所属技术领域
本发明涉及港口、海洋、水利和桥梁工程中的基础结构,特别是一种带传力环的预应力筒型基础结构体系。
背景技术
目前在港口、海洋、水利和桥梁工程,筒型基础与上部结构连接处往往产生很大的应力集中,为了解决这个应力集中的问题通常要加大量的梁板结构,这样会明显增加结构重力,使结构的成本及施工费用大大增加。
发明内容
本发明的目的是针对上述存在问题,提供一种带传力环的预应力筒型基础结构体系,其带传力环的预应力筒型基础结构体系就是针对解决筒型基础与上部结构变截面处的传力问题,有效处理筒型基础与上部结构连接处应力集中的问题,具有施工简便,工程造价较低的优点。
本发明的技术方案:
一种带传力环的预应力筒型基础结构体系,由筒型基础、塔筒和传力环构成,筒型基础为混凝土筒型结构,筒型基础设有预应力混凝土密封顶盖,预应力钢筋呈辐射状均布;塔筒为预应力混凝土筒型结构,设置于筒型基础的顶部,塔筒直径小于筒型基础直径,塔筒壁内均布预应力钢筋;传力环为钢制结构,设置于筒型基础和塔筒之间传力环分别与筒型基础和塔筒的预应力钢筋锚接固定。
所述传力环的横截面形状为圆形、矩形、三角形、工字型、L型或槽钢型。
本发明的工作原理:传力环分别作为上部塔筒预应力和筒型基础顶盖预应力的锚固端,由此将塔筒传递的荷载由大刚度传力环分散到筒型基础,传力环可以有效解决塔筒和筒型基础之间变截面处应力集中的问题,是小直径塔筒与大直径筒型基础之间的连接处的过渡角度不再受到限制。
本发明的优越性在于:带传力环的预应力筒型基础结构体系,通过传力环的设置能有效处理筒型基础与上部结构连接处应力集中的问题,使得基础结构体系的材料成本及施工成本大大降低,并且施工简便、工程造价较低。

实施例:
一种带传力环的预应力筒型基础结构体系,由筒型基础1、塔筒3和传力环4构成,筒型基础1为混凝土筒型结构,筒型基础1设有预应力混凝土密封顶盖2,预应力钢筋5-I呈辐射状均布;塔筒3为预应力混凝土筒型结构,设置于筒型基础1的顶部,塔筒3直径小于筒型基础1直径,塔筒3壁内均布预应力钢筋5-II;传力环4为钢制结构,其横截面形状为圆形,设置于筒型基础1和塔筒3之间,传力环4分别与筒型基础1和塔筒3的预应力钢筋5-I、5-II锚接固定。
该实施例中:混凝土筒型基础1的直径为25m,高5m,顶盖和侧壁厚300mm;混凝土塔筒3的直径为4m,高6m,壁厚400mm;筒型基础1和塔筒3内均匀布置着15.5mm直径的预应力钢筋5-I、5-II。
本发明的带传力环的预应力筒型基础结构体系,通过传力环的设置能有效处理筒型基础与上部结构连接处应力集中的问题,使得基础结构体系的材料成本及施工成本大大降低。

1.一种带传力环的预应力筒型基础结构体系,其特征在于:由筒型基础、塔筒和传力环构成,筒型基础为混凝土筒型结构,筒型基础设有预应力混凝土密封顶盖,预应力钢筋呈辐射状均布;塔筒为预应力混凝土筒型结构,设置于筒型基础的顶部,塔筒直径小于筒型基础直径,塔筒壁内均布预应力钢筋;传力环为钢制结构,设置于筒型基础和塔筒之间,传力环分别与筒型基础和塔筒的预应力钢筋锚接固定。
2.根据权利要求1所述带传力环的预应力筒型基础结构体系,其特征在于:所述传力环的横截面形状为圆形、矩形、三角形、工字型、L型或槽钢型。
