Abstract

一种拉线头成形器,其特殊之处是由一个销轴套装滑轮后将两个夹臂绞接成一体,该滑轮称为中心轴滑轮,在每个夹臂上各安装旋压滑轮和手柄,旋压滑轮与中心轴滑轮之间的距离大于拉线直径,即保证拉线能够从中间穿过,两个旋压滑轮和中心轴滑轮处于同一平面内。由于该拉线头成形器中的滑轮曲率与线夹楔子的曲率相同,因此制成的拉线头与线夹楔子接触紧密,使钢绞线受力均匀,并且解决了钢绞线破股的问题。使用该工具制作拉线头省力,效率高。

技术领域
本发明属于电力输送技术领域,特别涉及安装电缆时使用的钢绞线拉线头的制作。
背景技术
在安装电缆时须要使用拉线索引,拉线的两端要揻成环形,以便与线夹或楔子相连。以前拉线头都是现场徒手将钢绞线的一端弯曲成形,没有专用工具,不仅费力,而且拉线头成形不规则,制成的拉线头与线夹或楔子接触不严密,并且容易造成钢绞线破股。
发明的内容
为了解决用钢绞线制作拉线头存在的问题,提出如下技术方案。
一种拉线头成形器,其特殊之处是由一个销轴套装滑轮后将两个夹臂绞接成一体,该滑轮称为中心轴滑轮,在每个夹臂上各安装旋压滑轮和手柄,旋压滑轮与中心轴滑轮之间的距离大于拉线直径,即保证拉线能够从中间穿过,两个旋压滑轮和中心轴滑轮处于同一平面内。
该拉线头成形器中滑轮的直径,尤其是中心轴滑轮的直径要适宜,最好与线夹或楔子的曲率相同。
使用该拉线头成形器制作拉线头时,将钢绞线头由一个旋压滑轮处插入,顺着另外两个滑轮之间穿出,并留适当余线。即将钢绞线插入旋压滑轮和中心轴滑轮之间,使两个旋压滑轮处于钢绞线的一侧,中心轴滑轮处于钢绞线的另一侧。然后操作人员手握住两个手柄和钢绞线,绕中心轴滑轮旋转180度或更大度数,使两个旋压滑轮将钢绞线绕中心轴滑轮揻成合适的形状。
本发明具有如下优点
由于该拉线头成形器中的滑轮曲率与线夹楔子的曲率相同,因此制成的拉线头与线夹楔子接触紧密,使钢绞线受力均匀,并且解决了钢绞线破股的问题。使用该工具制作拉线头省力,效率高。

实施例
一种拉线头成形器,由一个销轴套装滑轮3后将第一夹臂2和第二夹臂4绞接成一体,该滑轮称为中心轴滑轮,在第一夹臂2上通过销轴安装第一旋压滑轮7和第一手柄1,在第二夹臂4上通过销轴安装第二旋压滑轮6和第二手柄5。旋压滑轮与中心轴滑轮之间的距离大于拉线(钢绞线)直径,即保证拉线能够从中间穿过,两个旋压滑轮和中心轴滑轮处于同一平面内。
