技术领域
本发明涉及一种铰链结构,尤其涉及一种适用于电子装置的铰链结构。
背景技术
目前,市场上常见的电子设备,如笔记本电脑、个人数字助理(Personal DigitalAssistant,PDA)、手机、电子辞典一般为折叠式,其包括本体和盖体。本体和盖体通过一铰链结构铰接在一起,从而实现盖体相对于本体打开或闭合。
一种铰链结构,用以连接电子设备的本体和盖体,其包括一个转轴以及依次套设于转轴上的一个固定支架、一个转动支架、多个弹性件及一个紧固件。固定支架与本体固定连接,并可相对转轴转动。转动支架与盖体固定连接,并可随该转轴一起转动。弹性件抵持于转动支架上,从而使得固定支架与转动支架始终紧密抵靠。盖体相对本体旋转时,转动支架与固定支架之间相互摩擦而形成摩擦力矩,从而实现盖体相对于本体旋转到任意位置时定位。
然而,上述铰链结构较为复杂,元件数量较多,需要耗费较多的材料成本和装配时间。
发明内容
鉴于上述状况,有必要提供一种结构简单的铰链结构。
一种铰链结构,包括第一支架和第二支架。第一支架具有卷绕部,卷绕部具有空腔。第二支架具有卷绕状枢接部。卷绕状枢接部可转动地装配于第一支架的卷绕部的空腔内。
该铰链结构的构成元件较少,结构较为简单。

具体实施方式
本发明的多个实施例的铰链结构适用于翻盖式电子装置。在本实施例中,以应用在笔记本电脑上的铰链结构为例加以说明。
请同时参阅图1和图2,本实施例一的铰链结构20包括两个第一支架21和一个第二支架23。
第一支架21由具有弹性的金属材料制成,优选为由耐磨且抗疲劳的不锈钢材料制成。第一支架21包括一定位板211和由定位板211一端逆时针卷绕形成的卷绕部213。定位板211上设有多个安装孔2111。第一支架21与笔记本电脑的本体(图未示)相固定,如可通过多个螺钉(图未示)等锁固元件相应装配于多个安装孔2111使第一支架21与笔记本电脑的本体相固定。卷绕部213具有圆弧形的内表面2131。内表面2131环绕形成一近似圆柱形的空腔2133。
第二支架23由具有弹性的金属材料制成,优选为由耐磨且抗疲劳的不锈钢材料制成。第二支架23包括一固定板231和由固定板231一端顺时针卷绕后向固定板231两侧延伸形成的两个卷绕状枢接部233。固定板231上设有多个安装孔2311。第二支架23与笔记本电脑的盖体(图未示)相固定,如可通过多个螺钉(图未示)等锁固元件相应装配于多个安装孔2311使第二支架23与笔记本电脑的盖体相固定。枢接部233具有圆弧形的外表面2331。组装前,枢接部233的外径略大于卷绕部213的内径,即空腔2133的直径。
请参阅图3,组装时,只需将第二支架23的两个枢接部233可转动地装配于两个第一支架21的卷绕部213的空腔2133内即可。由于卷绕部213的空腔2133的直径略小于枢接部233的外径,因此插入空腔2133的枢接部233此时处于一个径向收缩变形的状态,并具有向外扩张的趋势。同时,具有弹性的卷绕部213此时处于一个径向扩张变形的状态,并具有向内收缩的趋势。由此导致枢接部233的外表面2331与卷绕部213的内表面2131之间形成较大的挤压力。
当笔记本电脑的盖体相对本体旋转时,第二支架23的枢接部233在第一支架21的空腔2133内旋转。枢接部233的外表面2331与卷绕部213的内表面2131之间相互摩擦,由此产生的摩擦力矩使盖体旋转至任意位置后定位。
本实施例一的铰链结构20的构成元件较少,结构较为简单。在盖体相对本体开启与闭合的过程中,枢接部233的外表面2331始终与卷绕部213的内表面2131相互抵持,由于二者之间的相对摩擦面积没有发生变化,因此由摩擦力转化的扭力大小也不变,从而确保盖体始终处于受力平衡状态,防止盖体闭合时突然下坠而对本体造成冲击。
可以理解,第二支架23的枢接部233也可为一个,此时第一支架21也相应为一个。
枢接部233的卷绕方向与卷绕部213的卷绕方向也可相同。
本实施例一中,第一支架21的卷绕部213与定位板211为一体成型,但是卷绕部213与定位板211也可以是分别成型后固定于一体。卷绕部213和定位板211也可由刚性材料制成。
本实施例一中,第二支架23的枢接部233与固定板231为一体成型,但是枢接部233与固定板231也可以是分别成型后固定于一体。枢接部233和固定板231也可由刚性材料制成。
请参阅图4,本实施二的铰链结构30与本实施一的铰链结构20结构相似,其包括第一支架31和第二支架33。第一支架31具有卷绕部313,第二支架33具有枢接部333。其不同之处在于,卷绕部313的内表面3131上开设有多个方形凹槽3133。凹槽3133具有保存润滑油的功能,可减小卷绕部313和枢接部333之间的磨损,进一步延长铰链结构30的使用寿命。可以理解,凹槽3133的形状也不限于方形,例如可为半圆形、楔形等。凹槽3133既可以开设在卷绕部313的内表面3131上,也可以开设在枢接部333的外表面3331上,还可同时开设在内表面3131和外表面3331上。
请参阅图5,本实施三的铰链结构40与本实施一的铰链结构20结构相似,其包括第一支架41和第二支架43。第一支架41具有卷绕部413,第二支架43具有枢接部433。其不同之处在于,卷绕部413的内表面4131对枢接部433的外表面4331之间设有一具有弹性的耐磨贴片45。耐磨贴片45可减小卷绕部413和枢接部433之间的磨损,进一步延长铰链结构40的使用寿命。可以理解,耐磨贴片45的数量也可为多个。
另外,本领域技术人员还可以在本发明精神内作其它变化,当然,这些依据本发明精神所作的变化,都包含在本发明要求保护的范围之内。

