技术领域
本发明涉及具有饮料收容部、填充有加压气体的空间部,装配供应器(サ一バ一),从而能够利用加压气体的压力将饮料从饮料收容部向外部注出的饮料用容器。进而,本发明涉及具有饮料用容器和能够冷却该饮料用容器的冷却装置的饮料用容器的冷却系统。 
本申请基于在2007年8月9日于日本申请的专利2007-207731号、及在2008年5月13日于日本申请的专利2008-125752号而主张优先权,将其内容在此引用。 
背景技术
目前,作为通过收容啤酒等饮料,装配作为供给头的供应器,从而能够利用加压气体的压力使所述饮料从饮料收容部向外部注出的饮料用容器,例如,提出有专利文献1、2中公开的容器。

然而,在所述现有技术中存在如下所述的问题。 
在专利文献1、2中公开有将液化气体用高压容器一体化的饮料容器,但饮料收容部暴露,完全不能期待保冷效果。 
另外,专利文献1的液化气体用高压容器的成本高,专利文献2的容器存在整体容积变大的问题。 
在专利文献3中公开的饮料冷却装置如其图3所公开的那样,在外装体1的内部收纳冷却容器2,在该冷却容器2内通过制冷液31收纳罐装啤酒3。形成为如下结构,即,在冷却容器2的后表面安装有珀耳帖元件4,在该珀耳帖元件4的作用下,通过冷却板23冷却冷却容器2,由此将冷却容器2内的罐装啤酒3通过水等制冷液31来冷却。然而,使冷却容器2的后表面突出即向冷却装置的横向位置突出地设置有珀耳帖元件4或散热器4’等,因此,存在装置变得大型化的问题。

进而,本发明的目的在于提供一种冷却系统,其具有能够将饮料向外部注出的饮料用容器、能够将该饮料用容器冷却的冷却装置,其中,所述冷却系统保冷性优越,且能够使整体的尺寸小型化。 
本发明的第一方式提供一种饮料用容器,其收容利用加压气体供给的饮料,所述饮料用容器的特征在于,具有:饮料收容部,其具有液体出口;外壁部,其隔着空间而覆盖所述饮料收容部的外周;气体出口,其连通该空间与外部,在所述空间填充有加压气体。 
在本发明的饮料用容器中,优选所述外壁部覆盖所述饮料收容部的底面和液体出口以外的所有的部分。 
在本发明的饮料用容器中,优选具有连结所述饮料收容部和所述外壁部的加强部。 
在本发明的饮料用容器中,优选在饮料用容器的所述液体出口还安装有供应器,该供应器将所述空间内的加压气体从所述气体出口经由减压阀以适当压力向所述饮料收容部内供给,并且,具有切换通过下端向所述饮料收容部的内底附近延伸的注出管将饮料收容部内的饮料向外部注出或停止的情况的操作部。 
本发明的第二方式提供一种饮料用容器的冷却系统,其收容利用加压气体供给的饮料的饮料用容器,所述饮料用容器的冷却系统的特征在于,具有:饮料用容器,其包括具有液体出口的饮料收容部、隔着空间而覆盖所述饮料收容部的外周的外壁部、和连通所述空间与外部的气体出口,在所述空间填充有加压气体;冷却装置,其配置于所述饮料用容器的未被所述外壁部覆盖的部分。 
在本发明的饮料用容器的冷却系统中,优选所述外壁部覆盖所述饮料 收容部的底面和液体出口以外的所有的部分,且在底面配置有冷却装置。 
在本发明的饮料用容器的冷却系统中,优选所述冷却装置具有珀耳帖元件。 
本发明的饮料用容器是包括具有液体出口的饮料收容部、隔着空间而覆盖所述饮料收容部的外周的外壁部、和连通该空间与外部的气体出口,在所述空间填充有加压气体的结构,特别是饮料收容部的外周被绝热性优越的空间覆盖的结构。从而,提高饮料收容部的保冷性,在冷藏室等冷却了饮料用容器后,即使将饮料用容器长时间置于室温气氛中,也能够维持容纳的饮料的凉度。 
另外,本发明的饮料用容器是由外壁部隔着空间而覆盖饮料收容部的外周的结构,因此,与专利文献1、2中公开的现有技术的容器相比,结构简单,因此,能够以低成本提供。

