Abstract

本发明公开的一种风光分离钳压式传动的风光互补太阳能光伏发电机,其风力发电支架在发电机的中间位置,硅太阳电池支架在风力发电支架的外围,座落在同一个水泥底座上,两者机体不相牵连,只有电气控制部份共用。其对日跟踪本发明设计了一种钳压式的传动机构,它既能达到对日跟踪的目的,且能有滑动的功能,传动齿轮在启动和停止瞬间的角加速度不会使齿轮破损。所谓钳压式的传动机构是指环形运动导轨用有重型弹簧的压轮在上下形成一既压又转动的运动。此结构适用在特大型的风力发电机或风光互补太阳能光伏发电机上。

技术领域
本发明涉及太阳能发电机领域。
背景技术
目前,光伏发电行业中,太阳能晶片的利用率一般只有16%-18%,高利用率的太阳能发电机一直存在高成本等问题。根据太阳每天及全年的运动规律,太阳能发电机的对日跟踪机构由于结构的限制,存在对日跟踪时间不足的问题。
发明内容
针对现有技术中存在的不足之处,本发明提供一种对日跟踪稳定,对日跟踪时间充分的太阳能光伏发电机。
为实现上述目的,本发明技术方案为:
风光分离钳压式传动的风光互补太阳能光伏发电机,其包括一固定于水泥底座上的风力发电支架,还包括一设于风力发电支架外部的硅太阳电池支架,所述的硅太阳电池支架包括一绕所述风力发电支架作圆周转动经度旋转轴,其设有供两个以上带有重型弹簧的压轮滑行于其上的环形运动导轨,该环形运动导轨固定环设于风力发电支架外部,所述的压轮与纬度转动轴固定连接;还包括一平行于所述风力发电支架垂直面摆动的纬度转动轴,其两侧固定端分别固定连接有两平衡重锤,转动部转动连接经度旋转轴。
上述技术方案的有益之处在于:
本发明风光分离钳压式传动的风光互补太阳能光伏发电机中所谓的钳压式的传动机构是指环形运动导轨用带有重型弹簧的压轮在其上下形成一既压又转动的运动方式。此结构适用在特大型的风力发电机或风光互补太阳能光伏发电机上。风光互补的发电机其支架都是座落在同一个水泥座上,即,风力发电支架在中间,硅太阳电池支架在边沿,两者机体不相牵连达到分离式风光互补发电的目的。纬度的运转靠钳压式的传动机构、经度的运转靠蜗轮减速箱的摆动,实现特大型风光互补发电的目的。

具体实施方式
现结合附图和实施例说明本发明。
如图1、2、3所示的风光分离钳压式传动的风光互补太阳能光伏发电机,其包括一固定于水泥底座5上的风力发电支架1,还包括一设于风力发电支架1外部的硅太阳电池支架,所述的硅太阳电池支架包括一绕该风力发电支架1作圆周转动的经度旋转轴。如图4、5所示,该经度旋转轴设有供两个带重型弹簧33的压轮31滑行于其上的环形运动导轨32,形成一既压又转动的钳压式的传动机构。该环形运动导轨32固定环设于风力发电支架1外部。所述的硅太阳电池支架还包括一平行于风力发电支架1的垂直面作摆动的纬度转动轴21,其两侧固定端分别固定连接有两平衡重锤41。风力发电支架1上设有一旋转套22,旋转套22向外延伸有一旋转框架23,所述的纬度转动轴21转动部枢接于旋转框架23上。转动部转动连接经度旋转轴。所述的压轮31固定连接旋转框架23,所述的平衡重锤41设置于一与旋转框架23枢接的框架42上。

Claims (4)

1.风光分离钳压式传动的风光互补太阳能光伏发电机,特征在于:其包括一固定于水泥底座上的风力发电支架,还包括一设于风力发电支架外部的硅太阳电池支架,所述的硅太阳电池支架包括:
一绕所述风力发电支架作圆周转动经度旋转轴,其设有供两个以上带有重型弹簧的压轮滑行于其上的环形运动导轨,该环形运动导轨固定环设于风力发电支架外部,所述的压轮与纬度转动轴固定连接;
一平行于所述风力发电支架垂直面摆动的纬度转动轴,其两侧固定端分别固定连接有两平衡重锤,转动部转动连接经度旋转轴。
2.如权利要求1所述的风光分离钳压式传动的风光互补太阳能光伏发电机,特征在于:所述的硅太阳电池支架还包括套设于风力发电支架上的一旋转套,旋转套向外延伸有一旋转框架,所述的纬度转动轴转动部枢接于旋转框架上。
3.如权利要求2所述的风光分离钳压式传动的风光互补太阳能光伏发电机,特征在于:所述的压轮固定连接旋转框架。
4.如权利要求2或3所述的风光分离钳压式传动的风光互补太阳能光伏发电机,特征在于:所述的平衡重锤设置于一与旋转框架枢接的框架上。
