Abstract

Description

车辆车身组件
本发明涉及一种车辆特别是汽车车身组件,以及装配有这样的车身组件的车辆。
文献FR-A-2813271披露了一种车辆车身组件,其包括用于支撑车辆一侧边的一车厢结构件。该车厢结构件置于车辆前基板上部,前基板折边镶接支撑车辆前部开口的转折处。车厢结构件支撑悬挂部件的支承上盖,
通过车辆导致车身变形,尤其是,上盖的扭曲变形和前基板的变形。这些变形可能导致开口部分无法承受压力,可能引起车身变形,并进入上盖伤害乘客。为了避免这些不便,该文献在上盖后部的车厢结构件外部上安装了第一加强件,在上盖后部设置了第二加强件。该文献披露的方法需要设置两个加强件,且碰撞时不能充分限制前基板的扭转。
此外,固定在翼板上的加强筋可以延缓前基板扭转,但是,一旦失去稳定,加强筋会强化前基板的扭转,车身内电机的部件会损坏。
本发明目的在于解决上述不便,提供一个车辆车身组件。
为此,本发明设计一种车辆车身组件,其包括,
-一车厢侧板;
-固定在车厢侧板上并限定车厢侧板的一翼板,一空心体;
-固定在翼板上的一隔板,
-一基板加强件用于加强前基板,前基板加强件在翼板和侧板之间延伸。
所述车身组件特征在于其包括固定在该侧板上并被置于空心体内部的一加强筋。
有利地,加强筋的形状如下:在车辆的Y方向上,加强筋明显地插入空心体。
有利地,加强筋临近基板加强件。
有利地,加强筋为波纹板。
本发明同样涉及包括根据前述结构的任意变化形成的所述车身组件的自动车辆。

附图1所示为车辆车身组件100,包括一侧板102,一翼板104(见附图2),一隔板110,一基板加强件116用于加强车辆前基板112,加强件116在翼板104和侧板102之间延伸。侧板102为钢板,其形成车辆侧部结构,位于汽车部件上,例如车辆翼板上。翼板104固定在车辆内侧的侧板102上,与侧板102限定一空心体。隔板110固定在翼板104上。前基板112具有一前开口,其通过一连接件或连接加强件202固定在车辆上。
本发明的车身组件100包括加强筋114,其固定在侧板102上,并固定在所述侧板102的车辆内部处,即,在空心体中。侧板102和翼板104同样在内部空心位置设置加强筋114。
用于车辆前轮及一开口108的下部横向板的悬挂支撑同样被向着车辆内部固定。前隔板110分隔出车辆车身电机空间。
加强筋114为波纹板,在前基板112的前部特别是在加强件116前部延伸。加强筋114在车辆Y方向上的厚度是这样的:加强筋114明显置于空心体中并在前基板112的整个宽度上延伸。加强筋在车辆X方向的长度是这样的:加强筋114明显顺着加强件116上的悬挂支撑106延伸。加强筋114邻近加强件116。
附图3和附图4示出了组装状态的车身组件300,其中,与车身组件100相同的部件采用相同的附图标记。附图3为冲撞前车身组件300,附图4示出了冲撞后的车身组件300。在前部冲撞的影响下,前部环境界定的挡雨区域和一开口108的下部横向板在前部冲击件例如电机的推动下变形。这种变形使前基板112扭转,前基板变形导致翼板104与隔板110的连接处在箭头402代表的X径向的反冲以及在箭头404代表的Y横向的反冲,因此车辆车身电机隔间部件挤入车身内部。

加强筋114固定在侧板102上而非翼板104上,加强件116和前部整体可以解耦。同时确保车身组件100坚固耐用。加强筋114的几何形状可能很容易根据空心体的体积成型。加强筋114的几何形状整体是好的。特别是,加强筋欧米茄的剖面会在前基板112的整个宽度上以及在加强件116上的增加较大的压紧以及良好的应用。加强件116在侧板102和翼板104之间延伸,加强筋114可能是被折叠或冲压形成。

Claims (5)

1.一种车辆车身组件(100),包括
-一车厢侧板(102);
-固定在车厢侧板(102)上并限定车厢侧板(102)的一翼板(104),一空心体;
-固定在翼板(104)上的一隔板(110),
-一基板加强件(116),用于加强前基板(112),前基板加强件(116)在翼板(104)和侧板(102)之间延伸,其特征在于,其包括固定在该侧板(102)上并被置于空心体内部的一加强筋(114)。
2.根据权利要求1所述的车身组件(100)其特征在于:该加强筋(114)的形状为,在车辆横向Y方向可以明显地插入空心体内。