Claims (10)

1.一种铰链结构,包括第一支架和第二支架,该第一支架具有卷绕部,该卷绕部具有空腔,其特征在于:该第二支架具有卷绕状枢接部,该卷绕状枢接部可转动地装配于该第一支架的卷绕部的空腔内。
2.如权利要求1所述的铰链结构,其特征在于:该卷绕状枢接部由弹性材料制成,该卷绕状枢接部插入该空腔后因弹性变形而对该卷绕部施加压力。
3.如权利要求1所述的铰链结构,其特征在于:该卷绕部具有圆弧形的内表面,该卷绕状枢接部具有与该内表面配合的圆弧形的外表面。
4.如权利要求1所述的铰链结构,其特征在于:该第二支架包括固定板,该卷绕状枢接部由该固定板一端卷绕后侧向延伸形成。
5.如权利要求4所述的铰链结构,其特征在于:该第一支架包括定位板,该卷绕部由该定位板一端卷绕形成。
6.如权利要求5所述的铰链结构,其特征在于:该卷绕状枢接部的数量为两个,该两个卷绕状枢接部分别形成于该固定板的两侧,该第一支架的数量为两个,该两个卷绕状枢接部分别插入该两个第一支架的卷绕部的空腔内。
7.如权利要求1所述的铰链结构,其特征在于:该卷绕部由不锈钢制成。
8.如权利要求1所述的铰链结构,其特征在于:该卷绕状枢接部的卷绕方向与该卷绕部的卷绕方向相反。
9.如权利要求1所述的铰链结构,其特征在于:该卷绕部的内表面和该卷绕状枢接部的外表面其中至少之一上开设有若干凹槽。
10.如权利要求1所述的铰链结构,其特征在于:该卷绕部和该卷绕状枢接部之间设有至少一耐磨贴片。
