Abstract

一种热力膨胀阀,属蒸汽压缩式制冷系统节流技术领域,适用于各种单向工作和双向工作的热力膨胀阀,其在圆锥形阀芯(3)的小端径向设有小孔(3-2),小孔(3-2)与圆锥形阀芯轴向孔(3-1)相连通。当热力膨胀阀的膜盒感温系统(1)发生泄漏时,圆锥形阀孔(2-1)与圆锥形阀芯(3)之间的圆锥环形通道关闭,高压常温液态制冷剂通过圆锥形阀芯轴向孔(3-1)与小孔(3-2)形成的通道节流降压,使制冷系统仍有一定循环量,保证压缩机仍能正常工作。

技术领域
本发明涉及一种热力膨胀阀,属蒸汽压缩式制冷系统中的节流技术领域,适用于各种单向工作和双向工作的热力膨胀阀。
背景技术
现有的用于制冷系统的热力膨胀阀,当膜盒感温系统泄漏后,热力膨胀阀阀口将处于关闭状态,制冷系统的循环量为零,对于依靠回气冷却压缩机的制冷系统,将导致压缩机损坏。
发明内容
本发明的目的是提供一种设计合理、结构简单,当热力膨胀阀膜盒感温系统泄漏后,仍可保证压缩机正常工作的热力膨胀阀。
本发明的热力膨胀阀,由膜盒感温系统、阀体、圆锥形阀孔、圆锥形阀芯、圆锥形阀芯轴向孔、平衡弹簧等组成,其特征在于圆锥形阀芯的小端径向设有小孔,小孔与圆锥形阀芯轴向孔相连通。

21-压缩机,22-四通电磁换向阀,23-室外热交换器,24-双向热力膨胀阀,25-室内热交换器。
具体实施方式
按图1所示的实施例及图2所示的热泵型空气调节器的制冷系统:
在制冷工况下,经压缩机21压缩成为高压高温气态制冷剂,通过四通电磁换向阀22进入室外热交换器23,与室外空气进行热交换后成为高压常温液态制冷剂进入双向热力膨胀阀24,在其中节流降压成为低压低温液态制冷剂,低压低温液态制冷剂在室内热交换器25中吸收室内空气的热量蒸发成为低压气态制冷剂,经四通电磁换向阀22回到压缩机21,完成制冷循环。
当双向热力膨胀阀24的膜盒感温系统1未泄漏时,膜盒感温系统1内感温剂的压力P1,与回气压力P2和平衡弹簧力P3处于平衡状态,即P1=P2+P3,双向热力膨胀阀24保持在某一开度,处于正常工作状态,高压常温液态制冷剂经圆锥形阀孔2-1与圆锥形阀芯3之间的圆锥环形通道及圆锥形阀芯轴向孔3-1与小孔3-2形成的通道节流降压成为低压低温液态制冷剂。
当双向热力膨胀阀24的膜盒感温系统1发生泄漏时,膜盒感温系统1内感温剂的压力P1为零,在平衡弹簧力P3的作用下,圆锥形阀芯3向上移动,直至关闭圆锥形阀孔2-1与圆锥形阀芯3之间的圆锥环形通道,此时高压常温液态制冷剂仍可以通过圆锥形阀芯轴向孔3-1与小孔3-2形成的通道节流降压,使制冷系统仍有一定的循环量,保证压缩机21在制冷工况下仍能正常工作。
在制热工况下,尽管制冷剂是反向流动,但工作原理与制冷工况相同,当双向热力膨胀阀24的膜盒感温系统1发生泄漏时,高压常温液态制冷剂反向通过圆锥形阀芯轴向孔3-1与小孔3-2形成的通道节流降压,使制冷系统仍有一定的循环量,保证压缩机21在制热工况下仍能正常工作。

1.一种热力膨胀阀,由膜盒感温系统(1)、阀体(2)、圆锥形阀孔(2-1)、圆锥形阀芯(3)、圆锥形阀芯轴向孔(3-1)、平衡弹簧(4)等组成,其特征在于圆锥形阀芯(3)的小端径向设有小孔(3-2),小孔(3-2)与圆锥形阀芯轴向孔(3-1)相连通。
