Abstract
一种锆质乳水基铸钢用抗粘砂涂料,主要采用由镁质粘土、钙膨润土组成的抗流淌、降粘、助烧结剂;由复配乳化液、锂膨润土、硅酸溶胶、羧甲基纤维素钠组成的粘结、悬浮剂;由锆英粉、石英粉组成的耐火粉料及由亚甲基双萘磺酸钠、二氧化钛组成的辅助材料构成。涂料的粘度合适,砂型涂料层厚度较均匀,涂层重达50mg/cm2,抗粘砂性好,浇注后易剥离,成本与全锆英粉比较至少降低1/2,悬浮性能好,六个月内涂料性能不变,特别适用于壁厚较大(100~200mm)的铸钢件。
Description
本发明属于铸钢用抗粘砂涂料。
在现有技术领域中,对壁厚较大的铸钢件,为了防止粘砂,减轻清理铸件的劳动量,降低铸件的表面粗糙度,往往需用价格昂贵的全锆英粉涂料,如用一般的石英粉或铝钒土涂料,由于它们耐火度不高,又不易烧结,所以抗粘砂性差;同时更难达到在涂刷阻力小而又不易流淌的情况下,一次刷成厚度合适而均匀的涂层。
本发明的目的是研制成一种易涂刷、抗流淌、一次刷成厚度合适且均匀的锆质乳水基铸钢用抗粘砂涂料,特别适用于壁厚较大的碳钢和低合金钢铸件。
本发明的涂料主要采用(重量%)抗流淌、降粘、助烧结剂3~6%,粘结、悬浮剂5~8%,耐火粉料86~90%,其他辅助材料0.3~0.6%及外加水量为上述总量45~55%的水构成。
抗流淌、降粘、助烧结剂其成份为(重量%):含MgO12.5~17.1%的镁质粘土1.0~5.0%,钙膨润土0.5~2.0%所组成。
粘结、悬浮剂其成份为(重量%):锂膨润土0.5~2.0%,硅酸溶胶1~2.5%,羧甲基纤维素钠0.1~0.4%,复配乳化液0.7~1.5%所组成。复配乳化液其成份为(重量%):聚氧乙烯辛基醚-10 0.07~0.18%,顺式十八烯-9-酸0.02~0.05%,硅酸溶胶0.15~0.4%,干性油(如桐油)0.4~1.0%和适量水(平衡值)所组成。
耐火粉料其成份为(重量%):锆英粉21~35%,石英粉51~65%所组成。在此组成范围,根据矿物相图,耐火度可较高。
其他辅助材料其成份为(重量%):亚甲基双萘磺酸钠0.05~0.15%,二氧化钛0.2~0.5%所组成。
本发明的涂料,由于加有既能抗流淌,还能降低粘度的镁质粘土,它使涂料料浆具有优异的胶体和流变特性。它提高了刷笔的饱蘸性和涂刷过程中的抗流淌性,同时粘滞阻力较小,一次刷成厚度合适的平面、侧面厚度较匀的涂层,涂料层重可达50mg/cm2。同时由于镁质粘土兼有助烧结的作用,可使浇注后的涂皮层易从铸钢件表面剥离,获得表面粗糙度较低的铸造表面。
本发明的粘结、悬浮剂中含有高、中、常温粘结剂,使涂层从常温到钢液高温的范围内接续都有良好的粘结力,在干燥和灼热过程中不发生龟裂。采用的复配乳化液非常稳定,油珠分散度高,砂型烘干后涂层不易吸湿返潮;浇注钢液时不会使涂层发生爆裂剥落和铸件产生气孔。
本发明的涂料,由于含有作乳化剂的表面活性剂,所以对粘土型(芯)砂、树脂砂、油砂和水玻璃砂都适用,适用性强,而且具有良好的贮存稳定性,六个月内涂料性能不变,本涂料与全锆英粉比较,成本则至少降低1/2,单价约1700元/吨,特别适用于壁厚较大(100~200mm)的碳钢或低合金钢铸件。
下面是本发明的实施例(重量%):
1.在0.4~1.0%干性油中进行搅拌的同时,先后加入顺式十八烯-9-酸0.02~0.05%和聚氧乙烯辛基醚-10 0.07~0.18%,然后再加入硅酸溶胶0.15~0.4%,最后加入适量水,搅拌10~15分钟,即可制得复配乳化液。
2.在外加水量中,先加入粘结、悬浮剂5~8%,其中:复配乳化液0.7~1.5%,羧甲基纤维素钠0.1~0.4%,则以浓度
为2%的羧甲基纤维素钠溶液的方式加入,在搅拌器内搅拌10~15分钟。再加入作为抗流淌、降粘、助烧结剂的镁质粘土1~5%和钙膨润土0.5~2.0%,继续搅拌10~15分钟,随后,陆续不断地依次加入耐火粉料86~90%:石英粉51~65%和锆英粉21~35%,以及其它辅助材料:亚甲基双萘磺酸钠0.05~0.15%,二氧化钛0.2~0.5%,再搅拌10~15分钟。
3.将上述已搅拌均匀的混合料经胶体磨研磨3~5分钟后即制得本发明的涂料。

- 一种锆质乳水基铸钢用抗粘砂涂料,含有抗流淌、降粘、助烧结剂,粘结、悬浮剂,耐火粉料及其他辅助材料,本发明的特征是(重量%):a·抗流淌、降粘、助烧结剂 3~6其成份为:镁质粘土 1.0~5.0钙膨润土 0.5~2.0b·粘结、悬浮剂 5~8其成份为:复配乳化液 0.7~1.5其中:a)聚氧乙烯辛基醚-10 0.07~0.18b)顺式十八烯-9-酸 0.02~0.05c)硅酸溶胶 0.15~0.4d)干性油(如桐油) 0.4~1.0e)水 平衡值锂膨润土 0.5~2.0硅酸溶胶 1~2.5羧甲基纤维素钠 0.1~0.4c·耐火材料 86~90其成份为:锆英粉 21~35石英粉 51~65d·其他辅助材料0.3~0.6其中:a)亚甲基双萘磺酸钠 0.05~0.15b)二氧化钛 0.2~0.5外加水量为上述总量的 45~55
