内直接附连到所述第一材料织物(10)的所述第一缝线贴边(13)。
4.如权利要求1所述的缝线连接结构,其特征在于,所述第一缝线和第二缝线(21、22)中的至少一个缝线包括缝合的缝线。
5.如权利要求1所述的缝线连接结构,其特征在于,所述第二材料织物(30)的所述翻折部分(35)在所述缝线区域(3)内液密地附连到所述第二材料织物(30)的未翻折部分。
6.如权利要求1所述的缝线连接结构,其特征在于,借助于在连接部位处形成液密密封的胶水(24),将所述第二材料织物(30)的所述翻折部分(35)连续地附连到所述第二材料织物(30)的未翻折部分。
7.如权利要求1所述的缝线连接结构,其特征在于,所述至少一个缝线(21)包括缝合的缝线。
8.如权利要求1所述的缝线连接结构,其特征在于,所述第二缝线贴边(33)的宽度是所述第一缝线贴边(13)的宽度的至少两倍。
9.如权利要求1所述的缝线连接结构,其特征在于,所述至少一个缝线(21)是液密的。
10.如权利要求1或5所述的缝线连接结构,其特征在于,所述缝线覆盖部(2)在缝线区域(3)内液密地附连到所述第一材料织物(10)。
11.如权利要求1所述的缝线连接结构,其特征在于,借助于在连接部位处形成液密密封的胶水(23),在所述缝线区域(3)内将所述缝线覆盖部(2)连续地连接到所述第一材料织物(10)。
12.如权利要求6或11所述的缝线连接结构,其特征在于,所述胶水(23、24)是取自硅树脂组群中的一种胶水。
13.如权利要求1所述的缝线连接结构,其特征在于,所述第一阻挡层和第二阻挡层各具有水密的功能层(42)。
14.如权利要求1所述的缝线连接结构,其特征在于,所述第一阻挡层和第二阻挡层中的至少一个阻挡层(42)是透水蒸汽和气密的;或透水蒸汽和液密的;或透水蒸汽、气密和液密的。
15.如权利要求13或14所述的缝线连接结构,其特征在于,所述水密功能层或所述第一阻挡层和第二阻挡层中的至少一个阻挡层具有防水、透水蒸汽的薄膜(42)。
16.如权利要求1所述的缝线连接结构,其特征在于,所述第一材料织物(10)具有带有至少一个纺织品层(41、43)的层叠物,所述至少一个纺织品层(41、43)布置在所述第一阻挡层(42)上,而所述第二材料织物(30)具有带有至少一个纺织品层(41、43)的层叠物,所述至少一个纺织品层(41、43)布置在所述第二阻挡层(42)上。
17.如权利要求16所述的缝线连接结构,其特征在于,至少在所述第一缝线贴边(13)或所述第二缝线贴边(33)内的区域内,除去至少一个纺织品层(41、43)。
18.如权利要求1所述的缝线连接结构,其特征在于,所述至少一个缝线(21)包括单盖双缝线、胶水缝线和焊接缝线中的至少一种。
19.如权利要求1所述的缝线连接结构,其特征在于,
-所述第一材料织物(10)具有第一侧(12)和相对的背衬(11),
-所述第二材料织物(30)具有第一侧(32)和相对的背衬(31),
-其中,所述第一材料织物和第二材料织物(10、30)的对应的第一侧(12、32)在所述缝线区域(3)内彼此邻接,并在所述缝线区域(3)内由至少一个缝线(21)连接,
-其中,所述第二缝线贴边(33)围绕所述第一材料织物(10)的所述第一边缘(14)翻折,以使所述第二材料织物(30)的所述第一侧(32)邻近于所述至少一个缝线(21)以形成缝线覆盖部(2),并在所述缝线区域(3)内连接到所述第一材料织物(10)的所述背衬(11)。
20.如权利要求1所述的缝线连接结构,其特征在于,根据ISO 811(1981)进行测定,所述缝线连接结构在0.2巴进水压力下持续2分钟的时间内是防水的。
21.如权利要求1所述的缝线连接结构,其特征在于,所述至少一个缝线(21)设计成气密的。
22.一种衣物(70),具有至少第一材料织物(10)和第二材料织物(30),以及用如权利要求1所述的缝线连接结构(1)来连接所述第一材料织物(10)和所述第二材料织物(30)。
23.如权利要求22所述的衣物,其特征在于,所述第一材料织物和第二材料织物(10、30)以及所述缝线连接结构(1)都可以反过来,以使所述第一材料织物和第二材料织物(10、30)的对应上部材料部分(12、32)可用作为所述衣物(70)的内材料部分,而所述第一材料织物和第二材料织物(10、30)的对应内材料部分(11、31)可用作为所述衣物的对应外材料部分。
24.一种生产缝线连接结构(1)的方法,所述方法包括如下步骤:
-制备第一材料织物(10),所述第一材料织物具有第一阻挡层(42)和所述第一材料织物(10)外边界上的第一边缘(14),
-制备第二材料织物(30),所述第二材料织物具有第二阻挡层(42)和所述第二材料织物(30)外边界上的第二边缘(34),
-将所述第一材料织物(10)的第一侧(12)定位在所述第二材料织物(30)的第一侧(32)上,于是,所述第二材料织物(30)的所述第二边缘(34)突出超过所述第一材料织物(10)的所述第一边缘(14),
-为了在缝线区域(3)内连接两个材料织物(10、30),形成至少一个缝线(21),从而形成缝线(21)和所述第一边缘(14)之间的第一缝线贴边(13)、以及缝线(21)和所述第二边缘(34)之间的第二缝线贴边(13),
-所述至少一个缝线(21)形成为第一缝线,且在所述第一缝线(21)形成之后,执行如下所述步骤:
-将邻近于所述缝线区域(3)的第二材料织物(30)的一部分,翻折到背离所述第一材料织物(10)的一侧上,从而形成翻折部分(35),
-形成第二缝线(22),该第二缝线平行于所述第一缝线(21)布置,并布置在所述第一缝线(21)和所述第一材料织物(10)的所述第一边缘(14)之间,其中,所述第二缝线(22)连接所述第一材料织物(10)、所述第二材料织物(30)、以及所述第二材料织物的所述翻折部分(35),
-围绕所述第一材料织物(10)的所述第一边缘(14)翻折所述第二缝线贴边(33),以使所述第二缝线贴边(33)覆盖所述第一缝线和第二缝线(21、22)而形成缝线覆盖部(2),
一在缝线区域(3)内将所述缝线覆盖部(2)连接到所述第一材料织物(10)。
25.如权利要求24所述的方法,其特征在于,所述缝线覆盖部(2)在缝线区域(3)内直接附连到所述第一材料织物(10)的所述第一缝线贴边(13)。
26.如权利要求24所述的方法,其特征在于,所述至少一个缝线(21)用缝合方法形成。
27.如权利要求24所述的方法,其特征在于,所述第一缝线和第二缝线(21、22)中的至少一个缝线用缝合方法形成。
28.如权利要求24所述的方法,其特征在于,所述缝线覆盖部(2)的附连至少是液密和/或气密的。
