Abstract
低噪音橡塑复合梭属于高分子复合材料技术领域。它是用热固性酚醛树脂布与橡胶——树脂混合料经复合后压制而成。既能克服木梭重量不一,易开裂、易变形、有雀梭的问题,又能克服塑梭有严重的静电问题。本发明具有强度高、耐冲击、耐磨损、抗静电、低噪音、节能源、寿命长等优点,是一种理想的纺织器材新产品。
Description
本发明属于纺织机械领域,是棉织机上使用的梭子。
传统的棉织机上使用的梭子,是用木梭或压缩木梭,每年需用不少优质木材,且梭体强度低易开裂,寿命短报损率高,噪音严重。八十年代初国内开始使用塑梭,但存在着梭身重,能耗高,带静电,易结污等缺点。美国1972年专利(专利号为3660219)是一种复合梭子,由梭尖、梭头和梭壁构成,梭尖采用铁质材料,由梭头和梭壁构成的梭身是用五层材料组成的,内、外表面层采用酚醛树脂浸渍的棉布,中间层采用低密度木质片,近表层采用树脂浸渍的玻璃纤维,这五层材料可一次热压成型,亦可分层压好后再粘合,热压时在150~160℃下保温一小时。这种梭子具有重量轻能耗低,耐磨性好寿命长等特点,但①由于梭尖采用铁质材料,梭子与皮结之间撞击的噪声仍然很大。②一次模压成型后仍像普通木梭一样进行后加工,工序长,有玻纤等有害粉末飞扬,易污染环境。1985年中国专利(专利号85104888)是一种棉织机复合阻尼弹力梭子,该梭子的梭尖采用三层结构、即表层选用多层碳素纤维无纺布浸渍酚醛树脂或环氧树脂-胺+芳香族聚酰胺“B”纤维布层或MXD-6纤维编织布浸渍酚醛树脂;中层选用MXD-6纤维,经硫黄硫化体系的丁腈26胶液涂布层或用芳香族聚酰胺“B”纤维编织布经硫黄硫化体系的丁腈26胶液涂布层;基体层选用两种配方的阻尼材料。梭头和梭壁用五层复合阻尼弹力结构,内、外表面层选用多层的MXD-6纤维编织布浸渍热固型酚醛树脂,刚性层选用经增粘胶层处理后的锦纶6纤维布浸渍酚醛树脂,内、外阻尼层选用与梭尖基体层相同的材料。此梭子能降低噪声、节约用电、强度高损耗率低,但存在着原料成本高,销售价格贵、不易推广使用等问题。
本发明的目的是要研制一种强度高而成本低的复合梭子。
本发明的目的是这样来实现的:本复合梭是由梭尖和梭身构成。梭身采用三层结构,内、外层均为热固性酚醛树脂布制成,中间层为橡胶-树脂混合料制成,其特征在于内、外层热固性酚醛树脂用间苯二酚改性,以增强布层与树脂的粘结性能,中间层橡胶-树脂混合料选用低成本的聚氯乙烯-丁腈橡胶混合料,既提高柔性又增强弹性。
本复合梭与木梭相比,具有重量差异小、不易变形、无雀梭等优点;与塑梭相比,具有抗静电、无油污、梭身轻等优点。此外,复合梭还具有强度高、耐冲击、耐磨损、节能源、成本低、表面光、低噪音、寿命长等特点。所以,它是一种理想的纺织器材。

以下结合附图详细说明本发明的具体实施例:
参见图1,本发明的复合梭子由梭身1、梭芯2、尼龙销3、梭尖4、螺帽5、梭尖垫6、底簧7、底簧销8、尼龙梭心套9和瓷眼10等组成,特别见图2所示,梭身采用三层结构,外层11为六层热固性酚醛树脂布,内层13为四层热固性酚醛树脂布。中间层12为橡胶-树脂混合料制成,该橡胶-树脂混合料采用下述配方:
丁腈橡胶 5000克 2-硫醇基苯并噻唑 50克
邻苯二甲二丁酯 375克 二硫化苯并噻唑 40克
氧化锌 250克 六次甲基四胺 300克
三盐基硫酸铝 60克 热塑性酚醛树脂 3500克
白炭黑 500克 硫磺 140克
炭黑 500克 N-苯基-β-萘胺 75克
碳酸钙 500克 石棉粉 适量
聚氯乙烯 1000克 硬脂酸 75克
环氧大豆油 200克 硬脂酸钡 75克
本发明的复合梭由下述步骤来制作:
第一步:制作热固性酚醛树脂布
取一块特制棉布用清水浸泡24小时,去浆后再用肥皂粉水浸洗去布上的油污,用清水漂净、滤干,然后放入80°±5℃的烘道中烘干,再放入热固性酚醛树脂溶液中浸渍二次,上胶要均匀,不能有痕迹,上胶量为35%,上胶速度为每分钟12米,取出后在80°±5℃的烘道中烘干,在10~20公斤的压力下轧滚。裁剪
成条块条再与ET布缝合后备用。
第二步:配置橡胶-树脂混合料
将丁腈橡胶进行开料切成小块,称5000±5克为一份,在两滚机上进行素炼十次,温度控制在55~60℃,然后按生产工艺流程逐步添加以上所列17种树脂和助剂的配方料,然后进行混炼轧滚温度不超过55℃,轧成4mm胶,保持表面清洁无油污。再将混炼好的胶进行闸成宽30mm、长150mm的胶片,待冷却后裁成条块状备用。
第三步:梭身复合成型
将模具表面涂上脱模剂,用裁好的六层热固性酚醛树脂布放入模底,填入橡胶-树脂混合料。再在表面覆盖四层树脂布,在两端定位处各放螺帽一个(螺帽必须先去油污)。然后将模具放大硫化机内、加热预压5分钟,预热(140~160℃)后加压30分钟,压力为300kg/cm2。加压成型后将热模抽出冷却15分钟放进脱模机内脱出梭身,硫化过程结束。
第四步:成品组装
将脱模后的梭身的飞边全部去净,不允许有毛刺和凸凹现象。定长度370mm,然后割两端面要平正光滑、倾斜不得超过0.2mm。再按规定的要求尺寸规格进行修整面及角度;装钢制梭尖对中心定梭壁高度;铣两槽,要求光滑无毛刺;打φ10mm喇叭孔和φ9.6mm瓷眼孔,锯弯槽;砂头部;表面抛光;打φ3mm的梭芯孔底黄销孔;装瓷管装梭芯,梭芯板足时与梭平面成40°~45°交角,底板上的弹力在板起梭芯10°~20°时一松手即自动弹回原位。最后油漆上

1、一种复合梭子,由梭尖及梭身构成。梭身采用三层结构,内外层为热固性酚醛树脂布制成,中间层为橡胶-树脂混合料制成。其特征是橡胶-树脂混合料采用下述配方组成:
丁腈橡胶 5000克2-硫醇基苯并噻唑 50克
邻苯二甲酸二丁酯 375克二硫化苯并噻唑 40克
氧化锌 250克六次甲基四胺 300克
三盐基硫酸铝 60克热塑性酚醛树脂 3500克
白炭黑 500克硫磺 140克
炭黑 500克N-苯基-β-萘胺 75克
碳酸钙 500克石棉粉 适量
聚氯乙烯 1000克硬脂酸 75克
环氧大豆油 200克硬脂酸钡 75克
