Abstract
The invention discloses a digital photo frame and a digital photo frame interactive system. The digital photo frame is formed by connecting a display screen, a control circuit and a mobile communication module; and the digital photo frame interactive system is formed by connecting the digital photo frame, communication equipment, a user playback setting information database, an image database and image data transmission control equipment. Compared with a conventional digital photo frame, the digital photo frame can receive and display image data transmitted by a mobile communication network because the mobile communication module is added, can receive any image data or audio/video files without inserting a portable storage device, and does not increase more cost. Since mobile communication needs an SIM card serving as a basis of user recognition, specific image data can be directly transmitted to a specific user by using the digital photo frame. Therefore, a good material condition is provided for the accurate advertising of a media advertiser.
Description
Technical Field
The present invention relates to a digital image display and interaction technology, and more particularly, to a digital photo frame capable of downloading digital images to be displayed via wireless communication, and an interactive system capable of downloading information such as digital images to the digital photo frame via wireless communication.
Background
The digital photo frame is a fashionable digital image display device, and is an electronic product capable of displaying digital photos on a display screen without a computer, people can directly watch the shot photos by using the digital photo frame without going to a photo studio to print the photos by using the product, and the trouble of printing the photos is avoided.
Most digital photo frames display photos in the form of slides, and some can also send photos to a printer. The pictures displayed by the digital photo frame are usually read from a memory card or a portable storage device (e.g., a usb disk) of the camera.
As shown in fig. 1 and 2: a digital photo frame 10 is often composed of three parts: display 11, control circuit 12, and buttons 13. The display screen has an analog or digital interface (not shown) for obtaining image signals for display from the control circuit 12; the control circuit 12 contains a CPU, a hardware interface circuit 121 and a corresponding display and driving circuit 122 that can communicate with various portable storage devices 20, a control circuit firmware 123 for controlling reading of image data and display of a display screen, a storage unit 124, and software and hardware for interacting with operating components such as the buttons 13, and therefore, the control circuit 12 is a core component of the digital photo frame 10; the operation members such as the buttons 13 are usually disposed on the back or side of the digital photo frame 10 for the user to set and operate.
After the existing digital photo frame 10 is connected to the portable storage device 20, the pictures stored in the portable storage device 20 are played in a slide show manner; in cooperation with the corresponding buttons 13, one can control the play/pause, forward, backward, rotation/interval time, display mode, etc. of the picture. Some digital photo frames with strong functions are also provided with a loudspeaker (not shown) and an audio/video coding/decoding circuit 125, which can play MP3 and even some video files.
Some higher-grade digital photo frames are also provided with hardware modules conforming to the IEEE 802.11 series WLAN wireless lan standard. By means of the capability of wireless communication, and other devices also having wireless communication capabilities, such as: the computer, the high-grade digital camera and the like perform interaction to obtain digital photo images to be displayed or other playable video files.
However, the conventional digital photo frame often has only a simple image display function; even if the function of accessing the wireless local area network is provided, the function is only used for receiving the image file for display, and the capability of adapting to a specific group to mutually transmit and play specific images and video files is not provided; meanwhile, in view of the cost limitation, the conventional digital photo frame cannot have internet-surfing software and hardware conditions for obtaining certain required images and video files from the internet. With the development of the information society, media advertisers always distribute a huge amount of advertising information to the society through various media channels. Therefore, a large amount of promotional pictures, advertising video information, are generated each day. However, the accurate advertisement delivery is often difficult for advertisers to achieve; advertisers can only publish or play advertising information by using media or approaches with wide distribution range and large radiation surface as far as possible. This is very costly, and the costs, although borne by the manufacturing companies, are ultimately often passed on to the consumers. The digital photo frame is a household product and can be widely distributed to families. If a proper mode is available, the system is formed by the digital photo frame, so that a user can set the preference of the user by the digital photo frame, and the system side can acquire the setting information by the wireless communication mode, an advertiser can accurately place advertisements based on the setting information, the advertisement cost is saved, and the effective transmission of the advertisements is ensured.
Disclosure of Invention
An object of the present invention is to provide a digital photo frame having mobile communication components, so that the digital photo frame has mobile communication capability, and can transmit picture or video information with specific recipient information via a mobile communication network.

The CPU decodes the data output by the mobile communication module according to the mobile communication protocol. The above-mentioned existing digital photo frame includes: the display screen, the control circuit and the operation keys; the control circuit is formed by mutually connecting a CPU, an audio and video coding and decoding circuit, a display and drive circuit and a storage unit; the CPU is internally or externally provided with control circuit firmware which can be accessed by the CPU.
Here, it should be noted that: the firmware refers to programs and data embedded in a read-only memory. The program and data of the read only memory may be embedded in an intelligent chip having a data processing capability, such as a CPU, or may be provided separately and accessed by the intelligent chip having a data processing capability, such as a CPU. When embedded in a hardware device, the firmware becomes a permanent part of the hardware device.