另外,在本发明的饮料用容器的冷却系统中,若形成为外壁部覆盖饮料收容部的底面和液体出口以外的所有的部分,在底面配置有冷却装置的结构,则能够在冷却装置没有从外壁部突出的情况下紧凑地配置,能够小型化该冷却系统。

图1是表示本发明的饮料用容器的第一实施方式的剖面图。本实施方式的饮料用容器1的主要特征在于,包括:具有液体出口2的饮料收容部3;隔着空间5而覆盖所述饮料收容部3的外周的外壁部4;连通该空间5与外部的气体出口6,其中,在空间填充有加压气体。 
在本实施方式的饮料用容器1中,外壁部4覆盖饮料收容部3的底面和液体出口2以外的所有的部分,设置有该外壁部4的部分形成为双重容器结构。 
就该外壁部4及饮料收容部3的材料及形成方法来说,可以根据需要使用树脂等,但优选由金属形成,例如,通过将不锈钢、铝、铝合金、碳钢等金属的板加工成期望形状而构成。作为本实施方式的饮料用容器1的使用方式,当设想作为可重复利用容器的使用方式时,在上述金属材料中,优选强度大且耐腐蚀性优越的不锈钢。

在本实施方式的饮料用容器1中,气体出口6只要使填充在空间5的加压气体在必要时与外部连通即可,不特别限定,可以根据需要来选择。可以适当选择与供应器10侧的加压气体供给路的前端结构适合的组合作为气体出口6。例如,可以形成为如下等结构:在外壁部4的上部穿设连通孔,利用由橡胶等材料的栓体可开闭地封闭连通孔,在将供应器10侧的加压气体供给路的前端装配于所述栓体时,将空间5内的加压气体向所述加压气体供给路供给。

图2是表示本发明的饮料用容器的第二实施方式的剖面图。本实施方式的饮料用容器形成为在所述第一实施方式的饮料用容器1安装有供应器10的结构,对与所述第一实施方式的饮料用容器1相同的结构要素标注相同的符号。 
在本实施方式中,在所述第一实施方式的饮料用容器1的液体出口2安装有供应器10,安装的供应器10具有:在盖部8上端与容器侧注出管9连接且向外方延伸的供应器侧注出管9;前端连接在气体出口6并将空间5内的加压气体导出,而从盖部8(或其他部分)向饮料收容部3内供给加压气体的加压气体供给路11;设置在该加压气体供给路11的中途的减压阀12;设置在供应器侧注出管9的中途的切换阀16;以切换该切换阀16的饮料供给/停止的方式连接的操作杆13。 
该饮料用容器在图1所示的饮料用容器1的饮料收容部3收容啤酒等饮料14,并且,在空间5中填充二氧化碳等加压气体使其达到规定压力,在该状态下作为商品上市。将其购入的消费者保管该饮料用容器1,放入冷藏室中并冷却,之后将其取出,在所述液体出口2安装供应器10。这样,空间5内的加压气体通过加压气体供给路11及减压阀12向饮料收容部3供给,从而提高内压。

