发电轮胎
技术领域
本发明涉及一种车轮轮胎,特别是一种发电轮胎。
背景技术
除轨道车和履带车外,现有绝大多数车的车轮都有充气式轮胎,这种车轮由轮毂、充气胎组成。由于车重力,充气式轮胎接触路面处受挤压变形,向心收缩变形较沿其它方向变形大,随着车轮转动该变形恢复,所以充气式轮胎的变形是弹性变形。充气式轮胎的弹性变形起到缓冲减振使车行驶平稳的作用,且能保护路面,所以这种变形是必须的,但是这种变形消耗能量。充气式轮胎使用中常常要充气,爆胎时有发生,环境温度高时,更易发生爆胎,爆胎可能造成车辆损坏,引发交通事故。
发明内容
本发明设计一种发电轮胎,目的是克服现有充气式轮胎的上述缺陷,并利用轮胎变形发电。
本发明通过下述技术方案实现。
如图1所示。将圆环6和11固结在一起组成轮毂,在轮毂的环槽底套绝缘圈7;在绝缘圈7外圆套用压电材料制作的压电圈8;在压电圈8外圆套绝缘圈9;在绝缘圈9外圆套磁环10,磁环10为永磁环或电磁环,磁环10为一整体环或由若干磁体拼接成或由若干磁体和导磁体拼接成;线圈5套在磁环10外;在线圈5外套磁环4,磁环4的内圆离开线圈5的外圆一间隙,且使磁环4的内圆与磁环10的外圆同磁性相对,磁环4为永磁环或电磁环,磁环4为一整体环或由若干磁体拼接成或由若干磁体和导磁体拼接成;在磁环4的外圆套绝缘圈3;在绝缘圈3外圆套用压电材料制作的压电圈2;胶制外胎1包在压电圈2、绝缘圈3及磁环4的外面,胶制外胎1套接在所述轮毂上。圆环6和11既作轮毂用,又起磁屏蔽作用。
行车中,当路(地)面冲击外胎1,外胎1沿径向受到压缩,使磁环4和永磁环10靠近路(地)面一侧的部分相互靠近,磁斥力急剧增大,力图使外轮胎沿径向外张恢复,产生充气轮胎的功能,同时使线圈5感应发电,且压电圈8和压电圈2受到径向压力而变形产电;随着车轮转动,外胎受压缩的地方离开路面逐渐外张恢复,此过程也使线圈5感应发电。所以所述发电轮胎不但具有充气内胎功能,而且能发电。发出的电用现代成熟的技术容易引出并进行控制、处理变成可直接使用或存入电池的电能。
本发明有益的效果:
1、车正常行驶时的能量消耗,除发动机和传动系统损耗、刹车损耗外,主要是风阻损耗和路面阻力损耗,且路面阻力损耗比风阻损耗大,路面阻力主要造成轮胎压缩变形而损耗能量,所述发电轮胎利用轮胎压缩变形和恢复洁净发电,回收很多能量,车使用所述发电轮胎,最少节能50%。所以本发明可使车轮变革,将带来突出的效益,应用前景广阔。
2、所述发电轮胎不用充气,省掉充气设备,使用方便;
3、所述发电轮胎不怕异物刺扎,无爆胎危险,非常安全。

实施例一:如图1所示。将圆环6和11固结在一起组成轮毂,在轮毂的环槽底套绝缘圈7;在绝缘圈7外圆套用压电材料制作的压电圈8;在压电圈8外圆套绝缘圈9;在绝缘圈9外圆套磁环10,磁环10为永磁环或电磁环,磁环10为一整体环或由若干磁体拼接成或由若干磁体和导磁体拼接成;线圈5套在磁环10外;在线圈5外套磁环4,磁环4的内圆离开线圈5的外圆一间隙,且使磁环4的内圆与磁环10的外圆同磁性相对,磁环4为永磁环或电磁环,磁环4为一整体环或由若干磁体拼接成或由若干磁体和导磁体拼接成;在磁环4的外圆套绝缘圈3;在绝缘圈3外圆套用压电材料制作的压电圈2;胶制外胎1包在压电圈2、绝缘圈3及磁环4的外面,胶制外胎1套接在所述轮毂上。

1.一种发电轮胎,其特征是:将一号圆环(6)和二号圆环(11)固结在一起组成轮毂,在轮毂的环槽底套一号绝缘圈(7);在一号绝缘圈(7)外圆套用压电材料制作的一号压电圈(8);在一号压电圈(8)外圆套二号绝缘圈(9);在二号绝缘圈(9)外圆套一号磁环(10),一号磁环(10)为永磁环或电磁环,一号磁环(10)为一整体环或由若干磁体拼接成或由若干磁体和导磁体拼接成;线圈(5)套在一号磁环(10)外;在线圈(5)外套二号磁环(4),二号磁环(4)的内圆离开线圈(5)的外圆一间隙,且使二号磁环(4)的内圆与一号磁环(10)的外圆同磁性相对,二号磁环(4)为永磁环或电磁环,二号磁环(4)为一整体环或由若干磁体拼接成或由若干磁体和导磁体拼接成;在二号磁环(4)的外圆套三号绝缘圈(3);在三号绝缘圈(3)外圆套用压电材料制作的二号压电圈(2);胶制外胎(1)包在二号压电圈(2)、三号绝缘圈(3)及二号磁环(4)的外面,胶制外胎(1)套接在所述轮毂上。