Compared with the existing digital photo frame, the digital photo frame can receive the image data sent by the mobile communication network due to the additional arrangement of the mobile communication module, and then the image data is displayed by the display part. Therefore, the portable storage device is not required to be inserted, and any image data or audio/video files which can be transmitted through a mobile communication network can be conveniently and quickly received; meanwhile, the image data with wide sources can be received without adding more cost to the digital photo frame. On the other hand, since the mobile communication needs to use the SIM card as the basis for the user identification, the digital photo frame of the present invention can directly transmit the specific image data to the specific user point-to-point as long as the number of the SIM card in the mobile communication module of the digital photo frame can be obtained. This provides good material conditions for media advertisers to accurately deliver advertisements.
Another object of the present invention is to provide a digital photo frame interactive system, which has the capability of transferring picture or video information to the specific digital photo frame, and can receive feedback information from the specific digital photo frame to form basic data for accurately delivering advertisement information.

Compared with the prior art, the digital photo frame interaction system provided by the invention can be used as a support system for the image data source of the digital photo frame, on one hand, anyone can send image data to the digital photo frame under the condition of knowing the SIM card number of the digital photo frame, so that the digital photo frame can be obtained from portable storage equipment and can be obtained from a wider way; on the other hand, based on the system of the invention, the playing display setting information in the digital photo frame can be collected and transmitted to the system of the invention by means of the mobile communication network, and the selection or preference of the user of the digital photo frame for the advertisement can be known by analyzing the playing display setting information, so that objective data can be provided for the advertiser to accurately place the advertisement; meanwhile, the media advertiser can also accurately deliver the advertisement information to the appointed digital photo frame by means of the system. Thereby expanding more advertising business models as well.

referring to fig. 3, in the following specific embodiments of the present invention, a digital photo frame of the present invention comprises: a display screen 11 and a control circuit 12; the control circuit 12 is formed by mutually connecting a CPU, an audio/video coding/decoding circuit 125, a display and drive circuit 122 and a storage unit 124; a control circuit firmware 123 is arranged in or outside the CPU, and the control circuit firmware 123 can be accessed by the CPU; a mobile communication module 126 is also arranged in the digital photo frame, and the mobile communication module 126 is provided with a wireless transceiving module, an SIM card and an antenna; the output of the mobile communication module 126 is connected with the CPU and the audio/video codec circuit 125; the control circuit 12 is provided with decoding firmware (not shown) embedded in or external to the control circuit firmware 123, which is accessible by the CPU and decodes data output by the mobile communication module 126 in accordance with the mobile communication protocol. Here, it should be noted that: the firmware refers to programs and data embedded in a read-only memory. The program and data of the read only memory may be embedded in an intelligent chip having a data processing capability, such as a CPU, or may be provided separately and accessed by the intelligent chip having a data processing capability, such as a CPU. Compared with the existing digital photo frame, the digital photo frame can receive the image data sent by the mobile communication network due to the additional mobile communication module 126, and then the image data is displayed by the display screen. Therefore, the portable storage device 20 does not need to be inserted, and any image data or audio/video files which can be transmitted through a mobile communication network can be conveniently and quickly received; meanwhile, the image data with wide sources can be received without adding more cost to the digital photo frame. Since the SIM card in the mobile communication module has a unique number in the mobile communication network, that is, the digital photo frame of the present invention is an independent mobile communication terminal, which is different from a general mobile communication terminal in that: the digital photo frame is not provided with a microphone and other components used for conversation services. In addition, the mobile communication module used by the digital photo frame can be improved to receive image data in a single direction, and information such as communication signaling can be transmitted and received in a two-way manner, so that the cost of the mobile communication module applied to the digital photo frame can be further reduced.
On the other hand, since the mobile communication needs to use the SIM card as the basis for the user identification, the digital photo frame of the present invention can directly transmit the specific image data to the specific user point-to-point as long as the number of the SIM card in the mobile communication module of the digital photo frame can be obtained. For example: the user can send the shot photos and video files to the digital photo frame loaded with the SIM card by using the Internet and the mobile communication network at any place. Also, media advertisers have thus gained a new way to place advertisements.
Because the digital photo frame is provided with the mobile communication module, the digital photo frame can display images like the existing digital photo frame, and parameters such as display modes, play settings and the like in the digital photo frame can be sent out by means of the mobile communication module, so that a receiver can know the setting information of a user of the digital photo frame. If further adding the relevant image information into the playing parameters and sending out the image information together with the parameters such as the playing setting and the like, the receiver can know the following parameters according to the information: the number of times and the length of time each image is played. When the images are advertisement pictures, the data can help advertisers know the degree of attention paid to each specific advertisement by the digital photo frame user; it is possible to know what advertisement the user is not interested in even by knowing the information of image deletion in the setting information. In order to achieve the purpose, on the basis of the digital photo frame, a collection firmware for collecting the play setting information is further arranged on the control circuit, and the collection firmware can be embedded in or externally arranged on the control circuit firmware and can be accessed by the CPU, and sends out the collected play setting information through the mobile communication module. The firmware can be an executive program read by the CPU and solidified into the control circuit firmware; or it may be composed of an execution program read by the CPU and a corresponding acquisition circuit, which functions to enable the storage component storing the play setting information to be accessed only in a read-only manner. This protects the playback setting information from being accidentally modified.
