Abstract

针对传统结构轴承难以满足机床的高精度、低摩擦、低噪音要求的缺陷,本发明提供一种新型尼龙保持架机床主轴轴承,由外圈、内圈、滚子及保持架组成,保持架上设有直锁兜孔及直爪,滚子通过直爪产生弹性变形后,装入兜孔中,使滚子与保持架成为一体。该发明尼龙保持架采用直锁兜孔,简化了模具工艺,降低了成本,能够保证滚动体在保持架兜孔中运转自如、平稳、灵活,且降低了主机振动噪音,轴承耐磨性能好,摩擦系数低,自润滑性能优良。

技术领域
本发明属于轴承技术领域,特别涉及一种新型尼龙保持架机床主轴轴承。
背景技术
目前,随着高速、高精度机床的快速发展,对其主轴的精度要求越来越高,噪音越来越低,支撑精密主轴的老结构轴承已很难满足机床的高精度、低摩擦、低噪音的要求。机床主轴配套的双列圆柱滚子轴承原采用的是黄铜保持架,重量大,易掉铜沫,因此,主轴高速旋转时噪音大,且温升高。
发明内容
针对以上不足,本发明的目的是提供一种新型尼龙保持架机床主轴轴承,以满足低摩擦、低噪音的需求。
本发明的技术方案是:新型尼龙保持架机床主轴轴承,由外圈1、内圈2、滚子3及保持架4组成,保持架4上设有直锁兜孔5及直爪6,滚子3通过直爪6产生弹性变形后装入兜孔5中,使滚子3与保持架4成为一体。
本发明的有益效果是:该发明尼龙保持架采用直锁兜孔,简化了模具工艺,降低了成本,能够保证滚动体在保持架兜孔中运转自如、平稳、灵活,且降低了主机振动噪音,轴承耐磨性能好,摩擦系数低,自润滑性能优良。从而实现产品低摩擦、低噪音要求。

具体实施方式
如附图1所示,本发明由外圈1、内圈2、滚子3及保持架4组成,保持架4上设有直锁兜孔5及直爪6,滚子3通过直爪6产生弹性变形后,装入直锁兜孔5中,使滚子3与保持架4成为一体。

1.新型尼龙保持架机床主轴轴承,由外圈(1)、内圈(2)、滚子(3)及保持架(4)组成,其特征在于,保持架(4)上设有直锁兜孔(5)及直爪(6),滚子(3)通过直爪(6)产生弹性变形后装入直锁兜孔(5)中,使滚子(3)与保持架(4)成为一体。
