本发明提供一种用于钢筋混凝土的有机钢筋阻锈剂。有机钢筋阻锈剂由如下各组分按质量百分比配制:有机醇胺5.0~25.0%,芳香族盐类5.0~15.0%,萘磺酸甲醛缩合物5.0~15.0%,脂肪族多胺0.0~15.0%,磷酰有机物0.0~15.0%,水45.0~55.0%。本发明与传统的钢筋阻锈剂相比具有缓蚀阻锈性能优异、环保性好等优点,可广泛应用于海港工程、沿海建筑、盐碱地地区建筑以及其他有防止混凝土钢筋锈蚀要求的建构筑物的新拌钢筋混凝土施工中。

技术领域
本发明涉及一种用于钢筋混凝土的有机钢筋阻锈剂,属于建筑材料技术领域。
背景技术
钢筋混凝土是目前用量最大的一种建筑材料,但因钢筋锈蚀造成建构筑物损坏,给国内外造成工程建设重大经济损失。控制混凝土钢筋锈蚀的方法包括采用耐蚀钢筋、阴极保护、涂(镀)层钢筋、混凝土表层涂覆和钢筋阻锈剂等,其中在混凝土中掺加钢筋阻锈剂效果显著、施工简便和经济有效,是防止钢筋锈蚀的最常用技术措施。据报道,1993年之前,全世界仅有2000万方的混凝土使用了钢筋阻锈剂,而到了1998年,至少有5亿方的混凝土使用了钢筋阻锈剂。钢筋阻锈剂作为提高混凝土结构耐久性的重要方法之一,得到了越来越多的应用和研究。
传统的钢筋阻锈剂主要以亚硝酸盐作为主要阻锈组分。20世纪60年代,亚硝酸钠就被用作钢筋阻锈剂在工程上应用,并取得一定的防锈效果。美国Grace公司自70年代中期对亚硝酸钙进行了大量的研究表明,亚硝酸钙具有较好的阻锈能力,而对混凝土没有明显的负面影响和引发碱集料反应,所以亚硝酸钙作为掺入型阻锈剂的主流产品在工程上得到了大量应用。但是,亚硝酸盐类阻锈剂属于氧化型缓蚀剂,只有在用量足够时才有缓蚀效果,否则会引起严重的局部腐蚀,而且亚硝酸盐属于致癌物质,污染环境和影响人体健康。后来又陆续开发出了单氟磷酸钠等新型无机阻锈剂,在专利WO0155052A1中有单氟磷酸钠浓溶液作为混凝土表面渗透型阻锈剂的应用。
20世纪80年代,有机阻锈剂得到很大发展。有机钢筋阻锈剂还可以利用混凝土的多孔结构,通过在混凝土孔隙间的扩散到达钢筋表面,形成有效的保护膜。所以有机钢筋阻锈剂不仅可以掺入到混凝土中,也可以直接涂覆在混凝土表面,通过渗透作用达到钢筋的表面,最终在钢筋表面成膜实现对钢筋的保护。在专利CN101007717A、WO2007053483A1、CA2630908A1、CN101269932都提到了用胺基醇等有机物作为混凝土钢筋阻锈剂。单纯的胺基醇类阻锈剂虽然能够在一定程度上阻止有害离子进入钢筋表面,但对钢筋本身保护还是不够的。Morris等考察了烷胺基乙醇阻锈剂对混凝土钢筋的作用,结果表明只有在混凝土中氯离子浓度小于0.2%(质量分数)时,此类阻锈剂对混凝土的钢筋才有很好的腐蚀抑制作用。因此,单纯的用胺基醇作为混凝土钢筋阻锈剂并不足取,应当与其他阻锈组分复配,彼此间具有一定的协同效应,进而取得较佳的阻锈效果。专利CN101007717A提到与有机酸进行复配,这样会致使混凝土碱度下降,可能会产生析氢腐蚀;专利CN101269932提及的硅烷类与胺基醇复配,硅烷类物质不具有缓蚀性能,因而也不具有阻锈剂的复合协同效应。
缓蚀剂的协同效应是缓蚀作用过程中一个广泛存在的现象,为增强钢筋阻锈剂的作用效果,同时满足混凝土的结构性能,人们研究开发了复合型钢筋阻锈剂,并已投入到工程应用,例如瑞士Sika的901产品,但该产品价格昂贵。另外专利CA2306261A1提到了将亚硝酸钙与胺基醇进行复配。但是该种阻锈剂不环保,以及用量不足可能会加剧钢筋锈蚀的问题。专利CN1872770A中提到了钼酸钠、二乙烯三胺、乙烯基硫脲以及1,4-丁炔二醇,其中钼酸钠与亚硝酸钙一样存在用量不足会加速混凝土钢筋锈蚀的问题,并且钼酸钠价格昂贵,推广使用受到极大的限制。
发明内容
介于以上所述文献专利以及实际应用中存在的问题,本发明提供了一种环保、掺量低、阻锈效果优异、对钢筋混凝土耐久性无不良影响的、用于钢筋混凝土的有机钢筋阻锈剂。
本发明所确定用于钢筋混凝土的有机钢筋阻锈剂是由有机醇胺、芳香族盐类、脂肪族多胺、磷酰有机物、萘磺酸甲醛缩合物和水组分配制得到。
本发明所述的有机醇胺,主要特征在于包含以下醇胺一种或者多种:乙醇胺、二乙醇胺、三乙醇胺、N-甲基乙醇胺、N,N-二甲基乙醇胺、N-乙基乙醇胺、N,N-二乙基乙醇胺。
本发明所述的芳香族盐类主要特征在于,该组分的结构通式如下:
其中基团R1为-(CH2)i-或者-NH(CH2)j-,i、j取值为0~2整数;M为自由碱离子、铵离子中的一种。
本发明所述的脂肪族多胺,主要特征在于其结构通式为:H2N-(CH2)m-R4-(CH2)n-NH2,其中基团R4为亚甲基或者亚胺基,m、n为1~3整数。
本发明所述的磷酰有机物,主要特征为其结构通式如下:

本发明的有机钢筋阻锈剂的制备可以按以下步骤进行:在室温、常压下,先称取有机醇胺加入塑料、玻璃或不锈钢的容器中,然后在搅拌状态下先后加入定量的脂肪族多胺、磷酰有机物配制成溶液;在另外的塑料、玻璃或不锈钢的容器中加入规定量的水,搅拌状态下依次加入定量的芳香族盐类、萘磺酸甲醛缩合物,充分搅拌至均匀溶解后,再加入到第一步配制的溶液中,搅拌均匀后即得该产品。
本发明与传统的钢筋阻锈剂相比具有缓蚀阻锈性能优异、环保性好等优点,可广泛应用于海港工程、沿海建筑、盐碱地地区建筑以及其他有防止混凝土钢筋锈蚀要求的建构筑物的新拌钢筋混凝土施工中。

为更加详细说明本发明的各种有效组分组成、配制方法,列举如下实施例。但本发明的范围不仅限于下面的实施例。
实施例1:
称取二乙醇胺100g、N,N-二甲基乙醇胺150g加入玻璃容器中,然后在搅拌状态下加入六甲基磷酰三胺150克;同时称量450g水加入到玻璃容器中,称量苯甲酸钠50g,萘磺酸甲醛缩合物100g,搅拌状态下依次加入到称好水的容器中,充分搅拌至固体均匀溶解后,再加入到第一步配制的溶液中,搅拌均匀后即得该阻锈剂产品。
实施例2:
称取N,N-二甲基乙醇胺150g加入塑料容器中,然后在搅拌状态下先后加N,N-四亚甲基磷酰胺50g、三乙烯四胺100g;同时称量550g水加入到玻璃容器中,称量苯甲酸钾100g、萘磺酸甲醛缩合物50g,搅拌状态下依次加入到称好水的容器中,充分搅拌至固体均匀溶解后,再加入到第一步配制的溶液中,搅拌均匀后即得该阻锈剂产品。
实施例3:
称取N,N-二乙基乙醇胺50g加入不锈钢容器中,然后在搅拌状态下加入二乙烯三胺150g;同时称量500g水加入到不锈钢容器中,称量苯甲酸铵150g,萘磺酸甲醛缩合物150g,搅拌状态下依次加入到称好水的容器中,充分搅拌至固体均匀溶解后,再加入到第一步配制的溶液中,搅拌均匀后即得该阻锈剂产品。
本发明对于钢筋混凝土中钢筋具有良好的阻锈效果,并对混凝土的性能无不良影响,性能指标符合《钢筋阻锈剂使用技术规程》YB/T 9231规定,各个指标见表2:

2.根据权利要求1所述的有机钢筋阻锈剂,其特征在于,所述的有机醇胺包含以下醇胺一种或者多种:乙醇胺、二乙醇胺、三乙醇胺、N-甲基乙醇胺、N,N-二甲基乙醇胺、N-乙基乙醇胺、N,N-二乙基乙醇胺。
4.根据权利要求1所述的有机钢筋阻锈剂,其特征在于,所述的脂肪族多胺的结构通式为:H2N-(CH2)m-R4-(CH2)n-NH2,其中基团R4为亚甲基或者亚胺基,m、n为1~3整数。