For the digital photo frame, the display screen consumes the most electric energy, so a sleep control circuit connected with the CPU can be arranged in the control circuit of the digital photo frame, the sleep control circuit can send a signal according to a certain frequency when the digital photo frame is started to work, or send a signal of another frequency when the digital camera receives a bevel control command or does not receive an operation command within a sufficiently long time, and the CPU receives such a signal and discriminates to control the turning on or off of the display screen of the digital photo frame. Thus, the purpose of energy saving can be achieved. As for the specific form of the sleep control circuit, those skilled in the art can design the sleep control circuit according to the functional requirements of the present invention, but the output signal needs to be connected to the input terminal of the CPU, and the CPU needs to set the necessary program correspondingly to detect and discriminate the signal of the sleep control circuit, and perform the operation of turning off or turning on the display screen.
At present, some LCD display screens can be integrated with the touch sensing circuit, so that in the digital photo frame of the present invention, the LCD display screen integrated with the touch sensing circuit can be used, and thus, the touch sensing circuit on the display screen can be used to receive the operation command of the user. In terms of a specific circuit structure, the touch sensing circuit is connected with the CPU, the CPU sends a scanning signal to the touch sensing circuit, receives a touch signal sensed by the touch sensing circuit, analyzes a touched position according to the scanning signal and the touch signal, and further converts the touched position into a corresponding executable digital photo frame operation command. Therefore, a plurality of keys arranged on the existing digital photo frame can be omitted, so that the digital photo frame is light and thin and is easy to use.
As is well known, in the mobile communication service, the short message service is a simple and easy way to transmit information, so that the short message can be used to transmit the operation command of the digital photo frame. The digital photo frame is provided with the mobile communication module, so that the digital photo frame has the capability of receiving and sending short messages. In order to be able to really use the short message of mobile communication to transmit the operation command of the digital photo frame, it is necessary to set a short message command firmware in the control circuit of the digital photo frame of the present invention, wherein the short message command firmware can be embedded in or external to the control circuit firmware and can be accessed by the CPU to execute the short message command received by the mobile communication module via the control circuit.
Referring to fig. 4, in the following specific embodiments of the present invention, a digital photo frame interactive system of the present invention comprises: the aforementioned various digital photo frames 10, communication device 30, user play setting information database 41, image database 42, and image data transmission control device 40; the image data sending control device 40 is respectively connected and interacted with the image database 42, the user playing setting information database 41 and the communication device 30, and selects image information matched with the user playing setting information from the image database 42 and sends the image information to the communication device 30 according to the user playing setting information stored in the user playing setting information database 41;
the communication device 30 is in communication connection with the image data transmission control device 40 and the mobile communication system 50, receives a data transmission command from the image data transmission control device 40, performs a packaging process on the image data according to a mobile communication protocol, and transmits the image data to the digital photo frame 10 via the mobile communication system 50; or receiving the user playing setting information corresponding to the digital photo frame 10 sent back by the mobile communication system 50, performing parsing processing according to the mobile communication protocol, and sending to the image data sending control device 40.
Because the digital photo frame is provided with the mobile communication module, the digital photo frame interaction system can directly send the image data to the digital photo frame for displaying by means of the mobile communication network. For example: people can use a mobile phone with a camera to take pictures in the field and then directly use the mobile phone to send the pictures to the digital photo frame in a multimedia message mode. On the other hand, the system of the present invention has the user playing setting information database 41, so that the advertiser can use the image data transmission control device 40 and the user playing setting information database 41 to obtain the playing setting information of the user, and further analyze the information such as the type of the advertisement focused by the user from the playing setting information, so as to further accurately deliver the advertisement. The specific communication device can be formed by intelligent devices such as a server, a computer and the like, wherein a necessary software system designed according to a mobile communication protocol is installed, and the communication device is specifically connected with a communication media gateway, a short message gateway and/or a multimedia message platform in the mobile communication system. The corresponding connection communication should be executed according to the communication protocol and signaling specification of the relevant communication media gateway, short message gateway and/or multimedia message platform in the mobile communication system. No matter which device of the communication media gateway, the short message gateway and/or the multimedia message platform is connected, the related image data can be sent to the digital photo frame conveniently and quickly.
Because the digital photo frame has the function of mobile communication, the setting information of the played advertisement can be directly sent to the digital photo frame interactive system. In order to arrange and store the setting information of the played advertisements for future use, a targeted advertisement return database can be arranged or externally connected in the image data sending control device, and the image data sending control device executes reading, writing and deleting operations on the data stored in the advertisement return database based on the record or other information of the sent image data and the received playing setting information from the digital photo frame.
