Abstract

本发明公开了一种木饰面板结构,要解决的技术问题是提高木饰面板的硬度,使其具有良好的防火性能,且安装更方便、美观、耐用。为解决上述技术问题,本发明采用以下技术方案:一种木饰面板结构,包括木饰面板本体,所述木饰面板本体由木饰面层、下面层及设在木饰面层与下面层之间的缓冲层粘接组成,所述木饰面层与缓冲层之间设有金属层及下面板层。与现有技术相比,采用在木饰面层上增加一层铝薄板或镀锌铁皮或薄钢板,通过胶水粘接,其下层采用三层木板或多层木板复合而成的下面板,提高木饰面板的硬度,抵抗硬物对其表面的损伤,并且能够有效的起到防火的作用,增加木饰面板的耐火度,在木饰面板的四边设有槽榫,使得安装更加方便。

技术领域
本发明涉及一种木饰面板,特别是一种用于墙面和地面的木饰面板。 
背景技术
目前,现有技术装饰用的木饰面装饰材料,普遍使用多层板贴木饰面、高密度板贴木饰面或直接用木板当木饰面这三种做法,这种传统的木饰面或木地板其硬度比较低,当使用在地面上,作为木地板时,高跟鞋或皮鞋等硬质物踩踏或拖拉后容易形成一个坑或将木地板表面划伤损坏;当使用在墙上容易被硬物刮伤,用在墙顶也容易起火燃烧,不能有效地起到防火作用,当发生火灾时,使得无法控制火势蔓延,降低了安全性。 
发明内容
本发明的目的是提供一种木饰面板结构,要解决的技术问题是提高木饰面板的硬度,使其具有良好的防火性能,且安装更方便、美观、耐用。 
为解决上述技术问题,本发明采用以下技术方案:一种木饰面板结构,包括木饰面板本体,所述木饰面板本体由木饰面层、下面层及设在木饰面层与下面层之间的缓冲层粘接组成,所述木饰面层与缓冲层之间设有金属层及下面板层。 
本发明的金属层为铝薄板、镀锌铁皮或薄钢板,厚度为0.1-0.3mm。 
本发明的下面板层由第一木板层及第二木板层组成,所述第一木板层设在金属层的下端,第二木板层设在第一木板层的下端。 
本发明的下面层由木板上层、木板中层及木板下层粘接组成。 
本发明的木板上层的厚度为0.5-1mm,木板中层的厚度为1-2mm,木板下层的厚度为0.5-1mm。 
本发明的木饰面层的厚度为0.5-1.2mm。 
本发明的缓冲层为高密度板或多层木板,厚度为3-6mm。 
本发明的木饰面板的四边设有槽榫,所述槽榫由设在两侧边的凹槽及设在凹槽相对另外两侧边的榫头组成,所述凹槽及榫头的下端分别设有槽口,所述槽口内设有金属片,所述木饰面板通过金属片连接在地面或墙面上。 
本发明的金属片的一侧设有第一折边。 
本发明的第一折边上设有与金属片在同一水平面的第二折边。 
本发明与现有技术相比,采用在木饰面层上增加一层铝薄板或镀锌铁皮或薄钢板,通过胶水粘接,其下层采用三层木板或多层木板复合而成的下面板,提高木饰面板的硬度,抵抗硬物对其表面的损伤,并且能够有效的起到防火的作用,增加木饰面板的耐火度,在木饰面板的四边设有槽榫,通过金属片直接安装在地面、墙面或天花板的表面,使得安装更加方便,不影响木饰面板的美观,同时也提高了木饰面板的耐用度。

