Abstract

本发明属于一种电力金具,确切的说是属于一种多功能耐张线夹。本发明特点是耐张线夹管体有螺旋环绕条纹,以扰动气流并阻止形成规则的覆冰,来降低和减少输电线路舞动。本发明结构简单,适用范围广泛,可应用于传统钢芯铝绞线、耐热铝合金导线、碳纤维复合芯导线、间隙型导线。本发明施工方便,适合各种电压等级的输变电线路。

本发明属于一种电力金具,确切的说是一种多功能耐张线夹。
背景技术
现有的架空输电导线使用的耐张线夹只有连接牵引导线的作用,容易受风力而摆动,还容易受湿冷天气结成覆冰,进而造成输电线路舞动。
发明内容
本发明目的在于提供一种多功能耐张线夹,其特征是通过改变原有耐张线夹外形,以减小风阻;改变耐张线夹覆冰轮廓,改变耐张线夹覆冰时空气动力外形,进而减少输电线路舞动几率并降低输电线路舞动幅度。
本发明目的由以下方法实现:
在耐张线夹管体外侧有环绕的螺旋条纹,螺旋形状改变该耐张线夹部位的空气动力形状,可以使耐张线夹沿长度方向上的受风横截面不断变化;还可以在湿冷天气下使耐张线夹外覆冰轮廓为不规则形状,使截面沿螺旋方向变化,以致风力所产生的空气动力效应相互干扰与制约,从而破坏了起舞的条件:使其升力系数减小,升力系数曲线变化趋于平稳,其阻力系数的增大能使导线在运动过程中消耗更多的能量,有利于减少输电线路舞动几率并降低输电线路舞动幅度。
由于采用了上述方案,使得本发明在使用中,可减小风阻,并减少输电线路舞动几率并降低输电线路舞动幅度。

具体实施方式
在耐张线夹管体1的外侧有环绕的螺旋条纹2,螺旋条纹2的螺旋形状改变该耐张线夹部位的空气动力形状,可以使耐张线夹沿长度方向上的受风横截面不断变化;还可以在湿冷天气下使耐张线夹外覆冰轮廓为不规则形状,使截面沿螺旋方向变化,以致风力所产生的空气动力效应相互干扰与制约,从而破坏了起舞的条件:使其升力系数减小,升力系数曲线变化趋于平稳,其阻力系数的增大能使导线在运动过程中消耗更多的能量,有利于减少输电线路舞动几率并降低输电线路舞动幅度。
