本发明涉及蓄电池板栅,属于电力蓄电技术领域。
背景技术
目前用做蓄电池板栅,普遍采用具有纵向垂直筋条的板栅,用这一结构的板栅所制得的蓄电池极板因电流传导路径较长,使蓄电池产生较大的内压降,造成输出功率的降低;用作启动电池时还使在大功率输出瞬间放电量大造成脱流,使板栅上电流,电位分布不均匀,而使极板上的铅膏发生体积变化不均匀而脱落,不仅降低了铅膏的保持能力,还会发生正负极间连电,造成自放电增加,这些都降低了电容量和蓄电池的使用寿命。
发明内容
本发明针对上述缺陷,目的在于提供一种能缩短电流传导路径,从而能提高蓄电池电容量和使用寿命的蓄电池板栅。
本发明的技术方案是:本发明包括极耳、边框、横向筋条和纵向筋条,所述纵向筋条在极耳侧沿边框中部向两侧呈放射线分布。
本发明所提供的蓄电池板栅是通过加密板栅上不与底边垂直的纵向筋条,因为斜边小于二条直角边之和,所以纵向筋条不与底边垂直缩短了电流的传导路径;本发明所提供的蓄电池板栅,有效地缩短了电流的传导路径,也就是克服了已有技术的电流传导路径长的缺陷.有效地减少了蓄电池的内压降,延长了蓄电池的使用寿命。
