Description
两玻璃基板;
一液晶层,夹置于该两玻璃基板之间,该液晶层由层列型液晶材料组成;
第二偏振膜形成于该两玻璃基板其中之另一的一侧;
两玻璃基板;
一液晶层,夹置于该两玻璃基板之间,该液晶层由层列型液晶材料组成;
一反射膜形成于该两玻璃基板其中之另一的一侧;

层列型液晶(smectic crystal)一般具有倾斜层列相的序列,每一层的方向分布都不相同,如图4A至图4F所示,一般包括有Sm-C*A相、Sm-C*相、Sm-A*相、介于Sm-C*A相和Sm-C*相之间的中间双轴相(intermediate biaxialphase)以及介于Sm-C*相和Sm-A*相的中间单轴(intermediate uniaxial)Sm-C*α相。
