本发明涉及电蒸锅，尤其涉及其进水控制和加热控制的构造。为了解决电蒸锅中食物受热量不确定，烹饪效果控制不准确的问题，给出电蒸锅，包括通往容水腔(1)的进水管(2)，进水管(2)上有阀门(3)，包括阀门控制装置；阀门控制装置的设定为：感应到进入容水腔(1)的水量达到第一设定值，即关闭阀门(3)；包括供人操作设置第一设定值的输入装置；停止加热控制器的设定为：感应到水蒸干，即完成加热。

技术领域
本发明涉及电蒸锅，尤其涉及其进水控制和加热控制的构造。
背景技术
用微波炉加热食物，食物的受热量通过设置加热时间确定。在一定的档次下，确定加热时间，就等于确定了食物的受热量。可见，微波炉的烹饪效果此较容易控制。
因为微波炉对食物采用干加热的方式，烹饪出来的食物比较干燥，口感不佳，故市场上出现了电蒸锅，其通过用电加热水产生蒸汽对食物加热，采用湿加热的方式，烹饪出来的食物水分充足，并能最大限度地保留食物的营养。
使用电蒸锅加热食物之前，须先把水倒入其容水腔内，然后开始加热。作为微波炉的替代产品，现有电蒸锅也是让使用者设定加热时间实现对食物受热量的控制的，但因为电蒸锅通过水作为加热媒介，所以使用者倒入的水量也会影响到烹饪效果——同样的加热时间，如果之前倒入的水比较多，则产生蒸汽比较慢，食物真正接受蒸汽加热的时间就此较短，受热量此较少；如果之前倒入的水比较少，则产生蒸汽此较快，食物真正接受蒸汽加热的时间就此较长，但如果水太少，水很快就被蒸干，反而达不到预期的烹饪效果。
可见，使用现有的电蒸锅对食物加热的缺点是，食物受热量不确定，烹饪效果控制不准确。
为了控制加热效果，微波炉和电蒸锅均须具有停止加热控制器，在加热状态下，当达到设定的条件时，就停止加热。现有微波炉和电蒸锅的停止加热控 制器均采用定时器，计至预设的时间，就完成加热。
发明内容
本发明旨在解决电蒸锅中食物受热量不确定，烹饪效果控制不准确的问题。
为此给出电蒸锅，包括用于对水加热产生蒸汽的容水腔，包括停止加热控制器，其特征是，包括通往容水腔的进水管，进水管上有阀门，包括阀门控制装置；
阀门控制装置的设定为：感应到进入容水腔的水量达到第一设定值，即关闭阀门；
包括供人操作设置第一设定值的输入装置；
停止加热控制器的设定为：感应到水蒸干，即完成加热。
使用者根据食物设置第一设定值，容水腔内的水量就确定了，其受热蒸发提供的热量就基本确定了，如此即实现了准确的烹饪效果控制。

具体实施方式
电蒸锅如图，包括用于对水加热产生蒸汽的容水腔1，包括通往容水腔1的进水管2，进水管2上有阀门3，包括阀门控制装置和停止加热控制器。
阀门控制装置中，设有择一切换选用或一并选用的第一水位探测器和流量计算器。流量计算器计算流经阀门3的水量，当感应到进入容水腔1的水量达 到第一设定值时，就关闭阀门3。第一水位探测器探测到容水腔1内的水位，也可以实现当感应到进入容水腔1的水量达到第一设定值时，就关闭阀门3。
停止加热控制器中，设有择一切换选用或一并选用的第二水位探测器和测温器。第二水位探测器探测容水腔1内的水位，当感应到水蒸干时，就控制发热管4完成加热。测温器测容水腔1内的温度，如果水蒸干，容水腔1内的温度就会急剧上升，由此可认定水已蒸干，就控制发热管4完成加热。
上述控制动作优选地采用了人工智能电路模块实现。
Claims (5)
1.电蒸锅，包括用于对水加热产生蒸汽的容水腔(1)，包括停止加热控制器，其特征是，包括通往容水腔(1)的进水管(2)，进水管(2)上有阀门(3)，包括阀门控制装置；
阀门控制装置的设定为：感应到进入容水腔(1)的水量达到第一设定值，即关闭阀门(3)；
包括供人操作设置第一设定值的输入装置；
停止加热控制器的设定为：感应到水蒸干，即完成加热。
2.根据权利要求1的电蒸锅，阀门控制装置中，设有第一水位探测器，探测到容水腔(1)内的水位，实现所述的感应。
3.根据权利要求1的电蒸锅，阀门控制装置中，设有流量计算器，计算流经阀门(3)的水量，实现所述的感应。
4.根据权利要求1的电蒸锅，停止加热控制器中，设有第二水位探测器，探测容水腔(1)内的水位，实现所述的感应。
5.根据权利要求1的电蒸锅，停止加热控制器中，设有测温器，测容水腔(1)内的温度，实现所述的感应。
