Abstract

本发明涉及紧固装置领域,且更具体地涉及自锁扎带。
背景技术
自锁扎带是公知的,包括头部和带端,该带端适于被插入到所述头部中,从而形成环带。所述自锁扎带主要用于固定缆线或管路。自锁扎带的头部包括大致棱镜状主体(优选地是圆柱体或平行六面体形状);轴向开口,所述轴向开口的尺寸足以允许带端适配于其中,所述轴向开口容纳弹性齿部。
所述公知自锁扎带的带端大致包括具有U形截面的线性元件,该线性元件在一个末端处连接到头部;以及一个齿条,以便扎带的所有齿部的侧面与具有U形截面的所述线性元件的肩部或侧面整体形成。
因此,所述线性元件包括大致平直的基部和垂直于所述基部的两个横向升高边缘。齿条布置在形成于两个横向边缘之间的空气空间中。
头部与带端的联接是通过将所述头部的弹性齿部推靠在带端上的齿条上来实现的。
通常制造自锁扎带的材料是聚酸胺、塑性材料或在任何情形中具有一定柔性度的材料。
虽然可从市场上获得各种自锁扎带,但是所有的解决方案都具有相同的缺陷,即,这些自锁扎带的刚性使得不可能将其应用于直径太小的物体上,例如用来封闭袋子或紧固具有减小直径的缆线。
此外,另一限制因素是已知扎带在低温和/或干燥环境下降低的阻力。
发明内容
为了补救上述的缺陷,已经设计并构造出一种新式的高柔性自锁扎带。
新式自锁扎带的主要优势在于其在低温和干燥环境下增加的阻力:这是由于新式自锁扎带的带端截面的转动惯量低于已知类型等同自锁扎带的带端截面的转动惯量。
另一优势在于,新式自锁扎带使用比市场上可用的同类自锁扎带更少的材料。
这些及其它目的和互补性目标已经通过新式高柔性自锁扎带的构造来实现。
新式自锁扎带包括作为其主要部件的头部和带端,该带端适于被插入到所述头部中,以便形成仅能被封闭的环带。
新式自锁扎带的所述头部包括大致棱镜状主体(优选地是圆柱体或平行六面体形状);轴向开口,所述轴向开口的尺寸足以允许新式自锁扎带的带端适配于其中,所述轴向开口容纳一个或多个弹性齿部。
新式自锁扎带的所述带端包括具有大致矩形截面的线性元件,该线性元件在一个末端处连接到头部;以及一个齿条,所述齿条布置在所述线性元件的顶部,所述自锁扎带的所述带端的所述截面具有减少的转动惯量。
头部与带端的自由末端的联接是通过将所述头部的弹性齿部推靠在带端上的齿条上来实现的。
自锁扎带包括头部和带端,带端包括具有在一个末端处连接到所述头部的线性元件且在顶部具有齿条,用于联接设置在头部上的齿部,且其中所述齿条的齿部侧面是自由活动的,使得在所述带端的每个截面中,用于弯曲的所述线性元件的有效厚度小于在相同截面中所述带端的总高度。

尤其参考图2,新式自锁扎带(F)包括穿孔头部(T)和带端(C),带端(C)适合于适配到所述头部(T)中。
如图3所示,所述自锁扎带(F)的所述头部(T)包括大致棱镜状主体(R),在该情形中为圆柱体形状;轴向开口(A),所述轴向开口的尺寸足以允许所述自锁扎带(F)的所述带端(C)适配于其中,所述轴向开口(A)容纳一个或多个弹性齿部(D)。
所述自锁扎带(F)的所述带端(C)包括线性元件(L),所述线性元件具有大致矩形截面和给定厚度(s)且在一个末端处连接到头部(T);以及一个齿条,所述齿条布置在线性元件(L)上方且配备具有给定高度(k)的齿部(N)。
所述带端(C)的总高度(h)等于所述线性元件(L)的厚度(s)和每个单独齿部(N)的高度(k)的和。
用于弯曲的有效厚度是当所述自锁扎带的环带封闭时弯曲动作中所包含的带端(C)的高度或厚度(s)。
所述齿条包括具有给定高度(k)的多个齿部(N),在该情形中是锯齿型面,且其中,所述齿部(N)的侧面是自由的且不受任何横向肋或肩部约束或者与横向肋或肩部整体形成。
所述齿部(N)彼此轻微隔开,也就是说,在所述齿部(N)的垂直表面(ON)与相继齿部(N)的倾斜表面(IN)之间存在较小的大致平直表面(PN);在一个齿部和相继一个齿部之间形成的空间允许在封闭操作期间与弹性齿部(D)的联接。此外,所述齿部(N)可与线性元件(L)一样宽或者比其更窄。
图1b和1c示出了自锁扎带(F)的所述带端(C)的两个可能截面:在图1b中,齿部(N)与线性元件(L)一样宽;而在图1c中,齿部(N)比线性元件(L)更窄。
将头部(T)联接到带端(C)的自由末端是通过将所述头部(T)的弹性齿部(D)推靠到带端(C)上的齿条上而获得的。

Claims (7)
1.一种自锁扎带,所述自锁扎带具有头部(T)和带端(C),所述带端包括在一个末端处连接到所述头部(T)的线性元件(L)和配备齿部(N)的一个齿条,其特征在于,所述线性元件(L)具有大致矩形截面。
2.根据权利要求1所述的自锁扎带,其特征在于,所述齿条包括多个齿部(N),其中所述齿部(N)的侧面是自由的,且不受任何横向肋或肩部约束或者与横向肋或肩部整体形成。
3.根据权利要求1和2所述的自锁扎带,其特征在于,在所述带端(C)的每个截面中,用于弯曲的所述线性元件(L)的有效厚度(s)小于所述带端(C)的总高度(h)。
4.根据权利要求1、2和3所述的自锁扎带,其特征在于,所述带端(C)的所述总高度(h)等于所述线性元件(L)的厚度(s)与每个单独齿部(N)的高度(k)的和。
5.根据权利要求1、2、3和4所述的自锁扎带,其特征在于,所述齿条的齿部(N)的宽度等于所述线性元件(L)的宽度。
6.根据权利要求1、2、3、4和5所述的自锁扎带,其特征在于,所述齿条的齿部(N)的宽度小于所述线性元件(L)的宽度。
7.根据权利要求1、2、3、4、5和6所述的自锁扎带,其特征在于,所述头部(T)是大致圆柱体形状。