作为在该冷却装置21使用的珀耳帖元件23,并没有特别限定,可以从各种市场出售品中选择具备适度的冷却能力的元件作为饮料用容器1的保冷用。在本实施方式中,将珀耳帖元件23的冷却侧朝上而安装于底座22,使珀耳帖元件23的冷却侧与饮料用容器1的底面直接接触。此外,珀耳帖元件23的散热侧可以利用通过底座22来传热或使用了散热片的空气冷却方式来进行散热。 
可以根据需要,选择在该冷却装置21中使用的电源24,例如,可以使用组合了与家庭用电配线连接的配线用电连接器(插座或插头)和整流器等的电源装置、或具备与车的电池电源连接的配线用电连接器,向珀耳帖元件23供给规定的直流电流的电源装置、或使用了锂二次电池等蓄电池的电源、或具备非接触方式的电源供给线圈的非接触型电源系统等。此外,电源24的开关可以是使用者能够任意地打开/关闭切换的手动式开关,也可以是在底座22载置有饮料用容器1时,通过其重量变成打开,在将饮料用容器1从底座22卸载时,变成关闭的重量检测式开关。 
可以根据需要,选择在该冷却装置21中使用的控制单元25,例如,使用如下所述的微机等:以将从温度传感器26输送的温度测定数据与预先编程的温度设定值进行比较,当测定温度为温度设定值的上限以上时,从电源24向珀耳帖元件23供给电力,此外变成关闭的方式进行控制。 
此外,冷却装置21中的温度控制方法不限定于使用所述温度传感器26和控制单元25的方法,也可以构成为使用热敏电阻等元件,控制向珀耳帖元件23的电力供给的结构。 
在具备该冷却装置21的冷却系统中,将收容有啤酒等的饮料用容器1载置于冷却装置21的底座22上,使冷却装置21的开关(未图示)变成打开,由此通过温度传感器26测定饮料用容器1外表面的温度,当所述测定温度为温度设定值的上限以上时,利用冷却装置21进行冷却。 
作为该冷却系统的优选的使用方式是将收容有啤酒等的饮料用容器1放入冷藏室等中预先冷却,使用时将冷却了的饮料用容器1从冷藏室取出,将其载置于冷却装置21的底座22上,将饮料用容器1保冷的使用方式。在本实施方式中使用的饮料用容器1形成为由外壁部4隔着空间5覆盖了饮料收容部3的底面和液体出口2以外的所有的部分的双重容器结构,因此,具有优越的保冷性。因此,将在冷藏室等冷却了的饮料用容器1保冷为适当温度,从而能够用微小的冷却能量进行保冷,根据这样的使用方式,即使冷却装置21为小型也能够应对。 
图4是表示本发明的饮料用容器的冷却系统的第二实施方式的剖面图。本实施方式的饮料用容器是在所述冷却系统的第一实施方式的饮料用容器1安装有供应器10的结构。此外,对与所述实施方式的饮料用容器1相同的结构要素等标注相同的符号,且省略其效果和说明等。 
所述各实施方式1和2的冷却系统形成为使用了饮料收容部3的外周被绝热性优越的空间5覆盖的饮料用容器1的结构。从而,提高饮料收容部3的保冷性,在冷藏室等冷却饮料用容器后,即使将饮料用容器1长时间置于室温气氛中,也能够维持容纳的饮料的凉度。 
另外,能够在保冷性优越的饮料用容器的未被外壁部覆盖的部分配置冷却装置,利用该冷却装置冷却饮料用容器,因此,能够用微小的冷却用能量将饮料用容器保冷。 
另外,将本发明的饮料用容器的冷却系统形成为外壁部覆盖饮料收容部的底面和液体出口以外的所有的部分,在底面配置有冷却装置的结构,由此,在冷却装置不会从外壁部突出的情况下紧凑地配置,能够小型化该冷却系统。 
产业上的可利用性 
根据本发明可知,作为收容利用加压气体供给的啤酒等饮料的饮料用容器,能够提供如下所述的饮料用容器,即,由外壁部隔着空间而覆盖饮料收容部的外周,向所述空间填充加压气体,由此,保冷性优越且结构紧凑。进而,作为具有能够将饮料向外部注出的饮料用容器、和能够将该饮料用容器冷却的冷却装置的饮料用容器的冷却系统,能够提供保冷性优越且小型化整体的尺寸的冷却系统。 

Claims (6)

1.一种饮料用容器,其收容利用加压气体供给的饮料,
所述饮料用容器的特征在于,具备:
饮料收容部,其具有液体出口;
外壁部,其隔着空间覆盖所述饮料收容部的外周;
气体出口,其连通该空间与外部,
在所述空间填充有加压气体,
在所述饮料用容器的所述液体出口还安装有供应器,所述供应器将所述空间内的加压气体从所述气体出口经由减压阀以适合性压力向所述饮料收容部内供给,并且,具有切换通过下端向所述饮料收容部的内底附近延伸的注出管将饮料收容部内的饮料向外部注出或停止的情况的操作部。
2.根据权利要求1所述的饮料用容器,其特征在于,
所述外壁部覆盖所述饮料收容部的底面和液体出口以外的所有的部分。
3.根据权利要求1所述的饮料用容器,其特征在于,
具有加强部,其连结所述饮料收容部和所述外壁部。
4.一种饮料用容器的冷却系统,其特征在于,具有:
权利要求1所述的饮料用容器;
冷却装置,其配置于所述饮料用容器的未被所述外壁部覆盖的部分。
5.根据权利要求4所述的饮料用容器的冷却系统,其特征在于,
所述外壁部覆盖所述饮料收容部的底面和液体出口以外的所有的部分,在底面配置有冷却装置。
6.根据权利要求5所述的饮料用容器的冷却系统,其特征在于,
所述冷却装置具有珀耳帖元件。
