Abstract
本发明提供一种天线夹,包括基底、从基底两侧缘弯折延伸形成的侧壁和从两侧壁的自由端分别相对弯折形成的卡持部。所述卡持部、侧壁与基底围设形成容纳天线的空腔,侧壁及卡持部为具有弹性的多段结构。本发明还提供一种天线屏蔽装置,其包括套在天线上的接触环以及夹持接触环的天线夹,所述卡持部的每一段结构均与接触环对应的接触部位过盈配合,确保天线夹与天线之间有良好的电接触。
Description
技术领域
本发明涉及一种天线屏蔽装置及其天线夹。
背景技术
通信设备中,经常用到天线,而为了防止天线对其他部件造成电磁干扰(EMI)或无线电频率干扰(RFI),常常需要对天线进行接地处理,如图1所示为现有技术中常用的一种天线屏蔽装置与天线配合使用的示意图,图中,接触环11是由一块金属片制成的环状结构,由多段环状体彼此连接而成,天线夹12为一段式的卡持翼设计,用于固定天线,同时天线夹12组设在电路板上,并与电路板的接地相连接,天线10依靠天线夹12接地从而释放EMI或RFI。
上述屏蔽装置存在以下缺陷:天线10与天线夹12之间主要靠接触环11与天线夹12之间提供挤压力来保持接触,由于天线夹12为一段式的卡持翼设计,可能导致天线夹12与接触环11之间接触不可靠,天线10容易晃动,不利于无线电频率(RF)导通。
发明内容
鉴于此,有必要提供一种天线夹,其具有足够的弹性力。
还有必要提供一种天线屏蔽装置,以保证天线夹与天线之间有良好的电接触,利于RF导通。
一种天线夹,所述天线夹包括基底、从基底两侧缘弯折延伸形成的侧壁和从两侧壁的自由端分别相对弯折形成的卡持部,所述卡持部、侧壁与基底围设形成容纳天线的空腔;所述侧壁及卡持部为具有弹性的多段结构。
一种天线屏蔽装置,包括套在天线上的接触环以及夹持接触环的天线夹,所述天线夹包括基底、从基底两侧缘弯折延伸形成的侧壁和从两侧壁的自由端分别相对弯折形成的卡持部,所述卡持部、侧壁与基底围设形成容纳天线的空腔;所述侧壁及卡持部为具有弹性的多段结构。
上述天线夹的多段卡持部与接触环形成过盈配合,增大了接触环与天线夹之间的接触面积,从而确保天线不会晃动,天线夹与天线之间有良好的电接触,利于RF导通。

具体实施方式
下面结合实施例和附图,对本发明进行详细说明。
请同时参阅图2、3,天线屏蔽装置200包括套在天线20上的接触环21以及夹持在接触环21上的天线夹30。其中,接触环21是由一块金属片制成的环状结构,由多段环状体211、212彼此连接而成。天线夹30包括基底31、从基底31两侧缘弯折延伸形成的侧壁32和从两侧的侧壁32的自由端分别相对弯折形成的卡持部33,两侧的卡持部33、侧壁32与基底31围设形成一个可容纳天线20的空腔34,侧壁32及卡持部33分别设计成具有弹性的多段结构,在本实施方式中,接触环21两端环状体211的外径与中部环状体212的外径不一致,天线夹30的卡持部33呈弧形,包括与接触环21结构相对应的端部第一卡持部331和中部第二卡持部332,请一并参阅图4,两侧的第一卡持部331之间的间距n与第二卡持部332之间的间距m不一致。天线夹30还包括从两卡持部33的自由端相背延伸形成的卡持翼35。
装配时,先将接触环21套在天线20上,并与天线20保持良好接触,之后再将天线夹30夹持在接触环21上,其中,卡持部33的两端分别夹持在接触环21两端的环状体上,卡持部33的中部夹持在接触环21中部的环状体上,卡持部33的每一段结构均与接触环21对应的部位过盈配合,从而将天线20、接触环21以及天线夹30稳固结合为一体,天线夹30的基底31的外表面组设在电路板上,并与电路板的接地相连接,天线20依靠天线夹30接地从而释放EMI或RFI。
请参阅图5、6,在另一实施方式中,天线夹30的第二卡持部332对应的侧壁32内侧两端还分别设有凸起36与接触环21接触,当天线夹30夹持在接触环21上时,凸起36与接触环21中部环状体212紧密接触,从而进一步固定了天线夹30里的天线20。
上述天线夹30的卡持部33由于设计成具有弹性的多段结构,因此能紧密挤压接触环21的对应部位。此外,两侧的卡持部33形成两端之间间距与中部之间间距不一致的结构,与接触环21两端外径和中部外径不一致的结构相配合,因此卡持部33与接触环21对应的接触部位之间形成更紧密的挤压,并增大了接触环21与天线夹30之间的接触面积,从而确保天线20不会晃动,天线夹30与天线20之间具有良好的电接触,利于RF导通。
对于实施例中所阐述的仅是本发明的优选实施方式,应当指出,对于本领域的普通技术人员来说,在不脱离本发明构思的前提下,还可以做出若干的变形和改进,这些也应该视为属于本发明的保护范围之内。
Claims (9)
1.一种天线夹,包括基底、从基底两侧缘弯折延伸形成的侧壁和从两侧壁的自由端分别相对弯折形成的卡持部,所述卡持部、侧壁与基底围设形成容纳天线的空腔;其特征在于:所述侧壁及卡持部为具有弹性的多段结构。
2.如权利要求1所述的天线夹,其特征在于:所述卡持部呈弧形。
3.如权利要求1所述的天线夹,其特征在于:所述天线夹还包括从两卡持部的自由端相背延伸形成的卡持翼。
4.一种天线屏蔽装置,包括套在天线上的接触环以及夹持接触环的天线夹,所述天线夹包括基底、从基底两侧缘弯折延伸形成的侧壁和从两侧壁的自由端分别相对弯折形成的卡持部,所述卡持部、侧壁与基底围设形成容纳天线的空腔;其特征在于:所述侧壁及卡持部为具有弹性的多段结构。
5.如权利要求4所述的天线屏蔽装置,其特征在于:所述天线夹还包括从两卡持部的自由端相背延伸形成的卡持翼。
6.如权利要求4所述的天线屏蔽装置,其特征在于:所述接触环由多段环状体彼此连接而成,且两端部环状体的外径与中部环状体的外径不一致。
7.如权利要求6所述的天线屏蔽装置,其特征在于:所述卡持部呈弧形,包括与所述接触环结构相对应的端部第一卡持部和中部第二卡持部,两侧的第一卡持部之间的间距与第二卡持部之间的间距不一致。
8.如权利要求4、6或7所述的天线屏蔽装置,其特征在于:所述卡持部的每一段结构均与接触环对应的接触部位过盈配合。
9.如权利要求4所述的天线屏蔽装置,其特征在于:所述侧壁的内侧设有凸起,所述凸起与所述接触环紧密接触。
