Abstract
一种双面发光照明装置,包括依次装配的壳体、电路板和光学膜片,电路板面向光学膜片的表面设置有发光件,发光件与电路板电连接,光学膜片具有反射及透射特性,壳体采用半透明或透明的材料制成,电路板开设有通孔,光学膜片反射的光线穿过所述通孔照射到壳体上。本发明的双面发光照明装置工作时,光学膜片反射的光线穿过通孔照射到半透明或透明的壳体上,从而实现双面发光的照明效果。
Description
技术领域
本发明涉及一种照明装置,尤其涉及一种可双面发光的照明装置。
背景技术
目前常见的LED照明装置多是一个LED光源模块,由于单个LED光源模块发光角度狭窄,照明角度有限。当要求大角度双面照明时就需要设置多个LED光源模块,或集成多个LED光源模块,才能达到双面发光的照明效果。
发明内容
有鉴于此,有必要提供一种只用一个方向上的光源模组即可达到双面发光的照明装置
一种双面发光照明装置,包括依次装配的壳体、电路板和光学膜片,电路板面向光学膜片的表面设置有发光件,发光件与电路板电连接,光学膜片具有反射及透射特性,壳体采用半透明或透明的材料制成,电路板开设有通孔,光学膜片反射的光线穿过所述通孔照射到壳体上。本发明的双面发光照明装置工作时,只用一个方向上的发光件模组即可达到双面发光的照明效果。

具体实施方式
并参阅图1、图2,双面发光照明装置100包括依次装配的壳体10、电路板20和光学膜片30。
壳体10采用半透明或透明的材料制成。
电路板20面向光学膜片的表面设置有发光件21,发光件21与电路板20电连接,电路板20开设有通孔22。在本实施方式中,该发光件21为发光二极管(light-emitting diode,LED),所述发光件21与通孔22间隔设置。
光学膜片30具有反射及透射特性,光学膜片30为增光膜或者反射片,光学膜片30反射的光线穿过所述通孔22照射到壳体10上。
在本实施方式中,双面发光照明装置100还包括扩散片40,扩散片40的特性是使光线透过时产生漫射,使光线的分布均匀化,该扩散片40装配在光学膜片30远离电路板20的一侧。
请参阅图3,双面发光照明装置100工作时,例如,发光件21的出射光线S1照射在光学膜片30上,一部分被光学膜片30透射,经由扩散片40形成透射光线S2,作为正面光源;一部分被光学膜片30反射形成反射光线S3,该反射光线S3穿过电路板20上的通孔22照射在透明或半透明的壳体10上,形成背面背面。
本发明的双面发光照明装置100可达到双面发光的照明效果,从而扩大了出光角度。还可适当在两出光方向前方再增加具有扩散出光角度的元部件,从而达到全角度出光。
应该指出,上述实施方式仅为本发明的较佳实施方式,本领域技术人员还可在本发明精神内做其它变化。这些依据本发明精神所做的变化,都应包含在本发明所要求保护的范围之内。
Claims (5)
1.一种双面发光照明装置,包括依次装配的壳体、电路板和光学膜片,电路板面向光学膜片的表面设置有发光件,发光件与电路板电连接,光学膜片具有反射及透射特性,其特征在于:壳体采用半透明或透明的材料制成,电路板开设有通孔,所述发光件与通孔间隔设置,光学膜片反射的光线穿过所述通孔照射到壳体上。
2.如权利要求1所述的双面发光照明装置,其特征在于:所述发光件为发光二极管。
3.如权利要求1所述的双面发光照明装置,其特征在于:所述光学膜片为增光膜。
4.如权利要求1所述的双面发光照明装置,其特征在于:所述光学膜片为反射片。
5.如权利要求1至4任意一项所述的双面发光照明装置,其特征在于:所述双面发光照明装置还包括扩散片,该扩散片装配在光学膜片远离电路板的一侧,扩散片的特性是使光线透过时产生漫射,使光线的分布均匀化。