具体实施方式
下面结合附图和实施例对本发明作进一步的描述。 
如图1所示,本发明实施例1的木饰面板结构包括木饰面板本体1,所述木饰面板本体1由木饰面层2、下面层3及设在木饰面层2与下面层3之间的缓冲层4粘接组成,所述木饰面层2与缓冲层4之间设有金属层22及下面板层23,所述木饰面层2、金属层22、下面板层23、缓冲层4及下面层3之间通过胶水粘接组成,所述金属层22为铝薄板,所述缓冲层4为密度板或多层木板。 
本实施例1的木饰面层2的厚度为0.3-1.5mm,金属层22的厚度为0.1-0.3mm,下面板层23的厚度为1.5-3mm,缓冲层4的厚度为3-6mm,下面层3的厚度为2-4mm,总厚度为7-15mm。 
优选为:木饰面层2的厚度为0.6mm,金属层22的厚度为0.2mm,下面板层23的厚度为3mm,缓冲层4的厚度为4mm,下面层3的厚度为4mm。 
如图2所示,本发明实施例2的木饰面板结构包括木饰面板本体1,所述木饰面板本体1由木饰面层2、下面层3及设在木饰面层2与下面层3之间的缓冲层4粘接组成,所述木饰面层2与缓冲层4之间设有金属层22及下面板层23,所述木饰面层2、金属层22、缓冲层4及下面层3之间通过胶水粘接组成,所述下面板层23由第一木板层231及第二木板层232组成,所述第一木板层231设在金属层22的下端,第二木板层232设在第一木板层231的下端,所述下面层3由木板上层31、木板中层32及木板下层33粘接组成,所述金属层22为铝薄板,所述缓冲层4为密度板或多层木板。 
本实施例2的木饰面层2的厚度为0.3-1.2mm,金属层22的厚度为0.1-0.3mm,第一木板层231的厚度为1.5-3mm,第二木板层232的厚度为0.4-1.5mm,木板上层31的厚度为0.4-1.5mm,木板中层32的厚度为1.5-3mm,木板下层33的厚度为0.4-1.5mm,缓冲层4的厚度为3-6mm,总厚度为 8-15mm。 
优选为:木饰面层2的厚度为0.6mm,金属层22的厚度为0.2mm,第一木板层231的厚度为2.5mm,第二木板层232的厚度为0.8mm,木板上层31的厚度为0.8mm,木板中层32的厚度为2.5mm,木板下层33的厚度为0.8mm,缓冲层4的厚度为4mm。 
本发明的金属层22为铝薄板,镀锌铁皮和薄钢板,其厚度为0.1-0.3mm。 
优选为:金属层采用铝薄板,其厚度为0.2mm。 
另一优选为:金属层采用镀锌铁皮,其厚度为0.1-0.2mm。 
在一优选为:金属层采用薄钢板,其厚度为0.1-0.2mm。 
本实用新型的木饰面层2的上部可以直接喷绘或印刷各种图像,达到美观及模仿木纹纹理的效果。 
如图3所示,所述木饰面板1的四边设有槽榫5,所述槽榫5由设在两侧边的凹槽51及设在凹槽51相对另外两侧边的榫头52组成,所述凹槽51及榫头52的下端分别设有槽口53,槽口53内设有金属片54,所述木饰面板1通过金属片54连接在地面或墙面上。 
本发明的凹槽51的宽度为2.5-3mm,深度为5-6mm,与木饰面层2的距离为2-3mm,与下面层3的距离为2.5-3mm,榫头52的宽度为2.5-3mm,长度为4-6mm,与木饰面层2的距离为2.5-3mm,与下面层3的距离为2-3mm,槽口53的宽度为1.2-1.5mm,深度为5-6mm,槽口53的长侧边长度为8-15mm,短边的长度为4-8mm。 
优选为:本发明的凹槽51的宽度为2.5mm,深度为5.5mm,与木饰面层2的距离为2.8mm,与下面层3的距离为2.5,榫头52的宽度为2.5mm,长度为5mm,与木饰面层2的距离为2.8mm,与下面层3的距离为2.5mm, 槽口53的宽度为1.3mm,深度为5.5mm,槽口53的长侧边长度为10.5mm,短边的长度为4mm。 
如图3所示,所述金属片54的一侧设有第一折边55。 
本发明的金属片54的长度为105mm,第一折边55的长度为8mm。 
如图4所示,所述金属片54的一侧设有第一折边55,所述第一折边55上设有与金属片54在同一水平面的第二折边56。 
本发明的金属片54的长度为105mm,第一折边55的长度为8mm,第二折边56的长度为4mm。 
安装时,若使用只具有第一折边的金属片时,先将金属片54固定在墙面或地面后,将凹槽51所在的一侧上的槽口53卡在金属片54内,再将另一块木饰面板的榫头52所在的一侧上的槽口53及榫头52连接在凹槽51内,其他木饰面板之间的连接方式也采用上述方法,即完成安装。 
若使用具有第一折边55和第二折边56的金属片时,先将金属片54固定在墙面或地面后,将凹槽51所在的一侧上的槽口53卡在金属片54内,再将另一块木饰面板的榫头52所在的一侧上的槽口53卡在第二折边56上及榫头52连接在凹槽51内,其他木饰面板之间的连接方式也采用上述方法,即完成安装。 
本发明的木饰面板采用木质板材与铝合金薄板粘接后构成的木饰面板,更好的突破了木饰面板的防火性能和抗磨抗压能力,并在其四侧边设有槽榫,使得安装时改变了原有的安装方式,直接在地面或墙面上安装金属片后,将木饰面板直接通过槽口连接固定在金属片上,克服了传统木饰面板繁琐的安装工序,使得安装更方便,美观且耐用。 

Claims (1)

1.一种木饰面板结构,包括木饰面板本体(1),所述木饰面板本体(1)由木饰面层(2)、下面层(3)及设在木饰面层(2)与下面层(3)之间的缓冲层(4)粘接组成,其特征在于:所述木饰面层(2)与缓冲层(4)之间设有金属层(22)及下面板层(23);
所述金属层(22)为铝薄板、镀锌铁皮或薄钢板,厚度为0.1-0.3mm;
所述下面板层(23)由第一木板层(231)及第二木板层(232)组成,所述第一木板层(231)设在金属层(22)的下端,第二木板层(232)设在第一木板层(231)的下端;
所述下面层(3)由木板上层(31)、木板中层(32)及木板下层(33)粘接组成;
所述木板上层(31)的厚度为0.5-1mm,木板中层(32)的厚度为1-2mm,木板下层(33)的厚度为0.5-1mm;
所述木饰面层(2)的厚度为0.5-1.2mm;
所述缓冲层(4)为高密度板或多层木板,厚度为3-6mm;
所述木饰面板(1)的四边设有槽榫(5),所述槽榫(5)由设在两侧边的凹槽(51)及设在凹槽(51)相对另外两侧边的榫头(52)组成,所述凹槽(51)及榫头(52)的下端分别设有槽口(53),所述槽口(53)内设有金属片(54),所述木饰面板(1)通过金属片(54)连接在地面或墙面上;
所述金属片(54)的一侧设有第一折边(55);
所述第一折边(55)上设有与金属片(54)在同一水平面的第二折边(56)。
