Abstract

本发明公开了一种机床平面导轨的防尘装置，所述机床的刀架座的两侧壁固定安装有橡胶挡块，橡胶挡块的下端开有与平面导轨侧壁相配合的齿槽，齿槽的内侧壁与平面导轨滑动配合。本发明增加了橡胶挡块，可以擦除平面导轨上的灰尘，保证刀架座的移动精度。

本发明属于机床平面导轨的防尘装置。
背景技术
机床的刀架座滑动安装于平面导轨上，刀架座左右移动实现刀具的进刀退刀工作，平面导轨长期暴露在外界，难免会出现积尘，影响刀架座的移动精度。
发明内容
本发明的目的是提供一种机床平面导轨的防尘装置，增加了橡胶挡块，可以擦除平面导轨上的灰尘，保证刀架座的移动精度。
本发明的技术方案如下：
机床平面导轨的防尘装置，所述机床的刀架座的两侧壁固定安装有橡胶挡块，橡胶挡块的下端开有与平面导轨侧壁相配合的齿槽，齿槽的内侧壁与平面导轨滑动配合。
本发明在刀架座的两侧分别增加了橡胶挡块，橡胶挡块可以擦除平面导轨上的灰尘，保证刀架座的移动精度，结构简单。
