[技术领域]
本发明涉及发电机组,特别是一种卧式水轮发电机组水机制动装置。
[背景技术]
现有卧式混流式水轮发电机组制动装置设计为脚踏式制动装置,长期以来由于制动装置不灵,职工采用木板摩擦飞轮加大摩擦力的方式实现机组制动,常常需要3人才能完成一次机组制动,在飞轮与木板高速摩擦时,产生火花,时常灼伤运行人员外露皮肤,有可能出现模板断裂伤及运行人员,同时由于机组在长时间低转速区域运行,轴瓦无法形成负压油循环,导致轴瓦烧毁事故时有发生,由于制动不灵而造成的机组检修成本每年投入7.2万元左右,年损失电量约14.4万千瓦时,给企业造成较大经济损失。
[发明内容]
为了解决上述不足,本发明提供一种结构简单、使用方便的卧式水轮发电机组水机制动装置。
卧式水轮发电机组水机制动装置由基础部件、制动部件、传动部件组成,所述的基础部件由基础构架、地脚螺栓组成;所述的制动部件由制动块、刹车片、限位杆组成;所述的传动部件由制动传动螺杆、制动手柄、制动支撑传动螺栓组成。
本发明的有益效果是:本发明是手动制动装置,此装置只需1人无电量损失,可在机组允许制动时间内实现机组制动,年检修成本大幅度降低,年维护量仅仅为在机组运行状态下更换刹车片一项,检修操作方便,经济效益明显提升,由于维修不需要停机,因此无年损失电量,使用灵活,人员只需旋转刹车手轮即可停机,安全可靠,在制动过程中无危机人身安全的问题,操作轻便、使用效果极佳等特点。
