Abstract

本发明涉及一种压力式抽水马桶水箱用的控水阀。它具有内空的阀体,阀体一端设有进水口,另一端设有与进水口对应的出水口,且阀体另一端与出水口成直角方向设有溢流口,阀体内靠近进水口端设有内空的弹簧座,阀体内靠近出水口端设有内空的阀塞,阀塞由塞座、锥形的塞身和圆柱形的塞嘴构成,塞座和弹簧座共同套接一根程压缩状态的弹簧,塞身可堵住溢流口,塞嘴插进出水口内,且塞嘴与出水口之间有间隙。该控水阀密封性能好,不滴漏,节约了水资源,使用寿命长;可通过气压自动控水,无需人工操作,使用方便。

本发明涉及一种控水阀,具体涉及一种压力式抽水马桶水箱用控水阀。 
背景技术
目前使用的抽水马桶,主要是依靠水箱中的水位与便池中水位的落差,产生压力,使落下的水有一定的速度,从而达到清洁便池的目的。抽水马桶水箱上安装的控水阀大多采用杠杆式或浮求式结构,但是这类控水阀密封性能差,易损坏,使用寿命短,跑、冒、滴、漏现象经常发生,不能自动控水,造成水资源浪费较多,使用也不方便。 
发明内容
本发明要解决的技术问题是:为了解决现有的控水阀易损坏、使用寿命短、不能自动控水等问题,提供了一种控水阀,可自动控水,无需人工操作。 
本发明解决其技术问题所采用的技术方案是:一种控水阀,具有内空的阀体,阀体一端设有进水口,另一端设有与进水口对应的出水口,且阀体另一端与出水口成直角方向设有溢流口,阀体内靠近进水口端设有内空的弹簧座,阀体内靠近出水口端设有内空的阀塞,阀塞由塞座、锥形的塞身和圆柱形的塞嘴构成,塞座和弹簧座共同套接一根呈压缩状态的弹簧,塞身可堵住溢流口,塞嘴插进出水口内,且塞嘴与出水口内径之间有间隙。 
进一步地,塞座、塞身和塞嘴为一体式连接,结构更牢固。 
本发明的有益效果是:该控水阀密封性能好,不滴漏,节约了水资源,使用寿命长;可通过气压自动控水,无需人工操作,使用方便。

具体实施方式
如图1所示,一种控水阀,具有内空的阀体1,阀体1一端设有进水口11,另一端设有与进水口11对应的出水口12,且阀体1另一端与出水口12成直角方向设有溢流口13,阀体1内靠近进水口11端设有内空的弹簧座2,阀体1内靠近出水口12端设有内空的阀塞3,阀塞3由塞座31、锥形的塞身32和圆柱形的塞嘴33构成,塞座31、塞身32和塞嘴33为一体式连接,塞座31和弹簧座2共同套接一根程压缩状态的弹簧4,塞身32可堵住溢流口13,塞嘴33插进出水口12内,且塞嘴33与出水口12之间有间隙。 
该控水阀主要用于压力式抽水马桶上,安装在压力式抽水马桶水箱的进水管上,其工作原理是:当马桶水箱内的水冲完后,自来水就从进水管供水送入马桶水箱,在送水过程中马桶水箱内的空气被不断压缩,压力不断增大,当压缩空气的压力大于弹簧压缩的弹力,水箱 内无法再注入水,压缩空气的压力推开阀塞,塞身后退,溢流口打开,管道中多余的自来水就从塞嘴与出水口的空隙中反向流入,从溢流口流出,从溢流口流出的水可被再次利用,节约了水资源。 

Claims (2)

1.一种控水阀,具有内空的阀体(1),阀体(1)一端设有进水口(11),另一端设有与进水口(11)对应的出水口(12),且阀体(1)另一端与出水口(12)成直角方向设有溢流口(13),其特征是:阀体(1)内靠近进水口(11)端设有内空的弹簧座(2),阀体(1)内靠近出水口(12)端设有内空的阀塞(3),阀塞(3)由塞座(31)、锥形的塞身(32)和圆柱形的塞嘴(33)构成,塞座(31)和弹簧座(2)共同套接一根呈压缩状态的弹簧(4),塞身(32)可堵住溢流口(13),塞嘴(33)插进出水口(12)内,且塞嘴(33)与出水口(12)之间有间隙。
2.根据权利要求1所述的控水阀,其特征是:所述的塞座(31)、塞身(32)和塞嘴(33)为一体式连接。
